We couldn't be happier with the nursery our daughters attend. Staffing levels are always reassuring, and the fact that staff retention is so good really helps with continuity and gives our children a strong sense of security. The staff themselves are warm, friendly and genuinely caring - they clearly prioritise the children's welfare and are always coming up with creative new activities to engage and inspire them. They don't just suggest ideas but put them into action, often going the extra mile to make sure every child feels included and supported.

The administrative side of the nursery is excellent as well. Any questions are answered promptly, and if there are ever issues with bills or paperwork, they are handled quickly and efficiently. It's also great to see how the nursery values and supports its staff, with recognition schemes such as "Employee of the Month", which speaks volumes about the positive culture they've created.

Our youngest has build her confidence in baby room. They're a lovely team and made us feel welcome and at ease.

Our girls have created significant bonds with staff in each room which is so important to us (and them!). Staff communicate well.

Managment have always been very helpful, polite and accommodating. Any issues/queries have been dealt with and managed appropriately.

Genuinely really pleased to have chosen this nursery for my children, I felt they did a great job helping set my daughter up for school.

Our little boy has been attending Kids Planet Thorpe Park for a few months now, we chose the nursery for him as our eldest child also attended a few years before. For both, the experience has been amazing. The nursery itself is a lovely environment and the perfect, comfortable setting. The thing that stands out the most for us is all the amazing staff, they are all so friendly and really take care and interest in your child. This gives us as parents peace of mind knowing we are leaving our child in the care of people who will comfort and nurture him. They always keep you updated on their day, love giving you positive feedback on what your child has been up to and always creating fun activities for them. We cannot commend the nursery enough!

I couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Kids Planet Nursery (Thorpe Park). The entire team work tirelessly to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for the children. My child absolutely loves attending nursery and feels completely at ease there. It's clear that the staff go above and beyond to make each child feel cared for and secure. One of the highlights for us has been the incredible bond she has formed with the staff. Every day, she looks forward to giving them a big cuddle before she leaves, which speaks volumes about the trust and affection she's built with the team. The nursery also offers fantastic activities that are both fun and educational. She especially enjoyed a special activity where she had the chance to have a 'meeting' with her peers and share her ideas-an experience that was made even more memorable with drinks and biscuits provided by the staff. A welcoming place where children are truly at the heart of everything.

I have been using Kids Planet Thorpe Park since 2019, when my eldest son first started, and both my boys have always loved going to nursery here. It has always had such a lovely family feel to it, all the staff know each child by name and are always so helpful and friendly. There are always so many great activities going on, and my boys have both always loved playing in the amazing outside area.

Our other son will start at this nursery in August and I have no doubt he will have the same positive experience as our eldest son!

This nursery is amazing. I feel so happy and comfortable leaving my child here. The staff are so friendly and approachable and always greet us with a smile. My child has made so many fantastic relationships with both the staff and other children. I hear about all the wonderful things he gets up to and I couldn't be happier and more relaxed about leaving him. The staff are so attentive to his needs and his development is flourishing. Definitely recommend!

I cannot praise Thorpe Park staff enough! I was very nervous when my child started nursery but my mind has been totally put at ease. These girls are amazing and always go that extra mile. I feel completely reassured my child is getting the best care and being offered so many exciting experiences! The manager has a lovely manner, is very friendly and the communication between us is brilliant. I always know how my child's day has been and what he's been up to! I love how many events there are for parents to attend too!

We have had absolutely nothing negative to say about this nursery since our little boy started, he has made some lovely connections with a number of team members, and it is so clear to us how fond they all are of him, making leaving him there while we go to work that little bit easier! Even when we have had to try overcoming some challenging behaviour from him we have found the staff very supportive and non-judgmental in tackling it with us and communicating to us what they feel triggers this behaviour. What we love most is the constant updates we get either through the app or every pick up, and the way he is spoken about in his reports is so clear that they have really taken the time to get to know him properly. Couldn't be happier!

My son has attended this nursery since October 2024 and we have had a cracking start! The staff in the baby room made us feel very reassured leaving him from the get-go, never once have we felt worried or anxious leaving him from being so young. They quickly learned all of his personality traits and always gave us detailed insights into what he'd been up to that day. We loved the photo updates and excellent communication with what he's eaten when he's slept, and details of all his nappy changes. Since moving up to the tot's room he's continued to flourish and he's loving all of the activities and eating all sorts of new foods he won't have at home! Thank you so much to all staff, reception included for always seeing to our admin queries, etc. 10/10 all round for us. Thank you all!

After visiting a few different nurseries, this one was by far the nicest, cleanest looking nursery with the biggest outside area and the most welcoming friendly staff so I immediately signed my son up to start here. My son started here in the baby room in 2022 and has now moved all the way up to preschool. Every single member of staff has been so friendly and nurturing and have treated my son like one of their own. I know he is in safe hands and he loves his time at nursery.

My little boy started nursery in January. Prior to him starting the team were so helpful, with regular email updates, arranging his settling in days well in advance, and answering all our questions and queries as new parents dropping our baby off for the first time! Since he has joined they have been very helpful in providing updates about how he is settling in, and the app serves as a great peace of mind.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Thorpe Park since April 2023. To say we are impressed would be an understatement. The staff are friendly and have got to know us so quickly. I have been impressed by the friendliness and kindness of every staff member since our daughter started. She has now been in 3 rooms- babies, tots, and toddlers- and her key worker and the rest of the staff in each room looked after her so well. She has developed so well since attending and loves her time there. The nursery is all-inclusive so not having to worry about sending nappies or food etc is so helpful. The food they provide is brilliant, the nursery is always clean and there is a wide range of activities on offer, with different options including seasonal activities being provided each day. Our daughter has many friends at nursery and comes home to tell us all about them and her carers. Fantastic nursery and couldn't recommend it any more.

Great nursery. My child always leaves with a smile on his face. It's complete relief when you know your child is going to be looked after and have a fun packed day! The staff are all super friendly and happy to help with any concerns or guidance.

My son currently attends this nursery setting and the childcare he receives is exceptional. My son is so excited to tell me about his day when he gets home and his development has progressed massively since attending and that's all down to the wonderful team and excellent management. Overall this is an outstanding nursery and myself and partner are very happy with his childcare provider and the outstanding care received for our son! Highly recommended Nursery!

Fantastic nursery, well run and more importantly my little one absolutely loves it, he eats well, sleeps well and comes home exhausted from a busy day. The staff are great and informative and the food is nutritious and healthy.

Our experience of Kids Planet Thorpe Park has been a really positive one. The staff are very friendly and helpful and take a genuine interest in the children. In each room the staff have taken time to understand my daughter's needs and have worked with her and myself to make sure that she felt settled and happy at nursery. The office manager is incredibly accommodating and gets back to any correspondence quickly and is only to happy to help. The facilities are great and you really do get what you pay for. Can't recommend the nursery enough.

Amazing! All the staff are just brilliant! My daughter has been made to feel welcome from day one. She is currently in babies but moving to infants soon! I couldn’t be happier. She loves going and never wants to come home. We have also noticed a huge improvement in her development. From crawling to walking and now she is really trying to talk! It’s amazing to see. I can’t thank you all enough. I would recommend this nursery again and again.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 14 months old and is now 3 and a half years old. The quality of care from the team who work there is amazing! The nursery environment is gorgeous, it feels very calm and they really encourage creative and imaginative play. My daughter loves going! Would highly recommend!
