Ashworth View is a fantastic nursery and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for childcare, my little boy is so happy going into nursery and the staff are just lovely, they really care and encourage all the children.

Due to personal circumstances, this is the third (and last) nursery we have sent our daughter to and we love it. We feel that well-qualified and experienced staff are valued here and that the nursery tries to retain them. Given the national crisis within early years childcare, I think this particular
nursery's ability to maintain high standards is testimony to everyone involved with the running of it.
I could sing your praises all day but we do have one negative; the food. We cannot fathom why the nursery would choose to give children unhealthy and sugary foods, over healthy alternatives. The nursery is happy to accommodate the dietary preferences we have for our child but we do feel the nursery's policy on providing healthy foods should be reviewed.
In the past, we have felt that communication between staff and parents could be poor at times but this has significantly improved since the new manager was appointed.

Our child has been attending Ashworth View Nursery for almost a year now. Lovely caring staff and always happy to talk through any issues that may arise.
Management staff also very attentive to questions and concerns, with prompt replies which is greatly appreciated.
More than happy for our child
to continue attending until they reach Reception age.

My Child has been attending Ashworth View Nursery since March 2023 in the tiny lambs room (Baby room). She loves coming in the morning and is happy to see all staff and her new little friends. The outdoor area is amazing and the tiny lambs room is beautifully set out with a nice homely feel. There is
a wide range of meals available that are home cooked everyday that include lots of fruits and vegetables. We get information through an app what our child has eaten, nappy changes, sleeps and photos of what she is doing throughout the day which as a first time parent is very reassuring. All the staff are so caring and celebrate her achievements as much as we do. I would 100% recommend this nursery setting.

Recently the nursery has massively gone downhill. There has been a complete overhaul of staff including a new management structure.
The new manager has a complete lack of empathy for the families and is implementing a number of policies/procedures by simply sticking a sign on the doors to the nursery
regarding late collection fees and no parking signs. There is a way to communicate effectively and this is not it.
A number of parents have enquired about their child being in extra days during school holidays but the nursery is not willing to accommodate this.
Just to note it is now £60 for a full-day session. If your child receives 30 hours of funding, be prepared to be charged a £10 'contribution fee' which the Operations Manager actually informed was for food, consumables, electricity and water. They 'do not recommend packed lunches'.
There is no denying that the nursery has lovely facilities and vast outdoor areas, but since the recent changes, we are looking elsewhere.

We came to view Ashworth View during the Covid pandemic and were made to feel so welcome and informed. We had looked at other nurseries in the area but nothing compared to the staff's dedication and the love the children had for the staff. We decided that both of our girls would attend the nursery and
we’re so glad they did. They have loved transitioning through each room and have made some lovely friends while having fun and learning!

The staff at this nursery are absolutely amazing. This is my second child that has attended this setting and both children have really enjoyed their experience. All of the staff are very caring and very child-focused and are also great with parents. I would 100% recommend this nursery to any parents

I can’t stress enough how amazing Ashworth View Nursery has been for us so far, I am so pleased with the decision I made at the last minute to swap to Ashworth View. If I could leave 10* I would. My son has recently moved from Tiny lambs to Little lambs (he is currently 16 months old). The staff go
over and above expectation, they genuinely care for him and the other children like they are their own. The staff always make sure they keep us up to date with what the children are doing during the day via an app, which consists of fun and educational activities, their meals, sleeps, and even nappies! I was dreading returning back to work after maternity leave because I was worried about leaving my little boy, however, once I found Ashworth View I was put completely at ease and felt so comfortable leaving him knowing he was in the best hands which made the transition so much easier. The setting is absolutely beautiful as well which is an added perk. My son is absolutely thriving. Thank you.

My little boy has been there just under a year, he struggled with the transition from his old nursery at first but the girls worked so hard to build bonds and help him to settle that now he absolutely loves going and asks to go on his days off. He has built up such good relationships with the girls
and it makes me feel happy knowing that I am leaving my child with people who truly care for him. The staff go above and beyond on a daily basis and provide outstanding activities each and every day. The whole nursery just has the wow factor not only does each room look fantastic but every room provides such amazing experiences for their little people, I cannot recommend Ashworth View enough.

