Cybertots at GWQ is a modern nursery based in the Great West Quarter in Brentford.

The nursery has a unique design that has been created to enhance the idea of free-flow play and provide all children with the possibility of learning and play.

Traditional classrooms offer a range of activities, all of which are accommodated in little houses in the open plan indoor space.

The nursery provides care for children aged three to five-months-old and children aged two to five-years-old have the opportunity to freely move around in a large space. While the nursery features a baby area that is safe and secure, allowing them to grow and develop at their own pace.

Cybertots at GWQ has a large garden where children can take part in a variety of activities designed to develop both their physical health and imagination.

Cybertots at GWQ has a live video feed that parents can check in on during the day, allowing them to be confident that their child is receiving good care and attention.

My son has been going to Cybertots since he was one, and now he is in the Pre-school; a very happy confident boy. As a new mum, I was very nervous initially leaving him at the nursery but having access to the camera made it easier. His key worker was fabulous in the baby room and didn’t take very long
for him (and myself) to settle in. In the toddler room, again the practitioners were fabulous and were super supportive and patient with helping him to get potty trained. Now in the pre-school, he enjoys it so much that he asks me to take him there over the weekend. The nursery is bright and spacious throughout, with a lovely outdoor play area. The nutritious food is prepared fresh onsite with plenty of variety. During these difficult times with covid-19, the management staff were also fabulous by keeping the doors open to the key workers throughout the lockdown and making it a safe and happy place for my son.

Cybertots is a great nursery. My two year old loves going there and is always very excited, never any tears. He is in a set routine and the staff are fantastic with him. During this pandemic, he has continued going to nursery as I am a key worker. They have been very supportive and great with communicating
during this difficult time. I would definitely recommend this nursery as it is doing wonders for my child.

Our son attended from 10 months to 4 years old and thrived during his time in nursery. He bonded so well with his key staff and we are very grateful that he had such a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend Cybertots GWQ to other parents.

My eldest daughter attended the nursery from when she was 2.5 years old until she went to school. When we originally looked around we had no hesitation we wanted her to go here, it was relatively new settling at the time. She loved it and it was often a struggle to get her to come home - she still
goes on about the chicken she ate there for lunch (she is 7 now).
Our second daughter attended from when she was 5 months old - it was the only place I wanted her to go. The staff were supportive and luckily for me, many of them were still there from when my eldest attended. It was good to see friendly faces that genuinely remembered us. The youngest happily strolls through the door in the morning without a grumble - sometimes I don't even get a goodbye! They have kept me informed in her progress and the transition into the toddler room after her birthday. I have no worries or concerns when I drop her off and it's reassuring to be able to see what she is up to on the cameras.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 1 year old. Now he is almost 4. I am pretty happy about this place. My son is always looked after very well. He is learning new things there, has a lot of friends as well. The place is always very clean and organised. They provide a lot of events there.
My child feels very comfortable and relaxed there. We have a very good understanding and communication with all teachers. Would highly recommend this place.

Our children really enjoy their time at Cybertots at GWQ. My son is currently in Toddlers and my daughter is now in Pre-school and I couldn't be happier with the care and support provided; from joining in the Baby Room four years ago, through to Toddlers and now Pre-school. It was important for me that
the nursery was easily contactable, and the office staff are quick to answer any questions over phone, email or in person. In the early days, the cameras were nice to have for reassurance but I very rarely log in now as I trust the children are safe and having a great time! We're seeing a continual improvement with our daughter's maths, reading and writing through the 'School Readiness Programme'. The kitchen staff must also get a mention as the meals provided are nutritious, varied and they ensure the children never go hungry.

My son's key workers have worked tirelessly to help with his potty training. It has been an uphill climb at times and nursery have been so very supportive. They have provided us with tips and strategies to best support him at home and have praised and encouraged our son. We are so grateful!

Cybertots at GWQ provides the best care that I could wish for my child. Staff is always prepared and ready to satisfied the needs of my child, to think about activities/play/games to do with her to develop her skills and improve her self confidence and good interaction with her peers, to make sure she
always well and happy in the setting.
She enjoys every minute of her day in the nursery that when I go to pick her up, she doesn’t want to leave.

After much searching, confident to say the best nursery in the wider area - we travel /15-minute drive in order to get there and will be terribly sad to leave come school time. Some absolute gems of staff in there who the children truly love and run to. Highly recommend.

I'm so happy I got my little girl a spot in Cybertots. She has been going there since she was just over a year and has been there during the most difficult times of baby-hood. The ladies that take care of the children are sweet and very detailed-oriented. The administration is good to us parents and
the babies. They are very flexible on schedules changes and offer a wide variety of options. I only have good things to say about this place. The food they feed the children is nutritious and seems delicious too. We are just very lucky to have Cybertots and are looking forward for my little one (now almost two) to step onto her next nursery level with the toddlers.

My daughter has attended Cybertots at GWQ for 11 months now and from the very first day I have been very confident that she has been in a very safe hands.
The staff have taken a genuine interest in her as a individual and have supported any decision I wanted to make in relation to nap times, potty
training etc.
Any concerns I have had have always been made to feel as utmost important.
My daughter has flourished under the Cybertots staff care, she has changed from extremely shy and clingy child to a confident, happy little girl. I am in no doubt that this is due to dedication the team has taken to focus on her personal development.
The staff are utterly professional, caring, hard working, friendly and I really can't rate them highly enough.
I have and would totally recommend Cybertots Nursery at GWQ to other families.

Our little one has been at Cybertots at GWC since August 2014 and he absolutely loves it. If you're after an open plan nursery with friendly staff and a great atmosphere for your child or children then this is the place to be. Its clean, spacious and they have a great ethic for our children.

My 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter have attended the nursery full time since January - my daughter left in September to start primary school.


They both love going to nursery and thrived there. The carers are warm, friendly and attentive. The space is fantastic: it is big, light and open,

with different themed rooms (music room, 'kitchen' etc), which my children love. A lot of care and attention goes into developing activities and decorating the nursery in a way that is stimulating and warm for the children. Both my kids particularly enjoy the Spanish and Zumba classes and the group time. My 2 year old comes home singing the songs he has been taught; and my 4 year old still remembers the words and numbers she learnt in Spanish class.


The outdoor area is also great and well kitted out. The children get a chance to play outside at least once a day. My 2 year old loves the trampoline and the motorcycles.


The nursery does a good job at involving parents via different events (parents breakfast, summer BBQs). The 'graduation ceremony' for my 4 year old was really lovely (I cried!) and planned to perfection.
