Enya's Childcare offers an award winning setting providing Nursery, preschool and out of school sessions that embraces the learning philosophy of 'Reggio Emilia', focusing on the environment as the third teacher. The innovative approach values the child as capable, strong and rich with wonder and knowledge.

Enya's Childcare have an emphasis on outdoor learning, daily walks and in the moment planning which truly caters to each child's individual learning journey and needs.

All of the caring staff are paediatric trained, have achieved 'Outstanding' in all areas and are level 3 or above proving highly capable of nurturing the children to ensure they are school ready. The staff support the children by promoting kindness, mindfulness, imagination and an enjoyment for learning.

The children grow fruit and vegetables and are then involved in preparing these to eat along with the help from the Professional Nursery Kitchen.

Enya's was awarded 'Highly commended' in the 'Preschool of the Year' category and won the 'Eco-Friendly Early Years Award' at the Nursery World Awards (2019/2020). They have achieved the Green Flag award from 'Eco Schools' (February 2018) and are well on the way in making a positive impact on the environment which supports the child's innate interest to understand their world and the place within it. Their most recent accolade at the 2021 Nursery Management Today (NMT) ceremony was being a finalist in the 'Forest School of the Year' category.

Both my children currently attend breakfast club at Enya's. They also attend school holidays clubs and before my 4-year-old started school in September, he attended the preschool. I highly recommend Enya's, they are the most wonderful, caring and supportive child care provider, and cannot do enough
to ensure your kids have a constant smile on there face. Your children are not just a number; they are family.

I took my time choosing the right nursery for my twins, and I've spoken to many settings managers, also visited quite a few of them. I chose Enya's, and it was the best choice I could've made! Even though it's a 15-minute drive for us, it's worth every second of our time and every penny spent on fuel.
Extremely professional staff, modern approach and loads of support for my son that has got additional needs. My twins are so happy to attend there. They love all the Aunties and Uncles!
The only downside is that we only have one year left there.
I Highly recommend!

My little girl joined the nursery in September 2019, and I have to say, I am very happy with how the setting is run, the cleanliness and the staff are always happy, polite, loving and caring. She’s so happy to attend nursery daily, and the forest school is fantastic too.

Enya’s have been a huge support to me and my son during the time he has attended the setting. The staff are always super friendly, approachable and available. The setting provides so many activities for the children to encourage their play and learning. They even offer a Forest School experience. My
son loves attending Enya’s; he’s very comfortable, happy and safe.

A lovely open, child-focused space. My daughter has been going after school for a number of years and thoroughly enjoys her time there. Children are encouraged to be curious about life and conscious of the world we live in.

Well what can we say about Enya's Childcare, it is a friendly, welcoming and joyful setting. Our daughter really enjoys it and always says how much she enjoys herself, very chatty about her days there and what she has learned and her new experiences, always speaks about her aunties and what she has
been up to with them also.
She has made many friends and even when doing role play at home they are mentioned.
The nursery do so much with the children, and she has learned so much and grown in many ways, and for that we thank you.
Enya's Childcare setting really is like a family home and we would highly recommend the setting to anyone.

My daughter has been going to Enya’s for the last two years. I have nothing but good words to say about the business and their staff. My daughter clearly enjoys going, has learned loads and made lots of friends.
They have been supportive to a split family and the challenges that can bring.
They
also keep you up to date with all aspects of development your child is undergoing.
Fantastic is not a strong enough word! Beyond fantastic.

Our little boy recently started at Enya’s and absolutely loves it. The staff are wonderful, friendly and welcoming. They really care about the children and take the time and effort to speak to the parents as well which makes a massive difference. Learning and play is focused on the child’s needs and
my son absolutely loves going.

Enya's Childcare is incredibly warm, nurturing and friendly - a home away from home and head and shoulders above any other nursery that I visited despite them all being Ofsted outstanding! The management have always been super accommodating and helpful and we get detailed feedback on how our boys are
getting on. We also love the fact that they have a green flag and an eco-committee! The staff all go above and beyond our expectations with regards to the children's learning needs and next steps as well as their emotional and social needs. You can see that the aunties are genuinely caring and loving towards the children which means everything to us.

Enya’s Childcare is most definitely a home from home for my daughter. From day 1 she was so comfortable in the space and around the Aunties, filling me with so much relief and pleasure. The Aunties are all so caring and enthusiastic, my daughter has come on leaps with her creativity, her role-playing
and her awareness of her behaviour and how that may affect others. The effort the staff go to to ensure the kids are always learning what they individually need is amazing. They focus on kindness and the ability to be kids and play while in the background focusing on the skills they will need in the future. They have created this wonderful environment filled with genuine, kind staff and I’ll be very sorry when my daughter goes up to big school.

My son has been happily attending Enya’s for before, after school and holiday club for some time now and has been extremely happy in this homely, caring environment.
Great values are applied to everything the children do with kindness and thoughtfulness actively promoted to help grow and develop those
important emotional and social skills.
Children get to spend quality time both inside and outdoors playing and being creative with their friends.
I feel very reassured leaving my son in Enya’s care and he always has a great time, making new friends and feeling part of the Enya’s family.
I highly recommend this facility!

My daughter has been attending Enya's Childcare after school since September and also attends the holiday club occasionally. I am thrilled that I made the leap from a child minder to this setting. The staff are warm and friendly and so informative and supporting. My daughter has a great time and has
built some lovely relationships with other children which the staff actively promote. My daughter was a historic fussy eater but with the help of the lovely meals cooked on site she is now saying things I would never have dared to dream.
Thank you to all the staff for making my daughter feel safe and content in your beautiful setting.

I have often picked my grandson up from there in holiday club and I always get such a welcome from all the staff. I find the facilities immaculate and tidy and it’s always a place of great energy and activity. My grandson always comes home feeling relaxed and happy so I know he has had a good day there.

This setting is fantastic. My little girl has been there since she was two, now four and about to attend school and all the Aunties here work so hard to ensure each child receives the learning they need in a fun and well informed environment. They really care and take steps to maximise play and enjoyment
daily. My little girl LOVES attending and regularly asks to go on weekends too! Parent participation in events is encouraged and regular app updates mean you see what your child is doing each day. I can’t recommend this nursery enough!

I was really nervous about sending my little one to nursery, but this nursery took all the fear away that I had! The staff are amazing, so friendly and caring about each child they care for, the hall is so clean and tidy. They have so many interesting days and learn lots of new things and always keep
tapestry up to date so you can see what your child has been doing each time they visit.

Current Review Score: 9.2 (9.242)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.2 (9.242) out of 10 for Enya's Childcare is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.5 out of 5 from 8 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.7 out of 5 from 7 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.542 for Enya's Childcare is calculated as follows: ( (82 Excellents x 5) + (2 Goods x 4) + (2 Satisfactorys x 3) + (2 Poors x 2) + (8 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 96 Ratings = 4.542
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.7 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Enya's Childcare is based on 7 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 3.7
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 35 number of registered child places is 7, which has been reached with 7 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
