My daughter started attending the nursery in April 2025, and she absolutely loves it. Each day, she's excited to go in, and I've seen such a positive change in her confidence. She was quite shy and not very vocal before, but since starting here, she's begun speaking more and picking up new words regularly. The staff are incredibly caring and create a warm, safe environment where every child can thrive. There's always a wide range of fun and engaging activities, and the outdoor garden is a beautiful bonus. I'm truly grateful for the nurturing care my daughter receives-this nursery has been a wonderful choice, and I highly recommend it to other parents.

I visited the nursery after seeing an ad online. I was very impressed by the responsiveness of the nursery manager. She responded to all my questions and was always available on email before settling in sessions. What makes the nursery great is the staff. They are very kind and have been taking great care of my son. We receive daily feedbacks and all the information are shared live on the nursery app. My son is enjoying the experience and we, as parents, cannot be happier of our choice.

Extremely happy with the care my daughter has received from the teachers over the last 1.5 years. She is very fond of all the teachers and always happy to go in to nursery. The nursery staff are very responsive and always happy to have a chat about any concerns.

The indoor provision is well-organised, and the nursery makes excellent use of a dedicated outdoor space. The continuous provision is regularly updated to reflect the children's interests and significant events throughout the year (e.g., Christmas). Parents are actively involved, with regular invitations to special events such as Halloween afternoons and Mother's Day celebrations.

A very welcoming nursery , with a friendly and very kind staff, who make children feel loved, safe and help them develop all their skills. I am very satisfied with how my child is developing and how many activities he does every day.

A great little nursery, really helping my son to come out of his shell after a previous bad experience at another nursery. Everyone really cares about the kids and I feel so comfortable leaving my son there, confident he's in good hands.

My daughter initially took time to adjust to the nursery which the staff were very accommodating and helpful with. Within just a few weeks, my daughter loved going into the nursery and couldn't wait to go back. She quickly learnt numbers, a new word each day and developed her motor and fine skills. There was a new activity each day and regular updates about her curriculum progress which the manager and all the amazing teachers have curated so well. She would tell me about her friends and even sing nursery rhymes at home. When we had to leave the nursery due to moving to Richmond, I found it really difficult to find a replacement nursery which was as good as Buxlow Preparatory School & Nursery. The new nursery commented that my daughter was the smartest, most well-behaved, confident and curious child in the class and I can only attribute this to the fantastic team of teachers at Buxlow. This nursery really developed my child's personality and knowledge. 100% recommend it to any parent with a young child.

Truly great school. Excellent experience with all three of my children. My first child joined in 2005 and my third child is now (2022) studying there. My wife and I are truly and always been happy. Over 17 years and at different times and stages of our children's schooling experience at Buxlow. We are happy with not only the school teaching and education side but also them teaching my kids behaviour and good manors. In addition, classes are small and not crowded so lots of one-to-one tutoring. Thank you Buxlow from the head of the school to all the teachers. Highly recommended.

I have found Buxlow to be a very nurturing and caring environment. The teachers are warm and brilliant with the children. It feels the perfect balance between nurturing children whilst teaching them as well. I cannot recommend the nursery enough. My nephew goes to the school and is also extremely happy there. He has transformed in his confidence, personality and education since joining last year.

Our son has just finished almost two years at Buxlow Nursery. He has now nicely transitioned into Buxlow Reception and settled in really well. We have seen such great progress in our son. From a very shy 2-year-old to a confident and smiley boy, full of knowledge. The nursery manager and her team are fantastic, building great relationships with not only the kids but the parents too. There was a lovely balance of learning (made fun) and also teaching other skills such as getting dirty (my son never liked dirt, but he does now). Thanks so much to the nursery manager and all the staff. I am happy you still get to see my son as he progresses through Buxlow School.

My daughter has just started at Buxlow promptly after she turned 2. Having been at home with her grandmother before then. She has adapted very well to the nursery and to being around other children her age. My nephew also attends the nursery. We have been very impressed with the staff and both my daughter and her cousin have formed a strong bond with the nursery teachers. Highly recommend.

There were a lot of activities which my child enjoyed such as trips to the Zoo, National History Museum and also RAF London. The nursery has an amazing environment, excellent atmosphere and lots of fun. There is cooking club once a week, gardening club and sensory play which made it an exciting place for my child to be in and to learn. I extremely recommend the Buxlow Nursery.

We are very happy with the nursery and aftercare provided. We were looking for an early settling and this nursery met our needs perfectly. Our son settled in quickly and adapted to the friendly environment and the excellent teachers and staff. They are flexible enough to accommodate the needs of the children and parents alike. Regular feedback and updates are provided and they have a great new app where you can look at your child's progress online as well.
