New Birth Day Nursery Stepney

My daughter attended New Birth Day Nursery from when she just turned 1 until almost 4 years old and we only left as we moved away from the area. During the 3 years, she was extremely happy at the nursery. The staff show an incredible level of care and interest in the children, they focus on the development and learning at an individual level, and they ensure a caring and supportive environment for all the children. The Baby’s Days app is used as fantastic tool for logging activities and development, and the termly reports provide a very thorough summary of the development achievements and next steps. Our daughter thrived in the care of the team here, building strong relationships and friendships, gaining confidence and developing strong phonics and number skills from an early age. We can only hope her new nursery provides such a positive experience.

Our daughter really missed nursery while it was closed and talked about the staff a lot. They have been brilliant and accommodating - doing zoom calls on demand when she missed them! She is so happy to be back. The team are great, fun, attentive, lovely people. We are very happy here. She's been going since she was 10 months and she's now 27 months. She seems to learn loads and they keep us well informed of her progress and are easy to contact and communicate with. Thank you.

Most importantly the people who work at the nursery are all wonderful and we always feel confident that she is being cared for and helped to develop in the best way possible.

They do a lot of different activities to keep children entertained all day long, e.g. paddling pool in the summer time, little trips to local shops, they even take them to the cinema and a lot of practising with letters and numbers. They also do parents' coffee mornings and regular catch-ups. I can only recommend this nursery, the owners are a lovely couple who couldn't care more for their staff and children in care as they already do!

It’s been 5 months since I’ve enrolled my daughter with New Birth Day Nursery. I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with the excellent level of care and service provided.

Since enrolling my daughter to the nursery, I have found her social skills have improved immensely. The nursery also have an online learning book where videos and journals are updated based on the day's events. I am also personally informed at the end of the day with how my daughters day went ie if she was happy/ upset/ food/ nap times.

This is a very clean nursery, I found every member of staff at the nursery to be very friendly and helpful.

I was personally so scared to leave my daughter to a nursery. My daughter is now 17months, once I take her off the pushchair in the morning... she looks back at me, smiles and waves me goodbye. Which is such a relief for me, it means my daughter is being cared for. Hence, why I would highly recommend this nursery.

My child seems really happy, and well attached to his key worker and the leader of the baby room. He has learned new things since starting to attend and has noticeably become more eager to explore new things.

All the nursery stuff are nice and friendly. My 2-year-old is generally happy there, she learns new things every day. They have lots of activities and nursery songs. They also have outdoor activities regularly. The learning book is also a great idea to let the parents know and communicate better.

My son is also learning lots.

Highly recommend this nursery. My son has been here for a year and is very happy - walks in each morning without looking back. Lovely staff who are warm, calm and caring. Nice outside area which they use a lot and a good variety of activities. Lovely place.
