Ideally located for local families in Tetbury, Tigger's offers a nurturing environment where children are supported by a dedicated team. Recognising how important early years are in setting the foundations for children’s education, they work hard to encourage confidence, independence and kindness.

Adopting the Birth-five Matters framework as well as aspects of learning theories including the Curiosity Approach, Steiner, Reggio Emelia, and Montessori, the team support and guide children through their development. A hygge approach is also valued at Tigger's, and the team work hard to offer a calm setting where children feel safe and settled.

As well as adult-led experiences, children are also encouraged to guide their own learning. ‘In the Moment’ planning allows the team to encourage children to follow their natural curiosity and develop their sense of adventure whilst ensuring they have plenty of opportunities to learn, play and explore.

My baby girl has attended Tiggers in Tetbury since 9 months of age (now 16 months) and she has had an amazing experience there. The staff couldn't be more kind, welcoming and supportive, both to the children but also the parents. I can tell they really care about my daughter and she feels safe there
and has lots of fun. They provide regular updates on her learning and development, as well as what fun activities they get up to during the day - from messy play, to learning about road safety, to outside activities. It helps me to feel connected to her despite having to work during the day. The food is healthy and prepared on site, and they are very on top of allergies / dietary requirements etc. I couldn't recommend Tiggers and the staff enough .

Tiggers has been looking after our sons since 2021. Both boys have had an incredible time. Our first son had the pleasure of attending Cedars before heading off to school. He has very fond memories of being at Tiggers since he started out in Willow. Our second son started at the very beginning in Acorns
and we were absolutely thrilled that he was being cared for by the same key workers who looked after our older son. I recommend and sing Tiggers praises every day. The setting (gorgeous outdoor space, thoughtfully set up rooms and yummy food) holds a very special place in our family's hearts. Every person who works there is exceptional, kind and caring.

Having peace of mind that your child is safe, having fun and learning all at the same time is priceless. My children are very happy and comfortable with their surroundings and the wonderful, caring staff. The values taught are aligned with our own family values. Management and staff were very good.

The pre-prep room is a really great environment helping to set up independence and getting ready for school! My little one is really enjoying her time in the room and it's great to see her come home with so many new learnings!

Tiggers provides everything a child could need to thrive and more. The staff are welcoming and friendly and clearly work very hard. I love seeing the updates on the app and some of the meals they have sound delicious. The outdoor space is fantastic and I love that my child is able to get outside everyday
even in the winter. I would highly recommend Tigger's to any parents.

The staff are lovely and made it very easy for the boys to settle in. They can't wait to come into the nursery now which is fab! Great facilities and a lovely outdoor space. Having animals there is a lovely touch and my children adore visiting the tortoise in the mornings and seeing the bunnies and

Tiggers @ Tetbury has looked after both of my children over the last six years and continues to do so at their holiday club. My children always come home with a huge smile on their faces and with lots of things that they have made that day - my fridge is full of pictures. They always have fun adventures
by being able to express themselves through art and design, feeding the chickens and collecting their eggs for the kitchen or relaxing in the hammocks with a book in forest school - two days are never the same, but always doing something fun! I’d highly recommend it.

Tigger's has provided a lovely varied and stimulating environment for both my children to learn and grow. The staff are caring and engaged and provided good consistency and development throughout the nursery.
Sometimes communication to home can feel limited - we receive daily updates about what all
the children have been doing but specific learning stories and feedback can be limited. Having said this, any concerns I do have, have always been addressed through a phone call.

We are sorry that sometimes it is hard to send home more detailed information and we do look at ways to improve on this. We aways prioritise the care of the child over paperwork and the new Early Years Framework specifies that nurseries should spend less time doing paperwork, so that practitioners can spend more of their time quality interacting with the children in their care.

Both of our girls love coming here and have formed really strong bonds with the workers in their rooms. Our eldest has come on leaps and bounds and is very ready for school and it's comforting to know the youngest settles quickly even when upset in the morning. The only thing I would suggest for improvement
is communication home, as sometimes things are missed.

Childcare can be extremely busy and demanding meeting the needs of each and every child to the best of our ability. Paperwork is something that we do not prioritise over playing and having fun with the children and meeting the nursery ratios. We always try and pop things down, when we get a moment, but the main thing is making sure that the children are happy and safe in our care.

To say my children has been given excellent care and education is an understatement. Tigger's Tetbury in my opinion is at the highest level of child care and development. Every single member of staff are always so kind, understand, friendly and massively supportive. To trust my child to someone else
was a huge fear, but seeing the love, care and attention from her teachers each day and regular updates through the day on my phone, has been such a relief. I can never thank them enough.

Our little one absolutely loves coming to the nursery, she enjoys all activities and games (she often wants to repeat them at home).
We got a bit of miscommunication with management changeover at the beginning, but it has improved massively with the new manager.

My child absolutely loves going to nursery, every day she goes in excited and leaves super happy. The whole team are so kind and they are very thorough and professional too. I am very pleased with Tigger's in all aspects. The facilities are excellent. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and informative and our daughter loves being here. The recent app upgrade is really good too. When I come to pick up my daughter she is always having such a great time and sometimes she
talks about the things she has done. Personally, I would like to get more feedback on tips and how she is doing, things like potty training and teeth cleaning. Otherwise absolutely no complaints here!

Amazing nursery, always warm, welcoming and friendly.
My child has come out of her shell thanks to nursery and has made friends and become friends with her teacher too.
They always make sure we are up to date with what has been in the day. I wouldn't want her anywhere else.

Our little boy settled in quickly at Tigger's @ Tetbury and really enjoys his nursery days! he is in the larches room now and the staff are exceptional. Two staff members have been incredibly supportive, helping us through a tricky age! It would be nice to have more communication from the nursery and
more visible top tier management.

Communication is an important aspect of nursery life and we take your comment into consideration. We have a robust communication system in place and we will look to make it even better. We currently send out daily comments from each room manager, weekly updates from the manager, monthly newsletters and we most recently held a parents' evening. This is alongside the daily feedback, learning stories etc. We shall check your account to ensure that these communications are not being missed.
We regularly review our management team to make sure that they are visible and accessible to our families. At present, the setting manager greets all children into the setting and we are available in the office, on hand in the evenings to assist with parent queries and helping with letting parents/carers in and out of the setting. Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback.

Tigger's Day Nursery is an absolutely fantastic nursery. The building is clean and well-equipped. The staff are incredibly kind, nurturing and engaged. The daily activities are always inventive, creative and stimulating. We were given daily updates on our son's progress and in-depth monthly updates
on his development. I would not hesitate to recommend Tiggers, our son thrived in their care.
