My son has been attending since he was 10 months old and has been in the baby room, toddlers, early learners and will soon move up to preschool. He has been well cared for by the staff and is very happy and settled in the setting. Everyone has a warm and inviting manner. The premises are clean and well
looked after. There has been nothing that has given me cause for concern but if I've had to raise an issue it was dealt with promptly and professionally and with understanding from the managers and other staff.

This is a fantastic nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any new parents. I was nervous about dropping my son off for the first time when he was 11 months old and going back to work after a year but he adapted so quickly thanks to the lovely staff. He thrives there each day, enjoying all
the activities and sometimes doesn't want to come home as he's had too much fun. Thanks to the brilliant staff who are always so friendly and welcoming.

Both of my children attend this nursery and my youngest has been there since he was only 5 months old. The staff are professional, friendly and a joy to see at the start and end of the day. The building is perfectly designed for children and the activities are engaging and prompt learning in a fun and
interactive way. I suffered with postnatal anxiety after having my second child and the staff in the baby room were incredible. They looked after my son with the utmost care, they were compassionate and provided reassurance to myself and my husband. I had absolutely no doubt my son was in great hands. Both children are thriving at Bright Start Childcare, they have made fantastic relationships with children and staff. They are safe and happy in an environment that supports their development. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My 14-month-old son is very clingy and would not stay with anybody. Staff of this nursery do their level best to try and comfort my child. I found staff very welcoming and approachable whenever I needed help with anything. I would highly recommend this nursery as staff do their best to comfort my child
with the best level of care.

Can’t fault this nursery. Every single member of staff is approachable and friendly, professional, caring, I could go on forever! The learning programmes are excellent, tapestry journal is amazing, my son has learned so much here. All the decor is lovely, really great toys and outdoor space, super
clean and bright, food is 5 star- interesting and nutritious.. the price (even though you can’t put a price on the care of your little one) is very reasonable and I can honestly say even if it cost more, knowing how they have helped develop my son - I’d pay it. Best decision I have made sending him here. THANK YOU.

My daughter has attended this nursery for 8 months now and I cannot fault them, the staff are incredibly kind and approachable and have made me feel totally at ease about leaving her there. She absolutely loves attending and has formed very close bonds with a number of staff. The activities they do
are incredibly inventive and diverse and I am always impressed by the range of food they provide. The nursery itself is very clean and modern with a vast array of indoor and outdoor space for the children to enjoy.

My great-granddaughter has attended this nursery 3 mornings per week and I have found staff and manager very friendly, polite and very responsive to the young children's needs. The nursery is very clean and well equipped. The system and feedback are amazing. The room manager is always a star and is
loved by children, parents and visitors. They have made my great-granddaughter's life richer for being here.

My son started this nursery at 6 months of age and has continued to thrive in the baby room.
He adores his key worker and because they limit the number of workers in the baby room he has built meaningful relationships with all the nursery staff especially one lady who he developed a bond with very
early on.
I find all of the staff emotionally intelligent and responsive to my son's changing needs. They are creative, imaginative, optimistic and caring.
The baby room shows great attention to detail with photos of the children throughout. The facilities and resources are outstanding with a new sensory area and age-appropriate toys.
The manager and her team are competent, professional and have great communications skills. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My 2-year-old has been at Solway House for 6 months now and she absolutely loves it. The staff are really friendly and accommodating and try to support the parents as well as the children. The nursery facilities are second to none and the level of communication with staff and management is excellent.
I feel completely assured that my daughter is well cared for and stimulated, with a range of creative and exploring activities. They have also been good at looking after her dietary requirements and the management is efficient and organised. In general, it feels like a happy place to be and I wouldn't want anything less for my daughter's childcare. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Can't speak more highly of the nursery and the staff. Staff from the dinner lady up know the name of my daughter and everyone from all classes interacts with her. The staff are always happy and friendly and coming up with new ideas for the children. There is a fantastic play area outside and loads of
different areas inside.
If you're unsure about leaving your little one for 1st time don't be. The rooms have CCTV and you can watch how they interact from reception.
Another cool idea and great for safety is the kitchen window. Children can watch the dinner being prepared and be completely safe.
The nursery is very modern with great facilities. But what makes it is the staff from the manageress downwards, you're always welcomed by a lovely smile and an excitement to get the best out your child. If you need help in any shape or form this nursery will interact with parents and children equally.
My daughter will be so upset when she leaves for school. But she will be back for holiday club.

Our daughter has attended Solway House Nursery from the day it opened.

It is an amazing environment, with large indoor and outdoor areas, and a fantastic range of toys, books and activities.

The staff are amazing, there is a lovely family atmosphere. The managers have been great at accommodating

any change in days / extra days when circumstances have required.

I have never felt so assured and relaxed leaving my little girl in the hands of a nursery, she has made herself very at home and has so much fun.

It has brought her on so much, we love the online portal system which is private to ourselves and provides photos, videos and updates of what she has been up to and the skills she's developing.

She always has her breakfast and lunch at nursery which she really enjoys. It's a well-balanced menu which encourages her to try new things.

I have recommended the nursery to several friends and family members, they all love it too!

My son joined the nursery in Jan 2017 when he was 12 months old and I can't recommend it enough. My husband and I searched for a long time to find a nursery for our first child and we definitely picked the right one. He has developed in confidence and progressed so much in such a short period of time.
The girls are amazing and I feel so happy leaving him with them. He gets excited to go to the nursery and this puts me at ease. The nursery is extremely spacious, clean and modern.

As a first-time mum, I didn't know what to look for in choosing a nursery but from first the visit, the atmosphere just felt right and I can honestly say we made the right decision. I love nursery days, as does my daughter. She explores things I would never think to try, her days are really varied.
The outdoor area was a positive when we viewed, as it's really private and secure. I look forward to their updates on Tapestry when I'm not there. Every single time I've walked through the door, I'm greeted with warm smiles, not just from my daughter but each and every one of the staff and it really shows in how comfortable she's settled it with them. Not to mention how much she's developed since being in their care. The staff listen and support you through leaving your little one which creates a trusting relationship, which is imperative as essentially they are helping to raise my daughter with me. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery.
