I have been in childcare for over 20 years.
After completing a childcare degree I decided I wanted to open my own nursery.
I wanted to do something different and studied the Reggio Emilia approach so brought these elements into the design of my setting.
Adam has a level 3 in childcare, a NEBOSH qualification in health and safety and other degrees in engineering.
He has had woodwork for children.
The children have a great relationship with Adam.
Having worked her way up from practitioner, room lead, deputy after being with us for many years!
Also works with pre-school.
Working with our younger children.
Works in Owl's room.
Works full-time in owlets rooms.
Works part-time in both rooms.
