Cheeky Monkees Day Nursery

My daughter started here at 10 months old, she's almost 3 now and she absolutely loves it here. The staff are amazing and you can tell they make a big impact on my daughter as she always says how much she loves them and misses them when she's not there. She's always up to loads of different activities and has the best time painting and playing with all of her friends. I can't thank Cheeky Monkees enough for giving my little girl a safe place to grow and be her weird little self!

My child has been going to Cheeky Monkees for almost a year now, and the change I have seen in her during this time is amazing. She really has come on leaps and bounds in every development aspect possible. She has created amazing bonds with all the staff and now is at the point where she doesn't want to come home as she wants to stay with them all as they have become a big part of her life. Thank you to all the girls for helping my girl grow and being a safe place for her.

Our daughter has been going to Cheeky Monkees at Billingham since she was 9 months old and is now 2 and a half, and I cannot praise the nursery highly enough. The staff are warm, gentle and caring, and have so much love to give the children. The environment is brilliant, and our daughter particularly loves the outdoor space and climbing frame! There are so many activities that they do with the children to help them learn and develop. I'd highly recommend this nursery.

I was dreading going back to work after maternity leave, but I know my little boy is well looked after at Cheeky Monkees Day Nursery.

During the pandemic, the nursery has continued to do everything it can, and where no other children needed to be in, they gave the option for my child to attend another setting. The nursery has kept parents informed and checked our needs. The centre has been cleaned, and they have adhered to strict protocols to ensure the children were kept as low risk as possible.

My children have attended Cheeky Monkees since 2017. They both thoroughly enjoy their time there and always seem to have lots of fun. I love that pictures and videos are sent to me throughout the day as well as what they have eaten and nappy changes. My youngest has been through babies, tweenies and the preschool room. The staff have always been amazing, friendly and inviting! Since Covid I am not able to go into the nursery however am satisfied with the procedures the nursery takes to keep my children safe! Thank you Cheeky Monkees.

Amazing Nursery and staff are lovely. My children have attended since it opened and I would not go anywhere else. During the pandemic, the nursery has followed strict procedures and obviously lots of cleaning. Food is freshly cooked daily and my children love the resident tortoises.

Booked a week for baby, baby wasn’t well on Tuesday so cancelled whole week, only asked for Wednesday to Friday fee to be refunded, but been refused. Baby room has no windows, no ventilation system, air in the room is bad, they cover it by using freshener. Floor is very dirty as well, although staff are nice. Baby gets ill every time comes back from here which does not often happen at home.
