I’m very happy with everything. My daughter can’t wait to go to nursery every day. When she’s happy - I’m happy too. They do a lot of activities, and she’s very enthusiastic.
The staff is very kind and polite, and they make my daughter feel at home.

My two children have both attended the nursery. I have always found the staff friendly and warm with the children and genuinely keen for the children to learn, grow and explore life at their own pace.
The setting is calm and safe, and I like the structured times as well as the free-flow activities.
My children have always been happy to go to nursery and are full of chat afterwards; the balance of varied activities is great for developing curious little learners.
I appreciate the new way of sharing what the children are doing and keeping parents updated about upcoming events. It works well. We are going to really miss Olney Nursery.

My little girl is always happy when she finishes nursery and doesn’t have anything bad to say when she’s been at nursery - I’m happy with her being there.
She doesn’t get upset now when I leave her now, and that has changed her being dropped off at the gate, which is really nice as it was upsetting
seeing her upset when I left, but now she is happy to go off and play with her friends which is really lovely to see.

As a family, we would definitely recommend Olney Nursery. The staff are all so kind, welcoming and caring. They go the extra mile to get to know each child and ensure their needs are met. The activities on offer are varied and stimulating, and the feedback to parents is excellent. The parent/child events
and parties are brilliant and create a real feeling of community. My son has been very happy there.

My youngest daughter absolutely loves Olney Nursery. The staff are wonderful and provide plenty of engaging and fun activities to help the children learn and prepare them for school. They are also really flexible and have accommodated the extra hours that I have requested. It’s a really happy and welcoming
place to be, and we never have any tears going in. Some of the weekly activities include cooking, show and tell, PE and music and there are plenty of opportunities to get creative in the art department!
My eldest also went to Olney Nursery and was really well prepared for school when the time came. She quickly adapted to the structure of the school day because she was used to concepts such as carpet time and fun, age-appropriate bookwork. By the time she left the nursery, she knew and could form most of her letters, and she picked up reading and writing really quickly as a result. Great nursery - really happy with it! Would highly recommend.

My daughter attends two different settings and absolutely loves her time at “yellow sunshine school”. The staff are warm and friendly and the range of activities are great. It is a very free flowing space. My daughter also loves playing outside and the space is used creatively. I like the plans they
have for each week and the fact that there are regular things, such as baking and PE. Despite having been at home for a number of months due to the pandemic, when she did start at Olney Nursery she loved it straight away and we have never had any challenges getting her there. In fact, she’s usually quite disappointed when it’s the weekend!

The nursery is brilliant and I would recommend to any mother/father. Every day my son comes home happy and is always happy to go back to nursery the next morning. He also comes home with activities, food that he's baked or a picture he has creatively made. The staff never fail to update me on how much
progress my son is making etc. and they are always happy to help and answer questions.

Warm and welcoming. My little boy is always so excited to go to preschool, he is always telling us what a good day he has and along with all the activities that have been set out for them. Very informative when coming to the end of term reviews along with the children’s progression books which has good
pictures and notes.

I'm so pleased we found Olney Nursery. My daughter has come on so well here. Her favourite day is show and tell which is so surprising as she used to be so shy. I love that they all get to be involved in activities like cooking and that they do these activities each week. The staff are really lovely
too. My daughter has learnt lots - letters, numbers and she even told me about Saturn and its rings. We get regular progress updates which I like and I feel like she's been given a great foundation for starting big school. My other daughter will be joining too as soon as she's old enough.

The nursery is brilliant for encouraging the children to really push on with developing their strengths and weaknesses. They choose activities which match the children's interests and work with them to get them to try things they find hard. The extra activities such as French, Music and PE are wonderful
and thoroughly enjoyed by the children. There are also lots of specially planned activities to encourage parental involvement.

My son currently attends Olney Nursery and his sister before him. I have loved the nursery from the moment we went to look around. The environment is so stimulating, there are learning stations inside and outside. Education is taught through games and structured learning which suited my daughter who
preferred to explore and play. My daughter left nursery able to read and my son is exploring letter and numbers, when before he has shown no interest.

The manager and her team provide excellent care and facilities. The learning follows a theme every term and is highly interactive and varied. They are sensitive to individual children's needs and provide a caring environment to nurture children. My daughter loved her time at Olney Nursery and it was
an excellent preparation for school. My son currently attends and was enjoying himself so much that we quickly increased the number of sessions he does! A wonderful place and I am grateful for the care and kindness they have shown my children.

Both of our children have attended this nursery and both have thoroughly enjoyed their experience and flourished under the care of the team here. The activities offered to the children are thoughtful and varied, but with a careful amount of education thrown in, which comes from the owner being a trained
teacher. The owner and her team give lots of time to each child, getting to know them well so activities can often be adjusted according to the individual needs of the child. The nursery allows the children to play freely as well as in a more structured fashion and they also offer extra activities including cookery, french and music. We always enjoy hearing our son's account of how he kneaded the dough when they made pizzas, or jumped into shapes in time to the music. Our children have always been excited about attending this nursery and we are delighted with both their academic progress and their social and personal development as a result of them coming to the Olney Nursery.
