Fordingbridge Day Nursery provides flexible care routines, offering childcare for parents who need to work and who require early starts or late finishes. This nursery has a 'Good' Ofsted rating (March 2025).

Staff establish ongoing partnerships with parents with the help of a tablet system, Tapestry – where parents can see and comment on their child’s progress and development and have access to their child’s key person.

Overall Experience
My daughter was at Fordingbridge Day Nursery for two years. Over that time I have noticed a huge change in her learning, confidence and development. She made lots of friends and got on with all the staff. She had a favourite member of staff, her key worker. Overall the staff are amazing at Fordingbridge Day Nursery. My daughter was always excited to go to nursery.

One negative thing towards the nursery when I have paid a bill a few times they have said I haven't was very disappointed with this.

Overall Experience

Our daughter goes off happy to nursery and always comes out with a smile which says it all! The staff are friendly and show a lot of care for the children and always communicate well how my child’s day has been.

Overall Experience
Lovely nursery, professional staff. We feel like our child is well taken care of and is progressing well.

We would love to see more frequent observations on the app but understand it's sometimes difficult to take pictures of them.

Overall Experience
My son has a very good experience at Fordingbridge Day Nursery, they helped him in every single stage.
I am very pleased to go back to work as I know that he was safe and happy.

We are moving and this is his last month. Wish he would stay here until he needed to leace. Thank you all for taking care of my son so well.

My son is very happy here. The staff in all rooms have always been fantastic, supportive and welcoming. I would recommend to anyone.

Overall Experience
Our daughter has attended Fordingbridge Day Nursery for over a year now and she thoroughly enjoys her time there. The staff are fantastic, very personable and we are always greeted with a warm smile. They really go above and beyond and have been incredibly helpful on numerous occasions.
It sounds like the children have great fun and our daughter has learnt more there then we could ever have taught her! Not that we have tried it but the food sounds delicious so the chef is clearly doing a good job! The garden looks lovely and a great place for the children to play and enjoy the outside. Through the app we are provided with updates of our daughter's day and photos of activities which are lovely to see.

We genuinely do feel that Fordingbridge Day Nursery is giving our daughter the best possible start to her education!
