My youngest son (just 12 months) has had his 1st full day in the baby room this week and I had forgotten how daunting it is to leave your child in someone else's care. However, I am confident that he will be cared for in a loving, nurturing manner.

The catering staff are excellent, and my granddaughter enjoys her meals every day; often having second helpings!

up. We especially enjoy hearing about any funny or memorable moments that member of staff has experienced (of which there are many!).
Staff are always happy to answer any specific queries or requests we may have (most recently around toilet training). The range of different meals/food is impressive and activities undertaken differ week on week.
Walking in on a morning and being greeted with a smile by management is a nice touch closely followed by our daughter running towards the nearest member of staff for a cuddle before breakfast - this is testament to the nursery and how much she loves being there. Thank you.

House. The staff are really caring and helpful, especially at times when we’re suffering with seasonal illnesses!
It’s such a relief to have a great nursery to entrust your child to so that you can go to work.

fun activities on a daily basis and we love how they get as excited as us when the children master new skills! Both my children have grown attached to all members in the relaxed environment and so have we. In fact, I have difficulty getting them to come home at pick up.
My youngest has several food allergies and the staff have been amazing in dealing with this in terms of keeping him included in all activities, offering alternative food options and even making special desserts so he doesn't miss out on things. They go above and beyond daily and this is why I feel so comfortable leaving my children in their care. Keep up the good work!

with keyworkers they have a good bond with after a settling in period which we really like.
The management are approachable and easy to talk to. They'll listen to any queries or concerns you have and work to resolve it asap.
The children are always happy and do loads of really interesting activities. They have great outdoor spaces and spend lots of time outside exploring.
We've been really happy with the level of care they've provided for both our children. I happily recommend them to all my friends in the area.

are all fantastic, not one goes past without saying hello/morning.
Each morning they welcome my son with the same enthusiasm.
The food he eats sounds lovely and he enjoys it. We will certainly miss Cliffe House and its staff come July when he leaves.
