Kindred Twickenham Nursery and Pre-School

Our two children have both attended nursery here and both have loved their time there. The staff are incredible, and make the children feel so happy and comfortable at the nursery. Our child loves to go to nursery in the morning and is excited to see the staff and his friends. The facilities are excellent and each day provides the opportunity to explore something new. The staff come up with new and creative ways to engage the children as they learn through play.

My child joined in February and has been having a fantastic time developing skills and making friends, having no siblings has given them the opportunity to play and learn social skills independently which has built his confidence to and amazing level. Can't wait to see how much more he will grow and the bonds he will continue to make with other children. The setting has provided us with photos and updates of activities they are doing, including accident forms when they have fallen over and had a bump as well all know it happens but it's good to know staff are vigilant

My son started in the baby room in Jan 26 and has settled in well, he is well looked aftered and happy, and has a great relationship with staff. I am content to recommend. They have both an indoor and outdoor garden. The drop off in the waiting area is so helpful, previously I am used to doing this in the cold!

Overall, Kindred Nursery offers a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. I would highly recommend it to other parents looking for a high-quality nursery.

Amazing staff, loads of activities and fun for the children, and they offer a 7.30 am start, which is so utterly helpful for parents needing to get into / out of London for work on a right schedule. We couldn't be happier as parents and our children love the nursery.

A brilliant experience so far with joining and settling in to this nursery. The environment is calm, clean, and happy, and my little one runs in each day and into the arms of the staff. The meal and snack options are varied and the indoor and outdoor garden spaces are excellent additions to their learning by play. Activities are always documented in photos sent in the ap and special days are marked with cards and creations sent home. Overall extremely happy we chose this nursery.

Our daughter absolutely loves Kindred Twickenham and cannot wait to go back each week. She gets genuinely excited when she sees her teachers, and we have seen a noticeable improvement in her speech and overall development since starting.

The staff are incredibly friendly, caring and attentive. We also really appreciate the regular updates on the app throughout the day - what she was fed (and how much), nap times, and nappy changes - which gives us real peace of mind. They run lots of fun, engaging activities and often share photos, so we feel involved in her day even when we are at work. We could not recommend this nursery more highly.

Fantastic nursery and very well taken care of the children. My daughter is always enthusiastic of going to the nursery, playing there and taking part in the activities. The caregivers are also very kind and patient. I truly recommend the nursery.

I cannot speak highly enough about this nursery. The staff are truly incredible-warm, patient, and genuinely dedicated to every child's wellbeing. You can feel their passion the moment you walk through the door. They take the time to really understand each child as an individual, and the care and attention they provide is exceptional.

The environment itself is fantastic, filled with enriching activities and thoughtfully designed spaces that support every aspect of children's learning and development. From creative play and outdoor exploration, there is always something exciting and educational happening. It's clear that the team puts a lot of effort into creating opportunities that spark curiosity and help children grow in confidence.

As a first time mum sending my little one to nursery was a very daunting experience. Handing over the responsibility of care to a stranger was extremely nerve wracking for me. In the baby room, I was supported immensely by the baby room leader who was also my daughter's key person. She and other staff really made me feel at ease and kept me updated on how she was doing. She tried to follow her home routine as much as possible which made her settle more. Now that she has moved up to a bigger room, I have felt the same support. Staff are really caring and considerate which I appreciate always. Things that can be improved is getting the toddler room staff to have a messaging option on the app so I can speak to my key person as pick up is often rushed. On time monthly observations are often late or missed mostly. Some pictures from time to time would be great as it rarely happens now.

Leadership is supportive and clearly committed to high standards. Our child is happy, safe, and well cared for. Most staff are welcoming and take time to build relationships with parents.

Some members of staff (not just leaders) provide excellent, detailed updates that show real understanding. Our child has developed a strong and trusting relationship with the team and she talks about each member regularly. The development reports we receive are accurate, useful, and aligned with what we see at home.

There is some inconsistency in communication. Some staff seem less confident sharing information about our child's day or simple activities. Improving this consistency would strengthen the overall experience for us as parents.

Overall, it is a caring and supportive setting, and we appreciate the commitment shown to our child's development. We are particularly impressed with the care and attention of Lina, Bekki and Anita. Thank you so much for your commitment and genuine care.

We've had such a wonderful experience The staff are caring, patient, and truly invested in the children's development. My child settled in quickly and looks forward to going every day. The activities are creative and engaging, and I love receiving updates and photos. The environment feels safe, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Best best best nursery ever. My son has been there for over a year and absolutely loves it! His key person is Hannah who has been perfect from start to finish and the baby room leader Kirsty who also has been. He loves all the staff including Maria, laylah, Bekki and Kay. He really has learned so much by going here and I will really miss them when my son moves on, wish he could stay with them forever. I've not ever had one issue with them from start to finish, I can only highly recommend them. I have seen over 20+ nurseries and found this to be my perfect one. Thanks for everything ladies xxxx

Our son absolutely loves his days at nursery! All of the staff are so passionate and kind to him and he comes home and tells us about all the staff and peers that he has been playing with. He is constantly learning new skills which the staff excitedly tell us about and are also kept up to date if there are any issues. All of the staff have really taken time to get to know our son, and they all know his likes and dislikes. The babies are kept busy with lots of fun learning activities, and we love hearing about them at pick up!

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 5 months of age, and I can't thank the staff enough for making it such a smooth transition for both him (and me!). The team are so lovely, hard working and enthusiastic - and are a real credit to the business. There are a wide variety of activities for the children every day to help with their learning and development, and the amazing menu has got my son eating a lot of things that we wouldn't think to cook at home! The children's daily routine is also logged via an app, so it's really nice to see what they've been up to, and it also gives you great peace of mind as a parent. I would highly recommend Kindred Twickenham.

The professionalism of the team at Kindred Twickenham is second to none. From the moment we came to look around before deciding to send our daughter to the Nursery, we were reassured that her safety, happiness and wellbeing was of paramount importance. The level of kindness and compassion that is shown towards our daughter from all members of the team is above and beyond what we would ever have expected.
