Such a great nursery, very skilled and kind staff and management. I'm so happy and grateful that my boys go to this fantastic nursery, and I feel like they are prepared very well for Year R.

Wow, what can I say Faversham House Day Nursery are amazing! We have three-year-old twin girls who started last year and one of our girls has additional needs and we were told she was non-verbal but since starting the nursery she has said some words and come on in so many ways they have helped so much

This Nursery is operated to feel like home whilst teaching the children skills in a fun and lovely way. When I drop my daughter off she is all smiles as are the kids and staff. I can't recommend this place enough. It feels like an extension of any warm and loving home. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic nursery! Can't recommend highly enough, the staff are all very attentive, making the nursery feel like home our son loves it and looks forward to every day. The staff feel like family so much so we have decided to use the nursery for our second child that's how much we love the environment!
Nursery have also been very accommodating with my shift patterns at work which as a parent makes life so much easier.

My 1yr old son has progressed so much since going to the nursery! All staff are caring and considerate, they communicate very well. They keep him active and spend time with him in the garden or take him out. He has come leaps and bounds. He has started walking and talking since going to nursery and
he recognises nursery rhymes as they sing these with the children. He feels comfortable here and enjoys it so much that he doesn't say goodbye to me anymore and just walks through the nursery doors and goes to play! They follow safeguarding procedures, and record details if they are concerned - for example, he has a bruise. I have no concerns about leaving him here. They provide meals and snacks for him. Very happy with the nursery.

My 10-month-old started at the beginning of January and I have nothing but positive things to say. The settling-in process was done gently and she settled really well with their help. I've been kept updated with her progress and all the staff have been supportive and friendly.

My child attended another local nursery previously where she was becoming increasingly unhappy. After much deliberation, I moved her to Faversham House and only wish I had done it sooner. The staff have made her so welcome and she loves going to nursery now-getting involved with lovely topical and seasonal
crafts, baking, messy play activities, plenty of stories and outdoor play as well as walks in the nearby park. Her days are so full of fun and learning. I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a small, friendly, home-from-home but stimulating environment for their child.

As a first time Dad, I was really anxious about my daughter starting nursery, especially given that lockdowns have enabled me to spend time at home and we'd both gotten used to me always being around to cater for her every need! The team at Faversham House made me feel instantly at ease, and the settling
in process really took my daughter (and my) needs into consideration. My daughter loves nursery, and I feel like I'm leaving her with family! I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough!

Current Review Score: 8.1 (8.125)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.1 (8.125) out of 10 for Faversham House Day Nursery is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 1 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.1 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Faversham House Day Nursery is calculated as follows: ( (12 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 12 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.125 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Faversham House Day Nursery is based on 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 = 3
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 40 number of registered child places is 8. 1 Positive Reviews ÷ 8 = 0.125
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
