Littlebrook Nursery Oaklands

All the staff are fantastic and we can thank them enough.

Oaklands Littlebrook Nursery is such an important place for our family. Over the last few years, it has supported our eldest children from babies through to preschool. Our youngest child is there now and is gaining so much from the experience. Staff are friendly, professional and thoughtful. Children are provided with a wide range of activities, including wonderful outdoor play. It's wonderful to drop a child to nursery knowing they'll have a lovely day!

Oaklands Littlebrook Nursery is quite small but very cosy. It has brilliant facilities and, most importantly, homely feel.

Arranging nursery for my son, while going back to work, was always going to be hard but Oaklands really helped with great communication and flexibility around mine and my husband’s working hours. Oaklands is the perfect size for children to socialise and learn but also to get that personal touch. It is in a beautiful location with a lovely outdoor play area. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

My daughter has been attending for over a year and loves going in every day. The staff are fantastic and very caring with all the children and they have full access to lots of stimulating activities and a good selection of healthy food. I particularly like that the children are outside as much as possible and they also bring a number of different activities in eg: dance classes, cooking, no visits from the police, fire station etc.

My daughter has been at Littlebrook in Englefield Green for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier with it. Her confidence has grown so much and she is always bringing home pictures and telling us how much fun she has had. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really care for the children. They do lots of different activities with the children every day and I love to see what my daughter has been up to. She has already made some friends and talks about them all the time which is great for her social skills. They also have a lovely garden full of toys and plants they are growing. Couldn’t think of a better nursery.

After viewing many nurseries for my son I knew the minute I stepped into Littlebrooks it was the right one for us. The staff are all lovely, very attentive towards the children and fun to be around. They got to know my son and his ways very quickly and were brilliant the first couple of weeks when he was settling in.

On a couple of occasions, I've needed extra days/ hours for my son which they were able to accommodate without any hesitations.

I have recommended the nursery already to a friend and her child starts in September.

We find this nursery to offer excellent childcare in many aspects. Firstly it is very small (under 30 children capacity I think) and in a lovely peaceful setting with a play garden with activities for when the weather is good. Inside the building has been newly renovated this year and is split over two floors with a good selection of toys and activities to keep the children entertained.

The team of ladies that work here are very kind and genuinely engage with the children, we have been very impressed with how knowledgeable they are and flexible they have been with requests. Our 8-month old who attends full-time and our 4 year old who has attended a few sessions over the summer holidays seem genuinely happy. Our older daughter speaks fondly of the time she spends here and the many learning activities she does each day. She also comments that she really enjoys the food! All in all, we are very happy with Littlebrook Oaklands.

It gives me peace of mind that my son is getting nearly as much attention as he would do at home. They provide good, healthy snacks and lunches which is fantastic. And so far the daily activities have also been varied and interesting.