My experience of Ashworth View nursery has been brilliant from the very first day. You really feel that the staff care about your child. The way that they encourage development and learning is wonderful. I have been particularly impressed with the focus on children’s mental health and teaching them

Our daughter has attended Ashworth View since September 2021. She settled in really well and enjoys each session she attends. The staff are friendly and nurturing and provide fun and exciting activities for the children to support their development. The focus weeks are great and take into account the
children’s interests and next steps in learning. Communication with parents has been excellent and we have been kept up to date with our daughter's progress and learning journey. We would definitely recommend Ashworth View to others.

My son currently attends this nursery three days a week. He loves it there! He gets all excited when we pull up in the car park because he knows he’s in for a fantastic day! The staff are incredible and are always so lovely! I get updates on how he is progressing and any new thing he has learned. Each
day I log into the parent app and I know what he’s eaten (which I’m always jealous of because the food sounds amazing!), how long he’s slept, how many nappies have been changed and plenty of pictures of the very many activities they do. I have absolutely no worries when I leave my boy in the more than capable hands of this amazing group of people. Highly recommended! We’re planning on moving home soon and I’m determined to find a place that will enable me to keep taking my son here as I couldn’t imagine him anywhere else. Absolutely love this place.

I wish I’d sent our daughter here from the beginning. As soon as we went for the initial visit we loved it. The outside space is huge, full of activities, clean and safe and she loves it no matter what the weather. Her room is bright, spacious with a separate dining area in one half and lots of different
activities for her to choose from in the other half. She loves the food and I am updated on what she has eaten and how much each mealtime via an app. The app is updated constantly so I can easily see what she has done and keep track of future events. The communication is brill, they do a monthly newsletter which has all the events on. Any issues with traffic/roadworks etc is updated on there so I know to leave a little earlier. The staff are all brilliant, they encourage her and really take her interests into account. They reward her and are so encouraging. All the girls are approachable and will help with any concerns, she really has the best time here.

What can I say… the nursery is a 10/10. The staff go above and beyond to meet every child’s needs. The Tiny Lambs team are truly wonderful. They always make my child and also my experience as their mother, very pleasant. Their positive 'can do attitude' really rubs off on my child, who has come back

We were apprehensive about sending our boy to nursery. When we saw on Facebook there was an open day for Ashworth we knew we had to visit. It's one we've known for years as we pass due to frequent road use. The moment we got in, we knew it was right. The manager was incredibly warm, welcoming, and had
a fantastic nurturing ability. The structure of enrolling is simple and makes a lot of sense in that you have a trial phase first. It is by far one of the best things we have done and our boy loves it. Really is a great place. When our boy smiles at the staff every morning, you know it's the right choice. A really simple touch is they have an app they use to communicate what your child is doing throughout the day putting your mind at ease.

My son had spent every second with me, made even more prominent during COVID. He had little involvement with other children and despite having my own business and working from home, we felt he needed interaction with children. The team have helped and supported both myself and my son during this transition
and I cannot express how wonderful they all are. My son now loves going to nursery. I get regular updates and photos and they treat him like he is one of their own. They do new activities, spend lots of time outdoors, and are always available to chat at pick-up time. They regularly assess his progress without any pressure and he has come along so wonderfully. He only spends 2 half days at Ashworth view, but they are so valuable. Ashworth View feels like an extension to our family!

I am so glad I chose Ashworth View for my daughter she absolutely loves it! She has only been attending for a short time, around a year, but has settled in so well. You can feel that all the staff that work there love working there everybody is so friendly and that has made my daughter love going in!
The girls always set up and plan amazing experiences for the children I love the homely feel I get from the room as I walk in as well! Amazing outdoor area as well I can’t compliment them enough! Thank you to all the staff for being the best at what you do and making my daughter so happy!

I’ve found the nursery to be a great combination of a personal relationship/touch and also focused on improving children cognitively. Our child is happy and enjoys nursery, making significant development since joining around 6 months ago as his prior nursery closed. Ashworth View also holds regularly
themed days and creates that community feel which is really welcoming. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone, please go and visit for yourself.

Steph has worked for Prosperity Childcare as Nursery Manager for 3 years. Steph has 15 years of experience working in nursery settings that have all been graded Ofsted Outstanding and Good.
