My childcare journey started as a student with me studying to become a Level 3 practitioner. Since this has achieved a Level 4 Advanced Practitioner qualification.
I have worked in many roles throughout the years including keyworker, room leader, deputy manager and nursery manager. From the moment I began my study in 2010 I knew that I wanted to support every child in my care to develop a lifelong love for learning.
I am passionate about an environment where all families feel supported and all children thrive in their learning and development.
