Brighter Beginnings Chadderton is a spacious and welcoming nursery, offering high-quality childcare in a light, airy setting with a large outdoor play area. Last inspected by Ofsted on 20th March 2019, the nursery was awarded a "Good" rating, reflecting the dedication and care that staff provide. Our daughter joined Brighter Beginnings Chadderton before Christmas 2022, and it has been by far the best decision we, as parents, have made for our daughter. The Brighter Beginnings Chadderton team are super friendly and have such an amazing effect on our daughter. She has learnt so much and becoming
a more confident individual each day. Our daughter comes home after each day she is at nursery with new stories on what she has done/learnt each day, and the activities they do with the children are fantastic. We are so thankful to the team for helping our daughter become the funny and caring character she has become and helping to continue to develop our daughter on a road to greatness. Super team!

Both my children love going to Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery, Chadderton! It is very child friendly and my children run straight in and is always happy when I pick them up. All the staff are like family to us and always let us know how my children are doing without me having to ask. I highly recommend

My child has been attending this setting since January 2023 and has settled in beautifully. She adores her keyworker and seems to be enjoying her time in the baby room, especially wet play! Her development is excellent and I think the nursery has definitely helped her social skills.

I recently changed my child's nursery to Brighter Beginnings, Chadderton and I can say that I am happy with this decision. The staff have been welcoming and friendly. They have updated me on my child's day, each day and what she had to eat that day, etc. They are also good with updating their social
media, so I can see what my daughter has been up to, playing, painting etc. My little girl is really enjoying her time here.

All the staff are really nice and welcoming. The nursery has really helped my daughter with her confidence and interacting with other children, which is something she struggled with. The premises are always nice, clean and tidy. The range of food given is really good with different meals and snacks

My first child went to Brighter Beginnings Chadderton and we loved it so much that our second child now attends even though we have moved out of the area. All staff are happy to help - they are amazing and treat the children like their own family. The resources and activities carried out are excellent
and very engaging for the children. My youngest has a great time every day he is there and my oldest has fond memories of the staff and time he spent there, so much so he is going to do some holiday club there in the summer and is looking forward to it.

The staff are absolutely brilliant. They go above and beyond for each and every one of them. My daughter absolutely loves nursery and has become very attached to all the nursery assistants. They have brilliant routines and day plans. They have helped through big milestone steps, such as potty training
and worked with me to reach these achievements. A lot of effort is put in daily. Seeing my child happy entering nursery saying good morning and constantly talking about the staff and children outside of nursery melts my heart. So great job and thank you Brighter Beginnings, Chadderton.

All members of staff go above and beyond but my son really has built a special bond with one member of staff in particular, in the rainbow room who has helped bring him on with his speech, wanting to use the toilet and everything in between. Honestly, I could not thank her enough! I am really gutted
that he will be leaving in a couple of weeks to join a nursery closer to home, but I would love to thank all the staff for their help.

My child started in September 2021 and settled in straight away. The nursery have been so caring and friendly towards him that he happily skips in and looks forward to going. The outdoor space is so big, plenty of room for the children to run about in and the staff are always teaching them new things
and about new places (which I always hear about for days at home). As he is starting reception in September, the staff have taken the effort to prepare him, by even taking him to see his new school and talking about it to him, which has made so much difference to ease his nerves! When I pick him up and have a glimpse of him before he spots me, he is always smiling from ear to ear with all of his friends and as a parent that makes me truly happy. My two boys attend the nursery and absolutely love it. They run in through the gates every day. The girls are so kind, caring and love to watch or boys grow. They learn so much, i will be sad when they are too old to attend. Baby number three will be settling at nursery soon and i couldn't think of

My name is Ashleigh, I have worked in childcare for over 10 years and I have been at Brighter Beginnings Chadderton for 8 years. I started at Brighter Beginnings Chadderton as a level 3 practitioner and then progressed into different roles such as room leader, and deputy Manager and now I am a senior Manager. I have been the Manager for 4 years now and very proud of myself and my nursery for what environment and care we provide for the children.


I have gained lots of knowledge during my time and this has helped me provide a calm, stimulating environment to understand child development and be able to put this into practice for myself and my team. I have worked with all ages of children and am passionate about providing children with high-quality education and various opportunities while attending Brighter Beginning Chadderton.


When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family going on walks and visiting places. I also love going on holidays and creating ever-lasting memories with Family and friends.

My name is Jenny, I have worked in childcare for over 12 years. I have worked at Brighter Beginnings for 9 years. During my time at Brighter Beginnings, I have progressed from a practitioner to an assistant manager. I am also in the process of completing my level 5 in leadership and management whilst being the room supervisor of babies.


Throughout my time in childcare, I have had a deep passion for working with babies; under two’s. It allows me to be part of their early development journey. With my 12 years of experience and having my own child, I have a lot of knowledge and skills around child development. I use knowledge and skills to make sure each child has the best possible start to their early years as this is when the brain grows the most.


Following on from this I deliver brilliant babies training to staff members across the company.


I am passionate about creating a calming, nurturing and stimulating environment for each child to believe in different aspects of their development.


Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going on walks and reading books.

My name is Hollie and I am Deputy Manager and Room Leader of the Independent Inventors (3-5 year old room). I have worked at Brighter Beginnings Chadderton for up to 4 years. In these past 4 years, I have completed both a traineeship and my level 3 qualification with the company. After finishing these I stepped up into senior roles with both ages 2-3 years and 3-5 years. I love being outside promoting our children to become curious and caring towards the world around them! I have a passion for my new allotment in our outdoor space planting growing and showing children the processes of the different cycles of nature.

I have a natural passion to lead and guide my staff in providing the best for our children at Brighter Beginnings Chadderton.


In my spare time, I enjoy going out with friends, going to the gym and travelling around exploring new places!

Hello, my name is Holly. I am the room leader in Little Explorers. I have been working in childcare for 9 years and at Brighter Beginnings Chadderton for 4 years.


I Completed my Level 2 and Level 3 in childcare and have recently progressed to a room leader role working with children 15months – 2 years.


I have two children who are my world A Little girl aged 5 and a little Boy aged 4 in my spare time I like to do lots of family days and spend time with my friends socialising.
