Nursery management and staff are very friendly and always on hand to answer any queries or concerns. Nursery is always clean and well resourced. Upon entry it is always a calm environment, with calming music in the corridor, which helps me and my child feel at ease during drop off and pick up. Staff have been supporting my child with any needs they have such as toilet training, which helps later with the process at home. They keep me up to date with my child's time at nursery throughout the day via the parent app, which puts my mind at ease during the day, and do a full handover face to face at pick up. My child's speech and overall development has improved greatly since starting nursery back in April 2023, and nursery continue to support my child further with their development. Most importantly, my child is happy going to nursery and is happy and excited at pick up and often talks about making friends at nursery, which I'm pleased with.

The support and patience from the staff with helping my son potty training. He’s so good at it now, no accidents, and I strongly believe it was the staff that made this happen! It’s not the easiest task when working full time and only having evenings to help my son, but the staff did everything on their part to make my son achieve this.

My children have recently started and I’m a very protective mother, as are most Mums. My little girl is very attached to me, has been on transitions and has loved it. She goes in with no problems, loves the staff and her little friends and comes home and tells me all about it. My little boy isn’t really good with new people, but the staff always keep his upsets in thought and comfort him till he’s ready to get down and play. I was very worried about sending my children to nursery, but since they started I’ve no concerns whatsoever. It’s clean and the staff are amazing, always keep you up to date with how the children are getting on. Very secure. Would definitely recommend to people wanting to put their children into nursery.

My boy has been at this nursery since the age of 9 months. The staff are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond for the children. The nursery have a range of themed days which the children love! My little boy is very happy at this nursery and loves it!

I am very pleased with Kids Planet Clayton. Staff are very friendly and approachable, I feel at ease leaving my daughter. It's great to know she is in good hands! The layout of the room caters to the children's needs. The current management is great, always willing to help and so friendly. I will be sending my baby here too and recommending to others, keep up the great work!

My little girl started back in September 2022. She is super, super clingy with me everywhere and all the time but nursery is the only place she's happy to leave me and wave me off. I was super nervous about leaving her as she hadn't been anywhere without me before. She absolutely loves going to nursery! She's come on leaps and bounds since. The staff are lovely. It only took her a few weeks to totally settle in. She eats really well there too as she can be picky at home. Nursery days are always exciting for her, plus the nursery is beautiful and modern!

Love how great the staff and environment is at this nursery. My toddler loves coming here and his little brother is eager to start too. The girls in the preschool room have been amazing in supporting my little one through toilet training. The setting is great, with my son enjoying the range of indoor activities and soft play as well as the outdoor areas. The current manager and assistant manager are great, always really welcoming and supportive with any queries I have.

The girls in this nursery are amazing. All work exceptionally hard and go above and beyond for the children. The current manager is brilliant, always friendly and does what she can do to help and accommodate changes or additional days. I really hope she stays permanently, as I have noticed a great uplift in the nursery.

My son started in April and was very upset at first as he doesn’t like adults he doesn’t know. The team and management have been amazing in the transition for him to be around adults and other children. He’s become more out of his shell, happier, and follows instructions better than what he has been doing. Now, he goes in happy and wants to go play and do activities. I would highly recommend it to any friends or family.

They provide a high level of care and education to all children.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since 2018, they have been amazing with all aspects of her care. My son has recently joined and again the settling in period has been brilliant. I would and have recommend others this nursery. Any concerns we have the nursery are always helpful and listen to our concerns.

I highly recommend the nursery as my daughter has come on so much since she started two years ago. I also feel relaxed when she is there as I know she is been looked after properly and enjoys learning and seeing her friends. I find the staff put you’re mind at rest and are always happy to help with any queries too.

Kinder Haven @ Pasture Lane is an excellent nursery, they provide a safe, clean and educational environment for my child. My daughter loved it here too and now so does my son. The staff are brilliant and very compassionate. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for their child to attend a nursery.

Since the start of nursery I have updated information on my child's development. Not only are the observations a pleasure to read, I am pleased to see the release of a full reflection on my child's development. This is so beneficial as it allows me to acknowledge her development in all areas and shows me areas which need securing. I love the interaction the staff have given to my child, its only early days but from the sessions its made me feel comfortable knowing my child is in safe hands.

Such a warm and comfortable welcome from the staff would definitely recommend this nursery.

My girl is two and started Kinder Haven in January and she absolutely loves it, she is always very excited when we go. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. The building is very secure which puts my mind at ease. I am happy for my girl to stay here until she starts school.

It’s a clean, hygienic environment to send toddlers. My son started 6 months ago. He is enjoying. Staff is helpful and polite. Menu is nice. I am satisfied. Thanks.

Both my sons attend this nursery and they both love it. My youngest has recently started and he settled in straight away thanks to the staff. They encourage him to take part in activities with other children. The staff keep me informed really well about how his day has been at nursery and are very approachable if I have any questions. They offer a wide variety of food to the children. It is a very safe and clean environment.

Staff are all friendly and the best thing is my little boy loves the nursery and never wants to come home when I go to pick him up. I get detailed information about what he has had to eat and when he has been to sleep. He is struggling with his weight and all the staff try their best to feed him which is so helpful for a mother. They also have lots of rooms for the kids to play in and lots of toys. He is making good progress as well.

After looking at other nurseries - I found that this one was the best one. Right from the start, I've always felt a warm welcome from all members of staff. My daughter loves her time at nursery and is excelling so much more by going. It's a warm, safe and friendly environment and those are the key features you would want when looking for childcare for your child.
