She jumps out of my arms as soon as we get to the door. Staff are amazing and the cook does great meals with a variety. My daughter's development is wonderful and she loves going to nursery.

We would highly recommend Banana Moon Nursery, our little one started there in 2020 and we have been very pleased with his care. The app is incredible, updated regularly throughout the day and the regular parents' evening fills us with confidence that the staff at Banana Moon are dedicated to our child’s growth and development. The nursery has been extremely flexible with us over the years with the need to change/add dates, which has made being working parents much easier. We are so happy with Banana Moon. Our second child starts in a few months and I have no worries at all. Thank you all for your wonderful care.

The staff are loving and caring, treating my child like one of their own. Staff are always happy to chat during handover about what has happened during the day. The app is updated at regular points throughout the day, highlighting what my child has eaten, activities they’ve taken part in and the sleep they’ve had. I can see in the pictures taken and shared, via the app, how much fun she is having with her friends. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My child started at Banana Moon Day Nursery end of March 2023 and he absolutely loves going there. He has fitted in so well. The change in his social skills has really improved. The staff are so friendly and informative. 10 out of 10.

When the weather is good, the children play games outdoors. The front of the building and the outdoor play space could do with some updating and improvement but my son still has a great time regardless. Meals are rotated every few weeks and are home-cooked with a good variety of healthy meals. The children are often involved in cooking/baking activities too. Toilet training has been successful and staff have been helpful and supportive with toilet training plans to encourage independence. Overall a great experience and would recommend the nursery to family and friends.

The nursery and staff are amazing and always go above and beyond in supporting my daughter in mini moons. My daughter loves attending the nursery and speaks highly of the staff. It's nice to keep updated on the app to see what my daughter gets up to during the day. Overall, brilliant nursery.

We are so happy with Banana Moon, my son started nursery here back in June 22. Although he is a confident child I did worry as there was a lot of change for him with a new home in a completely new area. He settled in immediately. The staff are amazing, always bubbly and energetic which is great as my son thinks the world of all of them. The updates on the app are fantastic. I have never seen any as good and after speaking to other mums about it, they haven't. I have continuous updates throughout the day. I really do feel like I get a good insight into his day. It is evident when he comes home and tells you about it what he is learning etc. Thank you to Banana Moon

Fantastic staff and a wonderful nursery. My daughter attends and has done for some time now and has developed and flourished here. She loves going to nursery although she is sometimes a bit upset she settles down very well and the nursery keeps me up to date with her progress very well and very often. They always have her in fresh nappies and take a lot of thought and effort into all the activities they do. My daughter's key leader and along with all the staff are very kind and friendly individuals.

Very pleased with the nursery. My child loves it here, my daughter thrives!. Watching her grow and develop is the main thing for a parent. The App is so helpful watching what she does, eats sleeps etc.

My son has been coming here for over a year and has progressed so much due to the excellent staff within the nursery. He is a confident, sociable, chatty little boy who has made lots of friends in the baby room. We get updated on the app and what he’s been doing throughout the day which is nice to see. The staff are friendly and caring and makes me feel at ease leaving him in their care.

Overall I am truly happy with Banana Moon and thank you for being amazing!

The staff always go above and beyond to ensure my children are always happy and getting the best care they need to support them, they’re also fantastic at supporting us as parents to I couldn’t be more pleased with the setting, they’ve been so helpful and friendly whenever I have had any queries regarding my children! Couldn’t ask for a better setting for my children.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They update me at the end of the day about my child (aside from what I see in the app). I think my daughter really improved once she started going to nursery. I used to struggle to feed her solids but I think the nursery really encouraged her to try new foods. She's also developed her motor skills faster and is more sociable now with other children. Also grateful for the seasonal activities they had the children do last Christmas. I really enjoyed the handprint and footprint art from my daughter and the collage of photos of her first Christmas at nursery. What a nice keepsake!

Since starting nursery my daughter has developed so much, she is a lot less shy around other children and the staff always make sure she is comfortable and entertained throughout the whole day, I’m thankful for all the staff’s hard work at the nursery and would definitely recommend.

I am really happy with sending my little boy to Banana Moon. It was a very difficult transition for me in terms of me leaving him, however, the staff were really reassuring. They let us have multiple settling-in sessions which really helped me and especially my son to get used to the nursery, staff and other children. The app is great too I love to be able to see what he is getting up to and it’s also the peace of mind knowing that they are okay.

My 1-year-old can have seizures when falling to sleep and one of my biggest worries was how a nursery would be able to deal with them when they happened. Once speaking to the manager regarding this she has arranged for all staff to refresh their training and made arrangements so that he has a 1:1 during nap times. All the staff are amazing and so lovely, I am so glad we are able to have our son at this nursery.

My two little boys started here at the start of January and we have been so happy with the experience so far! The boys were given unlimited settling in sessions prior to officially starting which was great for us as parents to know they were able to become familiar with their new environment. On these settling in sessions the staff always sent photos over to show how the boys were getting on which was lovely to put our minds at ease. Now they have started officially, the nursery staff update what the boys have been up to on an app every hour or so which is amazing! It's so detailed! We're able to find out what the boys have eaten, how long they've napped, when the youngest's nappy has been changed and our favourite part is the photos of them having fun with their peers and all the lovely activities they get up to! They also ensure to show a settling activity if they have gone in, in a bit of a grump which is reassuring for us too. We couldn't recommend Banana Moon enough, thank you.

This is a super little nursery where "small is definitely beautiful" and our little girl has blossomed over the last two years here. She would simply not receive such care and attention and learn and achieve so much in a large nursery. She loves the staff to bits which is testimony to the attention they provide and the over and above they do for our little ones. It’s a culture instilled throughout the team with endless cuddles for the little ones when they need one. Everyone has done their best to pull together during this difficult year to keep the nursery open. Our little girl has loved it even more since reopening and taken to the new team members amazingly well which is testament to the quality of the recruitment and management of the nursery. There is an app which provides daily info on your little one’s activities and photos which is fab. There’s also a really good cultural of providing good quality meals in the nursery and my little one eats better there than home.

Both of my children attend Banana Moon and I can honestly say, I wouldn't want them to go anywhere else. The staff are incredible and my children love them. You can see the care and attention they give which my children adore. Both undertake many activities in nursery and are both thriving, they have come on so much since starting there. They come home each evening very happy, contented little boys. Thanks Banana Moon.

My granddaughter attends and is so happy to come each day, she has come on in leaps and bounds since attending and is such a happy girl in the mornings knowing she is coming to nursery. I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of using Banana Moon.
