My name is Simrat Samra and I am the Manager of Purple Bees Day Nursery and have been in the childcare industry for over 11 years. My passion for early childhood development ignited when I started as a Nursery Apprentice, and through dedication and perseverance, I've climbed the ranks to become a Nursery Manager. I lead with a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, ensuring high standards of care and education. My Name is Pauline Burnett and I’m one of two Deputy Managers at Purple Bees Day Nursery. I’ve been in childcare for over 18 years, working in a number of areas such as college, nursery, creche and drop-in facilities for parents and their children. I’m qualified in Early Years Childcare and Education and have a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and management. My mum inspired me to work with children as she always made me feel like I was the most special, talented and intelligent person in the world and now, I want to allow other children to feel the same. I’m also a mother of two and a grandmother of three.
My name is Stacey Bowden and I’m one of two Deputy Managers at Purple Bees Day Nursery. I have been in childcare since 2004. I am a mother of one, Izabella and she keeps me on my toes whilst inspiring me to continuously develop my knowledge and skills in care and education. One of my main role at Purple Bees is the Senco. My name is Hannah Irvine and I am the Administrator for Purple Bee’s Day Nursery. I have been in childcare since 2008 when I received my childcare qualifications from college and I have gained many years’ experience in all ages from 3 months to 5 years as well as working alongside SENCO to help key children reach their personal learning targets. I have been in an Administrative role for 2 Years and enjoy both aspects of the job from building personal relationships with all our families to showing potential parents what makes us the best.
