Incredible Kids Ashby

We have always had good experiences with this nursery and feel our child is very well cared for. My only negative feedback would be the meals as sometimes quite basic (eg bread cheese crudités) compared to nurseries our friends use & if child doesn't eat lunch for example, they are given the same thing they had for breakfast. Not all food consumed is logged on the app, which can make it hard to know what to feed our child when we get home. Other than that, everything else seems great & we are happy.

Our little one started with Incredible Kids well over a year now and we can not put into words the way he has absolutely thrived there. Every staff member and key worker have been nothing short of amazing with him. They pour so much into the children we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every day we have in detail what he has been up too and how much he has eaten etc which puts us at so much ease. From the great meals to playtime we just know how much our boy loves attending. From the fabulous ladies in the toddler room to the amazing management team, you really go that extra mile. When he first started he had just learnt to sit up. Now we have an active, singing, dancing, talking toddler! We can't thank them enough for everything so far and look forward to seeing the next chapter. Thank you all, we do appreciate everything you do.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery! The managers and staff are incredibly caring, friendly, and dedicated, and they genuinely take the time to get to know each child as an individual. Our child has grown so much in confidence and independence since starting here. The activities are always fun, engaging, and educational, and it's lovely to see how much thought goes into creating a safe and nurturing environment. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel well informed about our child's day and development. It's clear that the whole team truly cares about the children and creates a happy, welcoming atmosphere. We feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring and supportive place for their child.

Both of my kids went to Incredible kids. My daughter was a Covid baby and they supported her build her social skills so that she would be ready for school and after completing her first year this year, she has thrived! My son was born prematurely and has global development delay, they have been brilliant with him from the start. Whatever I was asked to do from the hospital they supported me with (from additional feeds to walking unaided to potty training) the SENCO has been fantastic and supported us throughout working alongside the teams within each room. With this support and smooth transition from room to room has meant he has blossomed and so much more ready for school than we had hoped for.Overall they have been fantastic from the day to day activities to the add ons offered (forest school, movement classes etc) to the additional support my kids have needed. For us they were the best place to support our kids in their early years.

I'm so happy with Incredible Kids Ashby! My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery, and it makes me so happy to see her so settled and excited every day.

The staff are kind, caring and very attentive, and I always feel confident knowing she is in such good hands. They communicate really well with parents and genuinely care about the children.

I can already see how much my daughter has grown and developed since starting. A lovely nursery with a wonderful team. I highly recommend Incredible Kids!

Great staff in the baby room. My son is always a bit reluctant to go in but the ladies soon give him a cuddle and put him at ease. He is always happily playing when I collect and has good bonds with adults there.

Both my children love going! Their faces light up when they see their key worker. Lots of opportunities for outdoor play which we like. The SENDCO has been extremely helpful in our journey so far. It's been nice to hear about the progress they have made since joining.

A really caring and supportive nursery. I have two children who attend and they both absolutely love it! They do many different and varied activities with them daily and have outside activities that come into the nursery which they also participate in. Would highly recommend!

We have loved every minute of Incredible kids from the baby room to preschool 1. Alba's development has been so strong and i believe this is with the help and support she receives from the ladies in the room with her. Alba has made lots of friends and is also very excited to speak with the ladies in her room each day.

My child has been at the nursery for over a year now and she absolutely loves the facility and the staff. As a parent the facilities are fantastic. The baby room has so much space for little ones to crawl, explore and learn to walk. The toddler room is packed full of lots of different activities to keep the children busy. My child has really progressed in all areas because of the range in learning. The staff are constantly feeding back to me as a parent and will give tips and advice of how to continue the learning at home. I Look forward to my child's development as she continues into preschool.

Staff in the nursery have an extremely kind and caring manner, which creates a nurturing environment that allows my child to feel happy and settled. My child loves the great range of indoor and outdoor activities which has enabled my child to thrive in learning and development. Staff regularly share updates on achievements in my child's learning so I feel well-informed about how my child is progressing.

My child has attended for almost two years. Fantastic nursery overall. Staff are very friendly, professional and know what they're talking about. They are very creative with activities to keep the kids engaged whilst developing them at the same time. For mother/father's day, they run an event that allows the relevant people to attend nursery for a couple of hours to play with the kids, which is a nicely thought out activity that I'm not aware of occurring at other nurseries. The building is purpose built for a nursery, well designed, clean and in a very convenient location, with great transport links right next to it. Would highly recommend!

Special thanks to one member of staff who left in recent months and two others in particular. Your huge hearts shine through in what you do and our daughter lights up when she's around you. We will be forever indebted to your kind, loving, supportive and encouraging nature. Thank you with all my heart.

My son started full time in the baby room in June after just turning one. I was so apprehensive but he had some settling in sessions which helped ease my worries. He absolutely loves going to nursery, his key worker is fantastic and he has developed so much in three short months! There is so much for the children to do and play with, and the baby room is huge. I love the modern and clean setting which was important to me. All the staff are lovely and I'm so happy with the choice I made for my son.

My son has been here since it first opened and what an amazing little character its helped me sculpt him to be! Really it's what it says on the tin! Full of incredible kids.

Letting someone look after the most precious gift you have in your life is a difficult decision. You walk into Incredible kids Ashby de la Zouch and you first feel a sense of quiet and calm. Is this a where children are? To your right is an office of management where the door is always open, and where nothing is too much trouble. Any query, question or concern is answered and with validation. You see the next door a dedicated cook who all the kids love, she cooks as if they're her own, with variety, taste and health in mind. You then enter a room, with staff that are welcoming, friendly, but understand rules, and discipline. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, with a variety of toys, every day there is a new task, layout or play table. Talking from Preschool view, the option to freely go outside is amazing, no allotted sessions or time, external events and visits are arranged. Don't look elsewhere, excellent, worth every penny your child will grow and is safe. Thank you.

What a fantastic, friendly and incredibly well-resourced local nursery! Huge outdoor play areas, huge free-flow rooms, wonderful role-play areas and such caring, attentive staff. Easily the best nursery in the area.

My daughter attends nursery 3 days a week. She is always excited to go and wants to play with everything. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they have answered any questions I have had, well. My daughter's keyworker has a lovely bond with my daughter and has enabled my daughter to develop in leaps and bounds. I am very happy with the progress made and the way this progress is communicated to me. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My child who is 3 has been at the nursery for three months, so far I have nothing but great comments to type about the nursery. They have very good, patient, professional staff. Very clean facilities, the food is freshly cooked on site. Lots of activities for your child to do with a lovely outside space for the children to play. You also get a report on your child's activities for that day. I don't usually do reviews but in this case, I am so happy with the nursery, I had to do one!

My son, who has Autism and is non-verbal attends the preschool setting here and he absolutely loves it! I couldn't stand the thought of letting him go to a preschool as he is so unique, but as soon as I and my partner came for a look around we knew this was the place for him. The women are so friendly and helpful and they immediately made us feel comfortable and our son seemed so settled straight away. He even 'chose' his keyworker and she has been amazing with him! Now that our son is settled the nursery are now going through all the relevant procedures to get him the best help and the right professionals involved in his care. We can't thank them enough!
