Early Learners Nursery Runcorn

Both my children have attended early learners since 9 months right through to them starting school. (One born in 2019 the other 2021)

The nursery take great care of the children. They develop them academically ready for school. The teachers show lots of understanding to parents, esp when at drop off and children start to cry.

Both my kids loved attending, my eldest still talks about her time there fondly.

The nursery is clean and you are kept upto date through the app about development what they are doing etc etc. The food served is good and encourages little ones to try different foods.

Honestly really recommend.

Price wise, speak to the nursery they can help you get the lowest price using the government funding etc. They helped me massively reduce my bill.

My son started in the toddlers room aged 15 months, I was very apprehensive as he did not adjust well to a previous childcare provider. However the girls in toddlers room were exceptional in their patience and their way of comforting him when he was unsettled. He soon started to love going to nursery and he loved the staff so much. I had the same experience in the Tweenies room, the staff know all his likes, dislikes and quirks and I love that they embrace every part of his learning and development with all sorts of creative activities and outdoor play. They take extra care with his dietary requirements as well. One thing I really like is the continuity of staff and therefore security and bonding for the children. I am so happy I stumbled across this nursery and want to thank all the brilliant staff for their love and care!

Fantastic nursery. The staff are brilliant with the children. My son has high SEN needs and the staff have supported my son and myself a lot throughout his time with early learners. I recommend the nursery to everyone. It's very clean, the selection of toys is brilliant for developing children and the building is very secure so children are safe. April, the manager, did not mess around and she got every referral form completed and sent off for my son which has ultimately led to an official diagnosis and helped secure my son an EHCP ready for school. I do not want him to leave in September! Thank you for always taking such good care of my son!!!

I have 2 children placed at the setting, 1 in toddlers and 1 in pre school they have both been at nursery since approx 6 months old and I can't fault the staff in all the rooms they treat my children like their own certain staff go above and beyond for example Nevina & Miriam I will be forever grateful you have raised my children when I have been at work thanks again we will miss you all. The only negative would be that my daughter has only down one external trip since she started and my son has not been on one.

I feel like I made a good decision by choosing Early Learners Nursery Runcorn for my child. She is always happy and looking forward to visit the nursery and all the staff members have always been very much friendly and cooperative.

My child has become happier, improved on speech, behaviour and confidence and has also potty trained all since starting here, moving her to this nursery was the best decision. Thank you :)

Since starting nursery in April my little boy has gained more confidence, he enjoys playing with his friends and loves the staff there. Nursery has also enabled him to reach and develop milestones. He is very happy here, he has even started eating better than he was before. I look forward to seeing his diary and any pictures that are put up of him throughout the day.

I love this nursery, my daughter is always so excited to come in and play with her friends, they are always so welcoming when my daughter enters their premises, she loves all the staff at early learners

Couldn't reccomend this nursery more ! All staff are amazing and our little boy loves coming ! Staff are very knowledgeable and always have a smile. Noah loves coming and always shouts his key worker "Nina"when he comes to nursery I know that he is in great hands

Staff are wonderful and do a great job looking after all the children. My son loves it here which puts me at ease knowing he's well looked after while I'm at work. I can always tell he's enjoyed his busy morning playing with friends and taking part in activities as he is always ready for a nap as soon as we get home. Thank you to all the staff!

There's a great mix of things to do, from art & sensory play to outdoor time & exploring the world around them. The meals are homemade, balanced & varied. When my son was temporarily lactose intolerant they made adjustments & his meals were great. I definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

My children love attending nursery and my older child in particular loves to tell me about activities she has done. The staff are incredibly kind and caring and have lovely relationships with my children.

Couldn't be happier sending my baby to early learners, she's thriving and the staff are incredible with her! I truly trust them completely and couldn't think of a better place to take care of my daughter.

My daughter loves coming to nursery, she has made beautiful friendships, lovely connections with her nursery teachers, and has also come on leaps and bounds in different aspects of her life.

It is also great for parents/carers who need to drop off earlier as they open from 7am which has been a great relief for me. The communication is also a great. Both the staff on site and the main customer service answer very quickly and are always happy to answer any questions you have. I would 100% recommend the nursery to anyone who is looking for their child/children.

We are very happy with this nursery and the care our child receives here. The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely interested in each child's development. From the moment we enrolled, they made both our child and our family feel welcome and supported.

The nursery provides a safe, clean and stimulating environment where children can learn through play and exploration. There are always a variety of creative activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play and early learning exercises that help build confidence, social skills and curiosity.

Communication with parents is excellent. The team regularly updates us about our child's day, including what they have learned, how they have interacted with others and any milestones they are reaching. It is reassuring to know that our child is not only cared for but also encouraged to grow and develop.

We have noticed a wonderful improvement in our child's confidence, independence and communication since attending this nursery.

Overall happy and couldn't recommend them enough!

Now we are having an even better experience than before. The nursery has very good management and an excellent staffing team. Everybody is fabulous and extremely helpful. If I have had any issues, they have been dealt with accordingly and professionally, this includes the ELN finance team.

An amazing nursery all the staff are lovely especially the baby room my little boy absolutely loves nursery settled in really well from the beginning and never had any issues. My child has come on so well speech and mobility wise since being in this nursery. Staff always up date you ASAP on your child and inform you if there is any minor incidents and always keep you up to date on the app with their day on feeding and sleep ect. They are always interacting with the children and doing activities with them. Regular updates on observations on the app too on their development couldn't ask for a better nursery or better staff.

My preverbal child started this nursery in Sep 24. He absolutely loved it for 7 months. Until a big staff change. He went from loving it, to being absolutely terrified. Even the sight of it he would scream! He cannot tell me with words, but I could see the state of him. I know something happened! He would come home absolutely traumatised every session. I had countless phone calls and meetings. Nothing ever changed, it just got worse. Staff are not trained correctly, especially with SEN children. The last day I picked him up, after yet another phone call that he was screaming to leave. I arrived at the nursery and was completely ignored by the manager. She knew everything that was happening with my son and just looked away, pretended not to see me! Even though I was standing right in front of her with a crying child. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally before. Whenever we drive past it, he still screams. Beware of this nursery! I have given a full report to Ofsted.

I cannot fault this nursery . The staff are exceptional. So caring , committed to the job and welcoming . Our girls have been attending for over a year and we are continually impressed. They are thriving because of such a wonderful environment. I couldn't recommend this nursery more !
