Christchurch Kindergarten @ Queensbury Children's Nursery is a friendly private Kindergarten, providing quality care and education within a safe and welcoming environment.

The kindness and professionalism of the staff made us choose this nursery. Our child learned so much during this last month. He made progress with potty training and he learned so many words (in just three weeks). He became more sociable. We like the approach of the staff (used by the staff) by learning
through play and teaching the kids to be more independent and take initiative and decisions.

A beautifully run nursery establishment which provides a safe and clean place for children to learn, develop and strive in. The manager of this nursery ensures that adequate indoor and outdoor activities are in place using the aid of 'themes'. Our child has learnt so much since she first started coming
here. The love and care that go into planning activities and day trips is so lovely to see. The staff are very in sync with each other. An excellent job.

My daughter has been attending Christchurch Kindergarten in Queensbury since January 2019 till July 2019. I have not seen any improvements. Every time I mention a concern they have not taken it seriously. The time my daughter was there she came home with nappy rash and dry poo, number occasions I mentioned
it to them.


My daughter's nursery was advised by senco we should apply for NEG 2-year-old funding, they did not mention to us we list term of funding. Child hurt herself at nursery they did not notify me or my husband, my child is under special care she's considered as special needs. She was always left on side. I spoke with nursery manager she said I wouldn't want you to put our nursery down because two-year-old funding it's not about the funding. The lack of support they have not taken it seriously I personally would not recommend this nursery, it's just a playgroup they do not teach anything.

This nursery has gone beyond effort ensuring my daughter enjoys her stay. She has built her confidence and has improved her counting numbers and she sang a song.


Key workers work with the individual child and report their feedback via an app set up. I can view my daughter's profile with pictures

so that I can catch up on what she has done or learnt so far.

I'm one of the luckiest parents ever to find such a place like that to put my own children in and be so relieved to keep them in a safe environment. The staff are amazing, good, nice and kind. They are taking care of the children very well helping them to learn new things and they are always up to date

A very good nursery where my daughter always learns new songs, games and activities. She is very happy when she is coming home from nursery. Job Title: Area Manager & Queensbury Branch Manager Joined: 2016

My name is Cristina Donoiu, I am a passionate, and enthusiastic Area Manager who has worked for Christchurch Kindergarten Nursery for the last 9 years where I developed my pedagogical skills and knowledge intensively to be able to provide the best educational experiences for the children in our care.


I love being a mother of two girls, and an Educator, inspiring wonder, curiosity, and happiness around me.
I strongly believe in building trusting and respectful relationships with children and their families. The most valuable tool for learning is play therefore providing children an environment rich in creativity, imagination, and knowledge, where they will feel safe, secure, welcomed, and connected they will explore and develop their abilities and skills tremendously.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Pre-School Teaching Pedagogy (level 6 QTS), SENCO level 6, Advanced Safeguarding and the Prevent Duty, First Aid, Communication, and Language in Early Years.
