LEYF - Stockwell Gardens Nursery & Pre-School

I am very happy with the choice I made when picking a nursery for my son. The environment is very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Each day they inform me of my son's behaviour, the activities he played with and the food he ate or did not eat. They give us regular informative updates by email and on the parents' noticeboard. I feel secure that my child is in good hands when I leave him behind. The management here sails a good ship!

My son is so happy at nursery; the staff are so lovely and supportive of my son's needs. Very educational, creative and clean! Definitely feel confident in sending my son here and his care.

This isn’t just simply a child care service it is somewhere our daughter has learned valuable life skills and is extremely sociable and confident as a result.

Stockwell Gardens is a fantastic nursery. Our two children attend full time and love it. All of the staff are so friendly and it’s really obvious that they really care for the children. There is a wonderful atmosphere in the place and you rarely see a child upset. This is our second nursery and our previous one pales in comparison. I would happily recommend it as being a 5-star nursery to anyone and our third child is about to be booked in!

Words can't describe what the manager and her team have done for my daughter. We brought her into the nursery as a shy toddler and in a few months she's a walking, talking bright 2-year-old.

My child thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery. The staff are attentive and friendly and go out of their way to make the children feel comfortable and to get to know what makes each little one tick. The staff are also very inventive with new projects and activities being designed all the time.

Warm and welcoming environment, very much a home away from home. Staff are committed to the care and education of the children and go the extra mile to ensure any concerns are dealt with efficiently and effectively. They are very good at receiving constructive criticism and work hard at changing practice to accommodate the needs of the children and families. My daughter will come home and share elements of her day, which for me is proof that learning is taking place. I would gladly recommend this setting to future parents.

My boy loves going to nursery, you can see it by his big smile the minute he gets there, he has so much fun and he’s constantly learning. Staff are brilliant.

On my way back out of the nursery every morning and when picking my child up in the evening I am consumed by an immense and, frankly, slightly unhealthy jealousy. I really wish I could spend my days here and have as much fun as the kids do.

Our little boy started at LEYF Stockwell Gardens when he had just turned 1. He settled well into the baby room and the staff made sure he was comfortable. He has since moved up to the next learning space and his language and personality have flourished. The key workers are extremely approachable and friendly, ensuring the children feel comfortable and supported. They have consistently shared progression in parent meetings and I am very happy with our experience there. Thank you!

Stockwell Gardens Nursery is a great nursery with a homely and happy feel. My son is really happy there and the staff seem to genuinely care about the children. The range of activities offered is varied and educational, with lots of thought clearly put into them. The staff respond well when there is anything to report home about, and are always quick to reply to any admin queries. The only area for improvement, in my opinion, is the garden space, it'd be great if there was some wildlife that could be used to educate the children on nature. Overall, however, I am very satisfied with Stockwell Gardens Nursery and would recommend it to friends and family.

My little one is really happy at Stockwell Gardens - she's always excited to go back after the weekend, and everyone is always so warm and friendly. It's like Cheers, everyone knows her name, which gives it a small and comfortable community feeling.

The manager and all the team at Stockwell Gardens nursery do a fantastic job to create a friendly, supportive and engaging environment for young children and toddlers to thrive. Nothing is more important than the care and development of one's child, and the Stockwell Gardens team have impressed me with their care, sense of community and fun activities they create for the kids. They go the extra effort to make sure growing up is both educational and fun and everyone is welcome. Our son has been very happy there and we're delighted that, among the many options available, we chose to go with Stockwell Gardens. At every development phase from baby to toddler to young boy, the team have always paid attention to the needs of our son and helped ease the transition from one room to the next. The key workers have been great and our son has bonded well with each one. Would highly recommend.

Extremely friendly staff, large rooms and play areas, and excellent outside space. Many activities to keep my son engaged.
