Super helpful and caring staff! From the first moments, I always felt at ease and knew my son was staying with a team that are more than good professionals - they are personable, loving, friendly and genuinely interested in the wellbeing of all children at this nursery. Thank you Kido Chiswick staff!

My daughter loves the staff at Kido. She says goodbye with a smile on her face and comes home full of energy after a long day. The nursery provides engaging and fun activities and kids often have some sort of choice as to which activity to join (e.g. water vs. sand). This gives them freedom and confidence.

The nursery is not overcrowded. The outside area is fantastic (a roofed garden) and practically usable pretty much all the time, despite the awful weather in the UK. Overall, highly recommended nursery. It is just on the pricy side for us, and I assume most working-class families.

I have two children with Kido Chiswick, my eldest has been there since she was 18 months and my youngest has been there for a year starting in the baby room.

I have nothing but praise for Kido Chiswick who, throughout the whole of the very difficult last two years, have provided nothing but exceptional care for the children at the nursery. Filling their days with lots of fun while also enhancing and encouraging their education. My eldest will shortly start her primary school and I know she will be so ready for this next challenge thanks to the excellent teaching at Kido throughout her time there. They ensure that all their leavers are fully prepared for the challenges ahead.

The staff at Kido are wonderful, kind, generous with their time, thoughtful and always encouraging. Both of my kids have very strong bonds with their teachers and will be so very sad when it comes time for them to move on to their primary schools.

Our daughter joined the nursery when she was 13 months old, and being a lockdown baby, she had a really hard time the first few weeks. However, the staff were amazing with her and took great care of her. I was frequently updated via the app, especially in the first few days, which was extremely relieving. She is now 5 months in and loves going there.

Our son started at Kido Chiswick in November 2021 when he was 11 months old. The nursery offered a great settling in schedule, taking it very slowly, increasing our son’s time at nursery every day - as a result, he settled in very quickly - adapting almost immediately to the nursery routine. All the staff are incredibly friendly and 2 months in our son is loving it! He seems very simulated and is really enjoying all the different activities the nursery does on a daily basis - as a result, he is progressing really well. He is very happy at drop off and pick up which is very reassuring. The nursery are also very organised which we appreciate - it makes working with them that bit easier and very stress-free! I could not recommend the nursery more highly!

We were impressed with the facilities and staff from the start. All rooms are large and situated on the ground floor. There is a covered garden that allows for kids outside play even on a rainy day. On the nursery app I get pictures of my daughter and can see how well she eats and sleeps. There are a lot of activities and international celebrations organised by the nursery on a weekly basis. Kids days are always varied with lots of imaginative sensory play, singing and reading. My daughter loves going to this nursery and I feel at ease knowing that she is well looked after.

Our 1st child went to this nursery for a few months pre-school and when the time came to pick a nursery for his younger brother we were very happy to return to Kido. The facilities are great and both kids loved/love it! The staff is very nice and polite.

Qualified and professional staff - I really appreciated the manager's support as I am not an 'easy mom' and always ask for extra requests and share direct feedback; the manager always supports me and gives me satisfactory answers ; my little ones' teachers are super nice and professional as well, they are brilliant and they look after my little one beautifully every day and also help us to set up my baby's individual development plan;

Kido is a fantastic nursery that makes us all feel extremely welcomed! My son is a very shy child, which made settling, after lockdown, very challenging; but all members of staff were so understanding and patient that after 4-weeks, my son absolutely loves to go to nursery! All info on weekly activities is shared, and there are loads to get involved in, which gives a lovely familiar feeling to all of us. The space is great, feels like there is enough room for every child, and there is a gorgeous garden so that the children can have fresh air every day. Would definitely recommend!

We feel very pleased with the way our 8 month old daughter reacted to her new routine and definitely the environment in the nursery helped her to settle in.

Our daughter has absolutely thrived at Kido Chiswick! We were very nervous about sending her to nursery as she spent most of the first year of her life in lockdown and not interacting with others. The settling-in process is fantastic at Kido and the staff really took their time to get to know our daughter and understand her. The staff are warm, caring and so helpful. I love the range of activities they have on offer - they're extremely varied and exciting! The staff recognised areas to develop with my daughter and also really looked out for her best interests when moving her into a new room. She has really come on leaps and bounds - she's so confident and happy. All thanks to the amazing staff at Kido.

My son absolutely loves his time at Kido's Chiswick! I am so glad that we sent him to this nursery. His settling in process was seamless. This is testament to how warm, friendly and welcoming the Kido's team are. He has formed an amazing bond with all of the nursery staff and is always so happy to see them. The team are also very supportive and accommodating. They recognise every child is different and really focus on his individual needs and skills. As such my son has thrived at Kido's. He is exposed to lots of new activities, games, words, songs, life skills and so much more. His development has accelerated since starting there. I love that we get lots of messages and photo updates throughout the day and I really enjoy the catch-ups with the staff when we pick him up. The facilities are fantastic - always clean and tidy, with light open playrooms and a spacious outside space. The management team are great with communication - always super professional, informative, helpful and responsive.

The carers are very valuable, loving and caring, all exceeding our expectations. There is consistency in the staff as well as the children attending, we watch them grow. It’s a great feeling to know our daughter is in safe hands and happy to recommend Kido Chiswick to anyone.

I give big thumbs up Kido Chiswick, I'm so amazed at how much love, care and dedication all the workers give to supporting my little princess. We are so grateful for the staff and management team at Kido Chiswick. We feel very much a part of the Kido family. Throughout the settling process the team were incredibly supportive, accommodating and understanding (without compromising on their high standards and key processes). The team quickly bonded with my son, taking time to understand his individual personality and helped him to settle in a way that was gently and best suited to him, giving us as a family great comfort. They continue to take this approach in his daily activities and development. Kido accepts and celebrates each child as an individual. The team communicate daily, always providing open and honest communication. Our son comes home every week having learnt new words or songs or skills, and he is exposed to new themes and creative activities that are exciting and different to what we would expose him to at home. Some days he is so happy he doesn’t want us to fetch him. We honestly cannot recommend Kido Chiswick more highly.

We also love the fact that the nursery has quite a spacious outside area.

The manager is lovely and goes out of her way to support parents however and whenever they need it.

I think the managers in the nursery are amazing. I have never seen managers like these; thank you for all you do. I love the care and smile you give, the warm welcome and always make us feel at home.

Can’t recommend it more, even during COVID, very responsive, effective and transparent!
