Staff are wonderful, really warm and helpful. My daughter is very happy to come to nursery. Good building - attention to detail. Staff are very good at reminding parents not to phones. Good communication.
The nursery is expensive, lots of communication around money to all parents. There's more communication
about payments than child observations.

You are correct, we have been recently highlighting the need for parents to pay us on time. Unfortunately, and no doubt due to the cost of the living crisis we have had a number of parents default on paying us which has caused problems. Hence we are having to be strict about the enforcement of our payment policy going forwards. I appreciate this does not concern you directly, so apologies for the repeated messaging.

Tiny Tree Nursery have been superb in helping me and my partner to raise our two children. Our daughter started in 2019 and has grown into an inquisitive caring and mischievous young lady who we couldn't be prouder of. The staff are the nursery have been instrumental in potty training, bottle feeding,
literacy and numeracy, but have also looked out for us as parents. It was a really easy decision when choosing where to send our new son to nursery in January 2023. I also want to mention COVID. The support the nursery and the staff provided was immeasurable and the lasting positive effect it had on all of our family will never be forgotten. Thank you.

The staff at this nursery are amazing, they're helpfully supportive, understanding and very patient.
Any help you need they are helpful and offer support where and when needed.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone with a child of nursery age.
The different things the children do is amazing,
they celebrate different religions eg; Chinese new year, Diwali etc. I would like to thank them for everything they have done for us and I look forward to seeing you with my next child.

“My name is Kim and I am the manager of Tiny Tree Day Nursery. I am a qualified Early Years teacher with a BA Honours degree in Childhood Youth and Early Years.


I pride myself on giving children the best possible start in life and I love to see them flourish and progress. I joined the nursery in 2014 as the deputy manager, and my commitment and expertise eventually led to my promotion as manager.


As a mother myself, I understand the precious nature of children and the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment. My team and I are dedicated to providing, a warm and welcoming atmosphere that fosters learning and education for all children in our care.”
