Funding & Fees

  • The funding is government funding and private fees are £9 per hour
    Late Payment Fees:
    - If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of £35 will be applied per week until payment is made.
    - If payment is 5 days late, childcare services may be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.
    Non-Payment and Termination of Extra Sessions
    - If payment is overdue by 10 days, a formal notice will be issued.
    - If payment is not received within 14 days of the original due date, extra sessions booked may be discontinued and the spot may be offered to another family.
    - Any outstanding balances must be paid before a child can return to care.
    Returned Payments
    - If a payment is returned due to insufficient funds, a £40 fee will be charged in addition to any late fees.
    - Parents/guardians will be responsible for making an alternative payment within 7 days to avoid service disruption.

    - Payments are due on 1st of each month.
    - Payments can be made via bank transfer.

My daughter had been going to Dolly Daycare nursery. Every morning we get there she is always so happy to go and she always has such a good day. She is always asking when she can go back. Staff are always lovely and very helpful and very supportive. I would definitely recommend this nursery. They are
always doing a lot of creative things. My daughter brings home all of her activities that she does and the nursery is so creative. Always clean and tidy when I drip my daughter off and at pick up time. Lovely nursery.

My son really loved the last two years. We are very happy in this nursery. They are very lovely, patient, helpful, friendly and nice people. My son learned a lot here. We are very sad to be leaving because of school.
But I am very happy because my son got everything to make sure he can start school
with confidence.

My son has been at Dollys Daycare for two years now and he has absolutely loved it, he has made lots of friends and has grown to love the teachers too.
The staff are excellent with the children and I find parents too. They have always kept me updated about my son's education, strengths and weaknesses
which as a parent you want to know and what you as a parent could do to help with their struggles.
They have healthy snacks during the day as well as their lunch box’s which is lovely.
The staffs learning techniques are great, my son comes home singing a different song each day and counting and new things he learns each day, outdoor facilities are a nice size for the kids - it’s not too small and not too big. It’s lovely and cosy and helps the kids socialise more together. I would highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a nursery for their child. I feel completely safe knowing my son is at Dolly's when I’m at work.

Amazing nursery, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. My grandson loves it. He was very quiet before starting at nursery but now he is more outgoing and happy, he absolutely loves it. The staff are truly wonderful, always there for the children and parents. I can not praise this nursery enough.

Job Title: Nursery Manager and SENDCO

Hello, I’m Sandra, serving as the Manager at Dolly’s Daycare.


With an NVQ 4 in early years and over three decades of experience in this field since 1988, I hold the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead within our settings.


Additionally, I possess an advanced SENCO Qualification, alongside certifications in First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid, as well as training in food hygiene and various other areas.


Beyond my professional endeavours, I am a proud parent to four children and blessed with five delightful grandchildren, with whom I cherish spending quality time and having adventures.


Animals hold a special place in my heart, as evidenced by my beloved dog, Sky, and my cherished cat, Milo.


In my leisure moments, I find joy in activities such as cooking, reading, and knitting.


Above all, I derive immense fulfilment from actively contributing to the development and growth of children, a role that brings me the utmost satisfaction.
