More2Childcare Nursery Greenwich is an Ofsted Outstanding setting (July 2023 and 2018), providing high-quality early years education for children aged 3 months to 4 years. More2Childcare offers a nurturing, stimulating environment where children build confidence, independence and a love of learning.

Open all year round from 8am to 6pm, the nursery is located just off Trafalgar Road in East Greenwich, within a restored Victorian building filled with natural light. Spacious rooms create a calm atmosphere, and the baby room includes a dedicated sleep area. CCTV operates throughout for added reassurance.

The staff team are caring and experienced with qualifications that range from apprentices up to degree level. Some of the staff have been at the nursery since it opened in 2016. The nursery follows the EYFS framework and enhances learning through a curriculum enriched with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics). Children are encouraged to explore, investigate and problem-solve through hands-on experiences indoors and outdoors. Two dedicated playgrounds, including a separate area for under 2s, support physical development and outdoor discovery.

Communication with families is supported through the Famly app, which provides regular updates on each child’s day, including photos, observations and progress reports. Strong parent partnerships, community initiatives and added-value workshops further enhance the nursery offerings.

What can I say this has truly been the best nursery my child could have been at. From the very beginning, we felt such a warm and welcoming presence from the whole team. Communication has always been amazing and they genuinely make you feel like family - people you can fully trust with your child. I've
loved receiving regular updates about what my child has learned, daily activities, and all the wonderful experiences they offer. The app is fantastic, especially for an anxious parent, as I always know how her day and care routine have been. Management were incredibly supportive during those difficult goodbye moments at the door, which meant so much to us. The monthly parent events helped us connect with other families and see the happy faces my child loves so much. At home, my child never stops talking about her teachers, her stickers, and what she's learned. The garden is her favourite place, especially the farmshop visits and I couldn't be happier.

I can't say enough positive things about this exceptional nursery. Both our children blossomed under the care of its nurturing and expert team of staff. The planned activities are creative and engaging, every member of staff we encountered was kind and knowledgeable and the nursery goes above and
beyond to provide lovely events such as themed stay and plays. There is a real sense of community.


The transition into nursery could not have been smoother, as they make excellent use of the key worker system. We had an introductory session to discuss our children, their personalities, strengths and areas for development and they were then matched with a suitable key worker who would come out to welcome them. The nursery teachers treated our children with love and care and their enthusiasm for their work shines through.


It was so reassuring to know they were in such safe hands and we will always be grateful for everything the nursery has done and the memories we are taking away.

My son has been attending this nursery for a year now and we could not be happier. It is one of the best things about living in this area. The staff are all so lovely; they always take time to chat at drop off and pick up, they arrange events for the kids and parents and they update you with pictures
throughout the day but most importantly you can tell they really care about the kids.


My son has some health related issues and the nursery has been beyond accommodating and helpful. They have made a difficult time much easier and I have never once had to worry about sending him in, as I know all his needs are met and he is in good hands. Especially his key worker has been wonderful and I am so grateful for all the support they've given.


I really cannot recommend this nursery enough

More2Childcare is a wonderful nursery and we've been extremely pleased to have chosen it. The staff are patient, understanding, and above all, reassuring. Not only do they provide regular updates on the app, but they also spend time each evening at pick-up talking through the day and answering questions.


Our

daughter has grown in confidence, developed her curiosity through the planned activities and learned to love the outdoors. I'm always surprised to see how nicely she interacts with the staff from the other rooms and/or the main office, which is a testament to the family-like feel of the nursery.


We were planning to move to a different part of London, but have postponed our move by an extra year specifically because we didn't want to pull our daughter out of a nursery that she's grown to love so much. If there was an Ofsted rating higher than 'Outstanding', More2 would get it.

The staff takes good care of my child and is loving and observant towards him. They are helpful with aligning potty training and provides good feedback on the development of the child. Their graduation ceremony was planned lovely.

Wonderful nursery with very caring teachers. The school organises lots of great events for the children and the parents. The teachers give very helpful feedback over time on how our child progresses. The children do lots of activities, including some of them outside the nursery (eg going to the supermarket
to check the different produce, going to a soft play centre right next to the nursery).

What a wonderful nursery. We couldn't be happier with the care that our son has received at More2Childcare since starting at 7 months old. The practitioners are caring, attentive and full of energy and our son has formed such lovely bonds with all the staff members. He looks forward to going every day
and we know he is always in safe hands. The daily activities provided for the children are creative and stimulating and our son has learnt so much from his first year at nursery. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and safe on-site outside space is available for all children.

Our daughter has been attending More2 Childcare since she was 12 months old, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Before she was born, we visited several nurseries, but More2 stood out from the very beginning. The staff are incredibly professional, kind and supportive. The nursery is exceptionally
well-run and organised, and it's clear that everyone there genuinely cares about the children.


