Tiggers @ Tetbury Private Day Nursery

My baby girl has attended Tiggers in Tetbury since 9 months of age (now 16 months) and she has had an amazing experience there. The staff couldn't be more kind, welcoming and supportive, both to the children but also the parents. I can tell they really care about my daughter and she feels safe there and has lots of fun. They provide regular updates on her learning and development, as well as what fun activities they get up to during the day - from messy play, to learning about road safety, to outside activities. It helps me to feel connected to her despite having to work during the day. The food is healthy and prepared on site, and they are very on top of allergies / dietary requirements etc. I couldn't recommend Tiggers and the staff enough .

Tiggers has been looking after our sons since 2021. Both boys have had an incredible time. Our first son had the pleasure of attending Cedars before heading off to school. He has very fond memories of being at Tiggers since he started out in Willow. Our second son started at the very beginning in Acorns and we were absolutely thrilled that he was being cared for by the same key workers who looked after our older son. I recommend and sing Tiggers praises every day. The setting (gorgeous outdoor space, thoughtfully set up rooms and yummy food) holds a very special place in our family's hearts. Every person who works there is exceptional, kind and caring.

Having peace of mind that your child is safe, having fun and learning all at the same time is priceless. My children are very happy and comfortable with their surroundings and the wonderful, caring staff. The values taught are aligned with our own family values. Management and staff were very good.

The pre-prep room is a really great environment helping to set up independence and getting ready for school! My little one is really enjoying her time in the room and it's great to see her come home with so many new learnings!

Tiggers provides everything a child could need to thrive and more. The staff are welcoming and friendly and clearly work very hard. I love seeing the updates on the app and some of the meals they have sound delicious. The outdoor space is fantastic and I love that my child is able to get outside everyday even in the winter. I would highly recommend Tigger's to any parents.

The staff are lovely and made it very easy for the boys to settle in. They can't wait to come into the nursery now which is fab! Great facilities and a lovely outdoor space. Having animals there is a lovely touch and my children adore visiting the tortoise in the mornings and seeing the bunnies and chickens!

Tiggers @ Tetbury has looked after both of my children over the last six years and continues to do so at their holiday club. My children always come home with a huge smile on their faces and with lots of things that they have made that day - my fridge is full of pictures. They always have fun adventures by being able to express themselves through art and design, feeding the chickens and collecting their eggs for the kitchen or relaxing in the hammocks with a book in forest school - two days are never the same, but always doing something fun! I’d highly recommend it.

Sometimes communication to home can feel limited - we receive daily updates about what all the children have been doing but specific learning stories and feedback can be limited. Having said this, any concerns I do have, have always been addressed through a phone call.

Both of our girls love coming here and have formed really strong bonds with the workers in their rooms. Our eldest has come on leaps and bounds and is very ready for school and it's comforting to know the youngest settles quickly even when upset in the morning. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is communication home, as sometimes things are missed.

My daughter has always been happy to come to nursery. Her development has been a pleasure to watch, as she learns new things and how to play with her friends. The staff are always interacting with the children and having fun.

To say my children has been given excellent care and education is an understatement. Tigger's Tetbury in my opinion is at the highest level of child care and development. Every single member of staff are always so kind, understand, friendly and massively supportive. To trust my child to someone else was a huge fear, but seeing the love, care and attention from her teachers each day and regular updates through the day on my phone, has been such a relief. I can never thank them enough.

My child has settled in so well and grown in confidence and that's all to do with the staff - they have really helped her develop.

We are so happy with the care and fun our child has at Tigger's. The staff are all wonderful and brilliant to be able to drop him off knowing he is such good hands.

We got a bit of miscommunication with management changeover at the beginning, but it has improved massively with the new manager.

We are delighted with how welcoming and accommodating the staff in Maples have been. Our son looks forward to his playschool days and always seems happy when collected.

My child absolutely loves going to nursery, every day she goes in excited and leaves super happy. The whole team are so kind and they are very thorough and professional too. The environment is very welcoming and there is always so much for the children to do. The new app is so much better than the previous one.

I am very pleased with Tigger's in all aspects. The facilities are excellent. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and informative and our daughter loves being here. The recent app upgrade is really good too. When I come to pick up my daughter she is always having such a great time and sometimes she talks about the things she has done. Personally, I would like to get more feedback on tips and how she is doing, things like potty training and teeth cleaning. Otherwise absolutely no complaints here!

They always make sure we are up to date with what has been in the day. I wouldn't want her anywhere else.

Our little boy settled in quickly at Tigger's @ Tetbury and really enjoys his nursery days! he is in the larches room now and the staff are exceptional. Two staff members have been incredibly supportive, helping us through a tricky age! It would be nice to have more communication from the nursery and more visible top tier management.

Tigger's Day Nursery is an absolutely fantastic nursery. The building is clean and well-equipped. The staff are incredibly kind, nurturing and engaged. The daily activities are always inventive, creative and stimulating. We were given daily updates on our son's progress and in-depth monthly updates on his development. I would not hesitate to recommend Tiggers, our son thrived in their care.
