Kiddie Kloud Nursery

Both my granddaughters go to Kiddie Kloud Nursery and I can honestly say it is by far an excellent nursery. When I collect my granddaughters the staff are always caring, kind, and considerate and get to know the children on an amazing level not just personally but also educationally they send updates, pictures, and feedback daily. My granddaughters have had the best educational start to an academic year and are thriving, they both run in and are excited to be going they are greeted with a caring manner by all the staff. Healthy food is given and the nursery is at a high standard of hygiene/health and safety. I would 100% recommend Kiddie Kloud Nursery.

Kiddie Kloud offers a range of activities to the children and each day my daughter talks about the different things she's done. These activities range from walks in the local area to independent play in the nursery setting as well as organised activities with external providers. My daughter spends time each day with her key worker doing 1:1 activities to build her confidence and this also enables her to develop her skills. The activities done at nursery are themed to enable the children to learn about different celebrations and events happening. The menu is varied and the children are able to try different foods. My daughter has attended Kiddie Kloud for over 2 years. She settled in well and soon developed in confidence. The staff at Kiddie Kloud are very friendly and make time for any queries from children and parents. My daughter is excited to go to nursery to see her friends and this is thanks to the welcoming environment at Kiddie Kloud.

My two children are attending Kiddie Kloud. Very happy to have them in good hands with a lovely staff who you can trust. Also, they are very helpful with anything you/ the children need and at the same time, the children have fun and learn new interesting stuff every day!

My little girl has attended Kiddie Kloud since June 2024. From day one she has loved it! I've never had any issues or problems regarding the services. They treat my daughter very very well and I get along with the staff very good too. I feel very safe as mum as I know she's well looked after.

My daughter has been to 2 different nurseries prior to this and I know that she will remain at Kiddie Kloud now until she goes to school. I love it, it's a gorgeous nursery with gorgeous staff. I would definitely recommend it.

What can I say Kiddie Kloud have been part or our lives for 6 years now. They have supported cared for and nurtured both our girls and helped them grow into the girls that they are today, Kind, caring and knowledgeable. The flexibility or being a full time nurse and the support from Kiddie Kloud has been amazing. I don't know what I will do when September comes, great that staff have met both our girls. Thanks Kiddie Kloud for all you do could not recommend you all enough.

There are a wide range of activities for the children and lots of learning everyday. Well organised, good routines, great care and a clean nursery! Flexibility - a lot of nurseries are strict with set timings but they are always willing to accommodate to personal needs - very helpful and if they can't a compromise is always made - outstanding service. Outdoors; whilst they don't have a playground there is a green room and the children are taking on walks which for me seems more beneficial for the children. Lunch/snacks always a wide range of different meals made - varied plan for the week.

Staff - The room leader is amazing she will always go that extra mile! Other Nursery Practitioners are loving/caring exactly what you need with young children.

The children are always going out for fresh air, they sometimes go to the park, do nature walks, or go to a big field to play football. The staff take great care to keep them safe, using prams, walking ropes or everyone holding hands which is always lovely to see if you happen to see them returning from an outing. Children's daily care diaries are always updated and any activities they have done are always uploaded online for parents to see. My daughter is going to miss this nursery and the staff dearly, as am I!

Excellent staff who are compassionate and caring. Many activities to stimulate children. My daughter has been going for a year and is ready for the sunshine room in September 2024. Healthy snacks given and constant toilet/nappy changing. I would recommend Kiddie Kloud to anyone with small children and can't wait for my other granddaughter to start.

I feel very grateful that my son attends this nursery. He has been here since he was 10 months old and is now two and a half. He absolutely loves it and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the management. It’s such a warm, welcoming place and it’s comforting to know that my son enjoys it so much. They do so much with the children and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone who has looked after my son had been so patient and kind. I never want him to leave!

Love the extra activities like forest school, French class and PE.

Great facilities, good food, good reporting and lovely people. Incredible value for money.

Couldn’t recommend Kiddie Kloud Nursery enough. My sons been there for 8 months now and it is a fantastic nursery. Always doing lots of different activities, going out for walks and having a good variety of meals. Staff are all so caring and attentive. Management very flexible and helpful at all times. So glad we chose this nursery.

My son absolutely loves going to Kiddie Kloud Nursery! He has settled in so well. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming and I’m so glad I sent him here! He continues to love it here! In the space of a few weeks he learnt his numbers and was singing nursery rhymes at home! It’s a joy to see!

We have had 2 children go to Kiddie Kloud and they both have loved it. My little boy is very happy here and doesn’t want to go home at the end of the day! That’s a very good recommendation in my eyes.

Great place for small kids with a wonderful environment for children to be before they go to school. Staff are really caring and go the extra mile to make children comfortable. An example of this is when my daughter started, they used to find songs in my mother tongue and learnt few words themselves to comfort her. My daughter enjoys going there, and she has made huge progress in overcoming tantrums, self care, eating behaviours, and socialising.

I have had the pleasure of bringing my two girls here for over three years and every day has been a joy. Drop-off is smooth, girls are always delighted to see the team who are brilliant with updates throughout the day via the app giving you that feeling you’re there. Brilliant place for kids and when my eldest went on to reception, her level was beyond expected.

Absolutely love this nursey, my daughter has been here since 18 months (now 3 years old) and she has been so happy here! Staff are super friendly, always keen to tell us what they have been up to throughout the day. Would highly recommend this nursey to anyone.

The management are flexible and caring. Staff are friendly and approachable. The lack of outdoor space is compensated for well with the green room and the nursery setting is always lovely and warm and inviting.

The management goes above and beyond to ensure the children have facilities and access to enriching activities.
