Little Raccoons Day Nursery Apsley

My son joined Little Raccoons in the Autumn after we moved house. We were understandably anxious about him starting in a new setting when he had already spent two years at another nursery but we needn't have worried. We were given a smooth transition by friendly staff and the regular communication helped to put us at ease. He really loves his new nursery now and is always so excited at drop off. The app is great at keeping parents updated and helps us understand how the children are progressing. There is always a handover at pick up time and messages are responded to quickly. The staff are so friendly and welcoming which is great because our youngest will be starting there soon. I should also mention the special events they hold for parents such as the art exhibition which was so lovely to be able to see the children's work.

The staff are very friendly. My daughter always runs to them with open arms and I take that as a good sign. She also never wants to leave another good sign. I would definitely recommend Little Raccoons Day Nursery Apsley.

They communicate very well through an app on your child's progress, day-to-day activities and food. They go above and beyond for the children.

My daughter started attending Little Raccoons Day Nursery Apsley after failing to settle with a childminder. We are really happy with her progress and also the activities that they do. The staff are attentive and caring. I would recommend Little Raccoons to anyone in the neighbourhood.

My little boy has learned so much from being there, including nursery rhymes and the actions to go with them and overall seems to really love attending this nursery, which puts me at ease every time he goes.

Our son loves going to nursery, he always leaves with a smile on his face. All the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure our little boy has the best learning experience. We are constantly updated as parents as to what is going on and the use of the app allows us to check in with his key workers as and when needed. As first-time parents, nursery can be really daunting but they have made it so easy!

I’m so grateful to feel confident that I can go to work with peace of mind that my daughter is having a lovely day. My daughter is prepped and ready to start school after her time here.

Fantastic nursery would highly recommend! My 3 year old son’s key worker is amazing and really makes an effort to help him develop in areas where he struggles such as writing. Her updates on the Famly app are detailed, regular and enjoyable to read. It’s nice to see the large variety of group activities they put on for the kids. Management are also helpful and responsive with invoicing and other queries. It’s great that funding can be applied flexibly as opposed to a set number of hours a day like some nurseries, and there is a similar flexibility with requests to change sessions - which has been very much appreciated. The staff are all very friendly which makes for a lovely childcare setting. I can’t thank them all enough for making my son’s time so enjoyable - it’s clear him and his friends really love it there!

Both our kids have been at Little Raccoons and they have truly blossomed during their time at this nursery! Everything from social skills to vocabulary has come on faster than I ever imagined. The staff are so welcoming to us parents and children and it is easy to address any queries or questions we have about day-to-day learning. I can't praise all the ladies enough for all their work with our kids!

My son joined this nursery back in February and he loves it so much. We are so happy after moving from another nursery in the area. It is a pleasure dropping him off in the mornings and seeing how happy he is going into class. Communication is great and the app is updated on a regular basis during the day. I feel that all the nursery teachers take a real interest in my child which is comforting. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

A very well managed nursery with lovely staff. Staff make the place what it is but the new manager has really made a positive difference to an already great place. I trust them implicitly. Would recommend to anyone - sadly my son leaves in September and I have genuine anxiety about how much he is going to miss Little Raccoons Day Nursery. Keep up the great work guys.

As first-time parents, we were apprehensive about putting our son into nursery but since our show-around day, we just knew Little Raccoons Day Nursery Apsley was the best place for our son. We have complete trust in the staff and feel at ease knowing he is happy and well looked after.

Fantastic nursery staff are so lovely and keep you up to date, our son loves it! The staff were so good at helping him settle in as he struggled a bit at first. Would highly recommend! All the staff seem to know my son and what he likes and doesn’t and I feel they really treat them as individuals!

We really like the fact that the carers are so involved and full of energy daily for the children, something that we aspire to having when we are with the Thea. its tough being energetic for several hours of the day and to care for the little ones.

Thea is really growing into her own and we enjoy watching her development weekly. We also entirely trust them with her at all hours and haven't hesitated ever leaving her on the premise at anytime.

My son joined the nursery aged nine months in March this year. He has thrived under the guidance of the staff at Little Raccoons. He loves going to 'school' and is excited every morning. He has learnt lots of skills and comes home every day with a full report card full of different activities that he has done that day. He has developed some lovely relationships with both staff and other children and my husband and I are really happy that we have found such a good nursery close to home. He is out of the baby room to the next stage in the new year, which will bring more adventure. I highly recommend Little Raccoons, Apsley.

Little Racoons is such a lovely nursery and my daughter is so happy there. The staff are wonderful and caring - it's like a little family. The staff always do new activities and at the end of each day always take the time to go through my daughter's day with me. The facilities and outdoor area are great and my daughter loves the food! Would definitely recommend!

The baby team and in fact, all staff including the new manager at Little Raccoons Apsley are just wonderful. They show a genuine warmth towards my baby girl and they have quickly banished my anxiety at leaving my little one aged 7 months in their care. Now at nearly 12 months she is settled, happy and loves nursery.