Our daughter has absolutely thrived since joining More2. Her development has been wonderful to see, and she has enjoyed every moment. We've especially appreciated the creative themes and fun activities planned each day, which keep the children engaged and learning in new ways. The monthly parent events, each with a different theme, have also been a lovely way for us to feel involved in her early years.


More2 is truly a special place, and we're sad to be leaving due to relocation. We're incredibly grateful for the nurturing start our daughter has had here. Thank you to the whole team!

Our son has been going to More2Childcare Greenwich Day Nursery and Pre-school for almost 15 months, and we can't be happier about choosing this nursery.
The staff is considerate and caring, they follow a very organised and structured learning approach, focusing on cognitive, motor and emotional skills.
We get proper updates on the app and EOD feedback. They take full care of dietary preferences and allergies, facilities are sufficiently big for the kids to play and express themselves.

I would highly recommend this nursery. My son has been attending for almost a year and a half. The staff are very caring and supportive. The setting is great, the rooms are well sized and the nursery makes good use of the outside space, ensuring the children get to play outside as often as possible.
The children do lots of lovely activities which really contribute to their development. We get regular updates and photos throughout the day which I really appreciate.

Our daughter has has graduated through 3 rooms at More2 and we've been very happy with the support of all the staff. Our daughter has enjoyed her time in each class and happily goes in each day. There have been an abundance of activities all suitable and tailored to her age and regular communication
through the app during the day and with her key worker at pick up. The staff know our daughter personally and are attentive and know her personality which shows tailored care and interest in her. Delighted with our choice of nursery and grateful to the staff at More2 for their care and support.

Our son has attended this nursery and our honest feedback is that this nursery is an excellent one. We truly recommend it. We couldn't be happier with our choice of moving our son- from another nursery in the area, to this one. From the staff to the activities and to the site itself, everything was
very well curated and executed. Such a well-rounded service! There's lots of emotional connection and dedication involved and the staff was able to connect with our son very easily, from day 1 till the very last (we moved locations which hence why our son is no longer there). He was always very well-received and felt special every single day. Two staff members in particular are superstars. We feel very grateful for all the love and encouragement our son received from every single person at More2. Thank you.

My son enjoyed his time at More2childcare. He was cared for by a lovely team. The activities that were set out were amazing and catered for my son’s interest and development. A wonderful nursery. I cannot be happier with the care and support from staff at More2Childcare. Everyone is always so friendly and cheerful. They have helped my son's development immensely. I have seen such great progress within his ability to interact socially with others; along with his appetite
to eat things I would otherwise never be able to get him to eat at home. It is so lovely to see pictures of what he is doing at nursery with daily updates. The staff do so well to constantly have something new and creative set up for the children each day providing a range of imaginative and creative activities. The staff are always so happy and cheerful and always so accommodating and informative. The facilities and outdoor garden space are great. Overall I could not think of a better place to send my son. Rosalie

Rosalie Bennett

Job Title: Manager and Director of Childcare Joined: 2016

Rosalie is the Director of Childcare as well as a dual Nursery Manager. She oversees all three nurseries and specifically manages both More2Kidbrooke and More2Childcare. She is very capably assisted by a Deputy and other senior staff at each Nursery.


Rosie has over 22 years of experience in childcare, and her career started when she volunteered at a Mother and Baby Group. Since then, she has built up a broad knowledge of child development whilst working in other nurseries and learnt with some of the best local minds at the Pre-School Learning Alliance (the largest early years organisation in the UK). During her time in senior Management she has secured three Outstanding Grades during Ofsted Inspections. The latest was at More2Childcare in July 2023.


She has her level 3 qualification in pre-school practice, first aid, SEND qualifications and is the designated safeguarding lead.


To complement her leadership skills, Rosie has a National Professional Qualification (NPQ): Early Years Leadership Framework. This was obtained via the University of Greenwich.


Rosie has been part of the group since 2016 and has been involved at every step with its growth and development.


Community is really important to Rosie -she helped to set up the partnership with Young Mums Aid to help Mum's in need and More2Parents to provide support and friendship to our nursery families. Winning the Community Support and Working with Parents Award with Nursery World was the icing on the cake!


Rosie lives in Greenwich and has 3 children and 2 Grandsons. She loves to travel to different parts of the world and to spend quality time with her family (and dog).

Rohima

Rohima Sultana

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2026

Rohima is the Deputy Manager at More2 Nurseries. She has over 9 years of experience in Early Years and is passionate about supporting children to feel safe, confident and excited to learn in nurturing, stimulating environments.


She began her Early Years career as a bank staff member while completing her degree in Early Childhood Studies at Greenwich University. Through hard work and dedication, she progressed into a qualified practitioner role, then Room Leader, and became part of the senior management team, supporting across multiple nursery settings.


Rohima supports the Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery. She is committed to leading by example, supporting staff development, and working closely with families to ensure every child receives high-quality care and education.


Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, reading, and travelling. Rohima is also currently learning multiple languages, as she loves continuing to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
