The worst experience ever. I took my daughter to this nursery and she was bullied and treated differently from the other kids. I saw one of the staff pulling my two-year-old by her arm that she was unable to walk. Staff barely move and made bad faces when I delivered my daughter into the classroom. I arrived several times at the nursery and I saw kids alone and staff chatting. The levels of care shown to our child were poor and not to high standards. I managed to enter the nursery without my fingerprint register, so anyone can access to the kids. My daughter came back sick and her lips are swollen, after picking her up from this badly called nursery. Her clothes and jacket were wet! in wintertime. The attitude of the staff towards us was completely unprofessional, despite we were polite with them all the time.

I can highly recommend Banana Moon! My daughter started when she was one in the baby room (after trying another nursery which wasn't a patch on Banana Moon), went on to the toddler room, and she's now 3.5 in pre-school. My son is one, and he has just started. The staff are so kind, caring and knowledgeable, each child has a key worker, and you're updated throughout the day via an app with pics and info. The chef is excellent, and the children have fresh food throughout the day. Most importantly - my children are very happy there, have made great friends, and I feel safe that they are in the best hands.

We absolutely love this nursery. All staff right from the baby room to pre-school are kind, welcoming and enthusiastic. My son is currently in the toddler room and he thoroughly enjoys going - he is clearly well looked after. They are all aware of his interests and dislikes and manage activities to suit them. Management is also great - get back to you with queries within a reasonable amount of time.

Very professional and friendly staff. Many have built a strong relationship with our son. I have experienced great, efficient communication from staff. We have extreme dietary requirements due to allergies with our son and the nursery have maintained excellent food choices. Most importantly our son is very comfortable and happy. He has come on leaps and bounds since attending and has many friends. I know he will miss nursery when he graduates to primary school in September. Thank you.
