Overall Experience

I've had three children attend this nursery and they have all been very happy here. All the staff are lovely and helpful. We are kept up to date with how our children are getting on and the children take part in a wide range of activities. I would highly recommend Little Holland Nursery.

Overall Experience

My son has attended for over a year now and has come a long way during his time there. Staff have been very helpful, especially during Covid and the communication via Famly is fantastic. We found their offering in terms of opening days and also supply of nutritious meals and snacks to be stronger than the other nurseries in the area that we visited.

We've had a really good experience here. Starting nursery at a really difficult time in the world with Covid-19 we have found that they have lots of safety procedures in place but inside it feels almost like normal for the children. Lots of smiles.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for around 4-months now, and I highly recommend it. The staff are warm and friendly, and my daughter is always eager to attend. The communication between staff and parents is excellent, I love seeing photos of my daughter throughout the day and getting regular updates on what she has eaten and when she has had a nap etc. The range of activities are brilliant, and it’s great to see the progress she is making through the app. My daughter really enjoys her sessions at nursery, and I feel confident that she is being well cared for in such a lovely nurturing environment.

Overall Experience

My son attended here for 2 years and loved going to nursery. Staff always went above and beyond not only to help my son, but his family also. Lots of support when/if needed.
I felt totally happy with this nursery.
My daughter started this week... she was nervous but they knew she has a little friend in another class who they brought down to welcome her in. Little things like that make all the difference.

My son has been attending Little Holland Nursery since he was 9-months-old. He’s now 4 and starts school in September. The nursery is an amazing environment for children. My son is always happy to go and full of exciting stories when he’s picked up. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the children. My daughter is now 11-months-old and started at Little Holland in July. She has settled brilliantly despite the lack of socialisation (due to COVID) she loves it and is currently the youngest Little Holland resident!!!

If anyone is looking for a friendly, reliable, flexible and all-round brilliant nursery Little Holland will offer everything you need! I am going to continue to send my son even when he starts school as the nursery offer a breakfast club and after school club as well as a holiday club.

My little boy is heartbroken to be leaving nursery. He absolutely loves his time there and he has made some wonderful friends and his ‘teachers’ have helped him grow into a confident happy child. He comes home telling me whats he’s done or made or who he soaked with water outside. Lots of happy memories for him so one happy mum. I would definitely recommend Little Holland.

My son has been here for about three years and he has loved every single day.

The communication between parents and staff is brilliant, I never feel out of the loop or unsure as to what my child is doing. I love receiving updates with pictures throughout the day of what my child is learning about. All of the staff are so caring and attentive of the children, they’ve made my very shy four year old feel so comfortable and give him the confidence to tackle new things. The staff are always happy, laughing, full of energy and you can really tell they love their job. The children are always going on walks to the park or beach which my son loves. The staff and management are always looking for ways to improve and make an excellent setting even more excellent. It really is a home from home and we would be lost without the team at Little Holland Nursery.

Both my children have attended this nursery, one of which I removed from a previous nursery. The moment my eldest walked in he started to play and never looked back. My youngest attended and has since nine months old, he is getting ready to go to school in September. He has grown in so many ways and I can’t thank the staff enough. He is polite and always happy to see everyone. And they have a lot of the credit as he attends four times a week for full days. He has allergies which he uses an adrenaline auto-injector (AAI) and the nursery has always been on board with any adaptions needed to help keep him safe. They have taken out extra training to make sure they all know what to do. It’s such a lovely nursery since the new manager has taken over and it's blossomed. We have an app to keep up to date and also able to talk to other parents. They are always improving areas of the nursery and always asking for our feedback.

I would highly recommend this nursery.

I couldn’t have wished for a better place to send my 10-month-old. The use of the parent app is great as I get to see what he is up to in the morning and afternoon with pictures and am updated with his daily activity. Considering his age, he is always included in the activities. His digital records are updated regularly, letting us know at what stage of development our son is at. The menu is always varied, meaning my son gets to try all different types of food that I maybe wouldn’t have at home. The staff are all so friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend Little Holland Nursery.

We love Little Holland Nursery. My daughter runs there from the car and I think if she could stay there day and night she would. She comes home happy, clean, well looked after and well-fed. The Nursery feels homely, with a child-friendly garden and very welcoming staff. Not only the nursery is doing some improvements, including decoration and new furniture, but they also are working on more diversified children educational program. Recently they had some rainforest animals coming to the Nursery and children loved it. The Nursery uses a brilliant mobile application, where they post lots of updates and pictures during the day on what children are doing and eating, notifies parents of changes and important info, keeps in touch with parents in the live chat. I couldn't wish for a better nursery for my child!

Basically, I'd recommend it to anyone in Holland-on-Sea or Clacton, and I do. It's a small, friendly nursery with nice staff of different ages, lots of energy. Overall Experience

My little one is moving on to Primary School and I couldn't have asked for a better start for her. All of the staff at the nursery are attentive, the range of activities are varied and focus on fun as well as learnings for the children. I have never felt nervous about leaving my daughter to go to work, if she was ever upset when I dropped her off (which let's face it children can be at times!) I would always walk away feeling content that she will be looked after. I would then get a message to let me know that after a cuddle she was absolutely fine and went on to enjoy the day.

As a working parent, you have to put trust in the people that look after your children and I feel I could do that. Would recommend Little Holland Nursery to anyone.

My granddaughter has been going to Little Holland (used to be called Munchkins) for almost a year and she's just happy there, so I'm happy. Everyone is so friendly when I pick up. I also now have grandma permission to use their app to see photos of what she's doing when she's there and what she has for dinner and how much and when she naps. I only really look at the photos but it's good the other info is there.
