My daughter joined Ruspini at the age of two, having never attended a nursery before. I can honestly say it has been the best nursery experience we could have hoped for.

The staff are great, caring, supportive and truly dedicated to the children.

The activities they organise are wonderful and have really helped my daughter grow in confidence, learn new skills and enjoy every day she spends there.

She has been very happy throughout her time at the nursery and as a parent, it has been so reassuring to see how well she has settled and developed. I would highly recommend the nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and positive environment for their child.

My daughter joined Ruspini house when she was two, she loves to come here everyday, the staff and teachers are superb! They are inquisitive and supportive to every child, and really patient with children. The setting or school environment is great! The kids there are really lucky to have this as a start of their school life. The communications with the school is also very professional and supportive.

I cannot recommend Ruspini House highly enough. Since our daughter joined in October 2024 at the age of two she has thrived. She adores going to school (she even asks to go on weekends!) and has built strong bonds with the staff who are caring, attentive and keen to nurture an ongoing dialogue with parents.
The daily activities are hugely varied (including Spanish, yoga, music, trips to the main school library) and explain not only why our daughter has so much fun every day but has also developed so rapidly in so many ways since joining.
The facilities are unparalleled for a nursery - the children benefit from the vast grounds of the main school and spend a large amount of time outdoors including through the winter, which is wonderful.

We couldn't be happier with the setting.

I've had a positive experience with Ruspini House Nursery, and I highly recommend it to parents seeking a nurturing environment for their little ones. The staff is exceptionally caring and attentive, always making sure the children feel safe, happy, and engaged throughout the day.
The nursery has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts both children and parents at ease. The activities are well-planned, offering a good balance of play-based learning and structured activities that support both social and cognitive development. My child has learned so much already in their time here, and it's clear that the staff is dedicated to fostering growth in a supportive and fun way.

The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and child-friendly, with plenty of space for the children to explore and interact. I also appreciate the regular updates and communication from the staff, ensuring that parents are always in the loop about their child's progress and daily activities.

I can't praise Ruspini House Nursery enough! My daughter started at RMS when she was 2, and she'll be 4 in July. It has truly helped build her confidence she loves socialising, playing with her friends, and learning in such a nurturing environment.

She absolutely adores her teachers, and I love how caring and attentive they are with all the children. RMS has given her the best possible start, not just in education but in essential life skills. Most importantly, I feel they genuinely teach kindness, which is something I deeply value.

Ruspini house is a wonderful, unique nursery that I wish every child could attend:
- the children are very happy and get to benefit from the great facilities of the wider school
- the opportunities offered include Spanish lessons, swimming, music classes, visits to the library, muddy walks on the grounds, forest school
- a whole range of events are offered from stay and plays, Easter / harvest and Christmas
shows, dressing up for world book day, pancake day, sports day
- parents are offered support through sessions such as presentations by sleep consultants, explanations of learning / teaching methods, drop in sessions with the head mistress
- the staff are experienced, very caring and nurturing

- the staff are long standing so children can form bonds with their key worker

My daughter is currently attending Bluebells class at Ruspini House and thriving. We thought she loved her previous nursery but the change in her since joining Ruspini has been incredible. She attends each day with a smile and is excited by what they'll be doing next. The staff are all so warm and friendly, but provide enough structure and controlled discipline so it's not just chaos. The facilities are wonderful and the children get to experience so much, from outdoor play in wonderful surroundings to visiting the magnificent library.

We don't have a negative thing to say about Ruspini House. We feel incredibly lucky that our child is able to attend the RMS pre-school. The space and facilities are amazing; above and beyond any other nurseries we visited. Added to this, the staff are amazing. Our child absolutely loves going to Ruspini, and has made incredible bonds with all staff, in addition to their key-person. In the four months they have been attending, we have noticed an incredible difference, in terms of language development, confidence, and socialisation. The activities on offer are lovely and varied and we get regular updates on what the children have been up to. The outside space is amazing, and the use of the RMS grounds makes this even more exceptional; the children really get the chance to play and explore in plenty of space. There is so much care and attention put into every part of the nursery. Our child comes out of Ruspini House happy every single day. Highly recommend!

My daughter joined Ruspini in September 2023 at age 2. She did not know any English and has never been at any day care. I was amazed at the confidence of the teachers and how they began their communication with her, totally being on her side, supporting and understanding her, building her confidence at her pace. Now she speaks English absolutely confidently, developed early friendships, became more resilient and independent.
Ruspini House is a great start for a child setting a stage for future success in personal and academic sphere. Focused on development of emotional intelligence, healthy social interactions and overall wellbeing.
They start music and Spanish at age of 2, they have amazing territory which they start to explore as early as two years old. They spend a lot of time outdoors. I love their routine and children love it, they know what to expect and when.

All teachers at Ruspini are very inspiring, confident, amazingly know the tune of every single child!

Ruspini house at RMS is so much more than a nursery, the environment, curriculum they follow and care provided by the staff is excellent. My daughter has developed at a rapid pace since starting at the Nursery and it's all down to the staff and the way of teaching. At most nurseries the children will just play all day whereas at Ruspini House, the children are encouraged to participate in structured learning/play as well as open play sessions, which instills discipline and routine from a young age whilst maintaining the fun. They run a wide variety of structured sessions including Spanish lessons, Music lessons, forestry and on Fridays walk the children over to the school library for story time with the librarian. The children look so happy when they arrive in the morning and are excited to see the teachers which shows what strong bonds they build. I have been delighted with the nursery/pre school at Ruspini house and only wish they took children from a younger age.

My daughter absolutely loves Ruspini. From the moment she walks through the door she is happy (even on the days where she just doesn't want to leave me!). The nursery staff have a way of getting the absolute best out of the children. They are super nurturing and develop strong bonds with the kids. There is a great balance of 'academic learning' and teaching the kids about kindness and focus on treating others. My daughter tells me she is going to stay at Ruspini forever because she loves it so much, which says it all.

We are very happy with our daughters experience at Ruspini House. The staff have been so caring and attentive of both our daughters over the last 2 years. The girls bonded really well with their key workers and the wider community of staff, and we look forward to the weekly photos and videos that they upload onto the app. Our girls have made some amazing friends. Being affiliated with the main school allowed our girls to have access to a wide range of facilities that you would not find in any other local nursery. They have the opportunity to perform at the Nativity and Easter shows, and enjoy whole school events like the Christmas and Summer Fete. Our girls have enjoyed every minute and we always recommend Ruspini to our friends.

My early years’ experience has been quite diverse, initially a multi-agency role in a children centre before moving into education. I set up and managed a nursery on a school site in an area of high deprivation, and although quite challenging at times I really enjoyed the work. I wanted the opportunity to further explore and develop teaching practice, which is when I came to Ruspini. I immediately felt at home here, with the RMS values of inclusivity, courage, ambition, kindness, perseverance and integrity being very much in line with my own.

90% of a child’s brain develops before the age of five, you can literally see their brains ticking. What and how they learn has long term consequences and benefits. Through a carefully planned, individualised curriculum, all children at Ruspini House are encouraged to reach their full potential.
