My child has been going to Cheeky Monkees for almost a year now, and the change I have seen in her during this time is amazing. She really has come on leaps and bounds in every development aspect possible. She has created amazing bonds with all the staff and now is at the point where she doesn't want
to come home as she wants to stay with them all as they have become a big part of her life. Thank you to all the girls for helping my girl grow and being a safe place for her.

Our daughter has been going to Cheeky Monkees at Billingham since she was 9 months old and is now 2 and a half, and I cannot praise the nursery highly enough. The staff are warm, gentle and caring, and have so much love to give the children. The environment is brilliant, and our daughter particularly
loves the outdoor space and climbing frame! There are so many activities that they do with the children to help them learn and develop. I'd highly recommend this nursery.

Honestly could not recommend this nursery enough. Our little girl went here from being a baby, for over a year before we moved house and it was just incredible! I wish we still lived locally so she could still attend. Our little girl misses all the staff so much and is constantly asking for key and
familiar people and gets extremely excited when we talk to her about nursery because she has such good memories!
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone, no question or worry is ever too silly and you can leave your children confidently knowing that they will be well looked after and happy when you pick them up. Staff are very engaging and genuinely care for the children rather than it being just a job and all the girls go above and beyond. Some brilliant activities are done with the children too, which help develop and educate children of all ages.
We miss you so much Cheeky Monkees and hope to see you all one day soon!

My little boy has been attending the nursery since 2018 and thanks to the nursery his emotional and social skills have come on leaps and bounds!
He was initially really shy but the staff were amazing with him and very supportive and encouraging and now he asks me 'when am I going to Cheeky Monkees?'
The atmosphere at the nursery is lovely and it is clean.
All the staff are just lovely and so friendly and supportive. I get regular updates when my little boy is at nursery and he loves the variety of activities.
I was dreading going back to work after maternity leave, but I know my little boy is well looked after at Cheeky Monkees Day Nursery.

My child has been attending the nursery since Feb 2017, and I have nothing but positive experiences. The staff are lovely and keep me informed about what my child has been up to. My child has made lots of friends and has been encouraged by staff to explore, learn new things and gain confidence.
During
the pandemic, the nursery has continued to do everything it can, and where no other children needed to be in, they gave the option for my child to attend another setting. The nursery has kept parents informed and checked our needs. The centre has been cleaned, and they have adhered to strict protocols to ensure the children were kept as low risk as possible.

My children have attended Cheeky Monkees since 2017. They both thoroughly enjoy their time there and always seem to have lots of fun. I love that pictures and videos are sent to me throughout the day as well as what they have eaten and nappy changes. My youngest has been through babies, tweenies and
the preschool room. The staff have always been amazing, friendly and inviting! Since Covid I am not able to go into the nursery however am satisfied with the procedures the nursery takes to keep my children safe! Thank you Cheeky Monkees.

Amazing Nursery and staff are lovely. My children have attended since it opened and I would not go anywhere else. During the pandemic, the nursery has followed strict procedures and obviously lots of cleaning. Food is freshly cooked daily and my children love the resident tortoises.

Booked a week for baby, baby wasn’t well on Tuesday so cancelled whole week, only asked for Wednesday to Friday fee to be refunded, but been refused. Baby room has no windows, no ventilation system, air in the room is bad, they cover it by using freshener. Floor is very dirty as well, although staff
are nice. Baby gets ill every time comes back from here which does not often happen at home.
