Little Learners Nursery School Chester

Little Learners is a very well run nursery dedicated to children's care and development. They provide excellent communication tools like the family app and the catering and menu is top rate. The staff are very hardworking and the activities organised are inventive and inspiring. Overall the service is value for money. The location is convenient they maximise the use of the gym, however - the outdoor space is the weakest point and is in need of improvement.

They do the best for our children. A wonderful staff, always answering all questions about children, is involved in many activities with children. My daughter loves to go there. Thank you for your support.

The efforts that the team go to with the children is fantastic. They are always doing fun and educational activities in a very caring setting. They also keep parents updated regularly through the app which is a great way of staying connected. Meals are prepared on site by a wonderful cook who is lovely and my daughter loves all of the team there. They also do more outside activities as the kids get older which is more than enough to alleviate my original concern. Great place, would recommend.

We got such a good feel from this nursery when being shown around by the then manager. The nursery have been welcoming and flexible and our daughter is slowly starting to settle in well. The team are quick to respond to queries and will put anything in place to support. For example, her key worker now ensures she collects our daughter from the door (due to Covid restrictions) as previously she was being collected by staff she did not know and this was making her anxious. Our daughter has lots of opportunities to engage in activities that have provided us with inspiration for entertaining her at home. Although the outdoor space is small she loves this and I’m told she often wants to be outdoors. One improvement that could be made is the communication via the parent app as this is not always reflected accurately in terms of timings. It would also be nice for one or two photos to be loaded onto the app so that parents/carers can see what a child has engaged with that day.

The management is extremally approachable and accommodating and will do anything they can to help should you require extra sessions or even just advice.

Little Learners is a fantastic nursery. My 2 daughters; aged 4 and 1 years absolutely love attending this nursery. The staff are very attentive, caring and professional. I feel very happy leaving my girls here.

We would highly recommend this nursery to any prospective parents, and we look forward to our daughter spending another 2-years there.

Since our daughter started nursery in 2019, the staff at Little Learners could not have been more helpful, friendly or accommodating. No matter what our request they have accommodated us. This is our first child, and so we were nervous about settling her into a nursery full time. We needn’t have worried; she seems to love it and love the staff. She holds her arms out to go to whatever staff member greets her with a smile in the morning. Using an app to keep us updated on her activities, food and sleep during the day is so reassuring. I always felt the nursery was very clean, however, since Covid and returning to the nursery after a few months at home it has got even cleaner. The steps the staff have taken to keep everyone safe and well are above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

The staff that look after my son are lovely and really go to the next level to care for him. My son loves coming to nursery. Maybe the staff could update the tablet more so myself and my partner can see how his day has been.

From the moment I first visited the nursery, I got the feeling that it was a place where our child would be well looked after. All of the staff are amazing, so caring, supportive, attentive and fun. The activities that they do with the children are fab. The food provided always sounds delicious, our little one loves the chef, would not hesitate to recommend Little Learners.

I am very happy with the overall experience provided for my daughter at Little Learners Nursery School. The management make a real effort to accommodate my current working circumstances, and I feel well informed of my daughter's progress on a continuous basis.

Little Learners is brilliant. We couldn't ask for better care for our daughter. All staff are so friendly and caring and have helped our daughter progress whilst at nursery. If you have any doubts about where to send your child - forget them and use Little Learners.

The biggest test was definitely the last couple of months with the Coronavirus situation. They were amazing with everything. When it was time for my daughter to restart nursery, they were very understanding that she was trying to settle back into the old routine. They were incredible and helped her to settle back in very quickly. Lovely staff, HIGHLY recommend.

Lovely nursery with wonderful staff who are friendly, caring and hard working. My son really loves it at Little Learners. The door to their garden is always open for the children to play in and on a bad weather day they take them into the gym for a runaround. There is always a friendly hello and goodbye from all the staff even if my son is not in their room. They were very accommodating during the lockdown period and worked hard to provide a service to key workers. It may not be the biggest of nurseries but it more than makes up for it in the amazing care and attention that they provide to all of the children.

I am delighted that our daughter attends Little Learners Nursery School Chester, as the staff are committed and always happy to discuss any concerns I might have. She was only nine months old when I had to leave her, so it was an especially tough time for us both. Now I know that my worries were completely unnecessary as my baby is in good hands and she is very happy, so this only confirms to me the quality of the nursery. She has developed so much and keep surprising me every day with her motor skills. I would definitely recommend Little Learners Nursery School Chester with no hesitation.

Settling my son back in when he went back was no problem either, he’s missed nursery so much he ran in! The ‘new normal’ has been transitioned in seamlessly. My son has loved every minute of nursery and we will be extremely sad when he leaves! An amazing nursery.

My daughter is due to leave this summer to go to Primary school and we will miss the place as much as her. Thank you for all you have done for my daughter.

We have never had any issues with the care given, the atmosphere is happy and conducive to learning and fun.
