This is a brilliant nursery. The staff are fab, they all know the children, more importantly my 3 boys always like going and can't wait to get there in the mornings. The care plans they use are easy to understand as parents, i can't recommend this nursery highly enough. The transition to the next rooms
are made easy for the children and are in part child led. The range of activities is excellent. Keep up the good work Leaps and Bounds Day Nursery you're doing a great job.

My son has been at Leaps and Bounds from the age of six months, now three and a half and has come on so much more than what I could give him at home. He knows all the colours, counts to ten, naming every part of his body and just learning the alphabet all at the age of three! The staff are so friendly,
welcoming and caring. The cook is fantastic he has a balanced diet and bakes the best biscuits! My son always comes home with lots of arts and crafts. They have days out which is great! I love Leaps and Bounds it's fantastic.

My daughter has been going to Leaps and Bounds since she was six months old, the staff are very friendly and helpful, my daughter has learnt so much thanks to Leaps and Bounds i.e learning to talk and full potty trained by two years old. I wouldn't put any of my children any where else, food is excellent,
good choice of food. I have no complaints about Leaps and Bounds. They are great.

Our little boy is now in Preschool Bumblebees, he has been at Leaps and Bounds (previously Mulberry Bush) since he was 9 months old.

He has loved every room he's been in and has shown progression as he's grown and developed, all with the help of his key workers and other nursery staff.

Each member

of staff go out of their way to communicate with our son and ourselves. He has built up some lovely bonds.

He's so happy to come to "Preschool," he asks "Are we going to preschool now?!" And we have to look for the preschool building as we come in to the car park.

Our son loves the nursery food, he tends to have seconds. It's nice being able to sample the odd pudding in an evening.

It is a lovely, caring nursery.

My eldest daughter started Leaps and Bounds a year ago aged 3 ½, alongside my youngest 10 months. Both instantly took to the nursery staff and their new surroundings. As a mum this immediately reassured me that I had made the right decision after looking at so many local nurseries. The level of care
we have experienced here has gone above and beyond our expectations. Staff are always friendly, the nursery is secure and the children happy. I have now experienced three out of four rooms in the nursery and cannot pick a fault with any. The additional activities the nursery arrange, such as trips, visits to the River Gardens etc. really show such a high level of organisation from the staff. My children have and do adore coming here, I am one happy parent.

As a working parent, it is the most difficult thing sending your children to nursery however that was the predicament we faced when I returned to work after having my first child. After visiting a couple of nurseries and walking away in tears I was in a position were I didn't want to return to work
until I stepped into Leaps and Bounds, what was then the Mulberry Bush. Walking in I was made to feel so welcome, and not that I was just a prospective customer! All were so very welcoming, and so fantastic with my son. I felt like it was a home from home and loved the set up of the nursery. He had induction days to settle him in which were hard at first but he soon got in to the swing of things and progressed fantastically. He has been at nursery a year and a half now and has now been in three different rooms. All of his key workers are fantastic and are encouragingly positive in progressing him in every single way! Now I have just returned to work after having my second child and I have not been able to take off the length of time that I so desired however I am so happy with the care that leaps and bounds have provided to my son I would not think twice about sending my second child anywhere but here! All I can say is that leaps and bounds offer a fantastic standard of care to all the children within their, and offer an exceptional standard of service to parents. It has a very family feel to it rather than an establishment that is more bothered about getting quantity of children rather than quality of care!

Thank you to the Manager and the team!

My son has been at leaps and bounds for almost two years, and since my first contact with the nursery to arrange for him to start, the service and communication has been excellent. My son has now moved to his third stage room, and I can say that every key worker and support staff have been excellent
my son eats and sleeps well which I feel is a sign he's content there, helps always has seconds of dinner and tea! He is always very happy when I pick him up and I always have a thorough update by a staff member of his day along with what he's eaten. They are also very accommodating if I have to book him in for extra days or swap days due to work commitments. My son has made some friends too and I have never had any issues of bad behaviour from my son or any other children he mixes with. I also really like the range of ages with the staff showing that many have worked in childcare for many years, and have children and grandchildren of their own, I feel this is a credit to management being able to keep the valuable staff. I will be sorry when my son has to leave but that's not for a couple of years yet!
