Banana Moon Day Nursery Edgbaston has been purpose-built to suit excellence in childcare, offering a secure and caring environment where children can develop positively towards full-time education.

All staff either hold Level 3 or above qualifications. All staff place a strong focus on building up strong relationships with children and parents ensuring they provide stimulating activities following the children interests to ensure outstanding learning opportunities.

Freshly cooked food by an onsite chef supports growth and nutrition. This is served in a dedicated dinning room ensuring a clean and calm space for children to enjoy meals. The nursery also benefits from a large natural outdoor space with endless open-ended learning opportunities with multiple areas to explore nature!

My daughter has been going to the nursery for the past six months and she absolutely loves it there. The staff are very friendly and ensure that the children have many fun and educational activities to keep them busy and mentally stimulated. There are also constant updates to let you know and see what
your child has been doing. Definitely an A+ nursery.

Really wonderful nursery with great facilities, my little one loves the garden and tennis play sessions.
The staff are really friendly and they really care about the children. They’ve done a great job of adapting and reassuring parents during this difficult time with Covid.
My little one finishes
soon for big school and the staff have been great helping to prep for that and we’re really going to miss everyone once he starts school but I know he’s had the best journey at nursery to get there.
Definitely recommend, really decent and hands-on, keeps the parents updated and the app is really good.

Good variety of daily activities with children, which are possible to follow up via the nursery's app.
Excellent methods for tracking child development.
My child seems happy to attend the nursery and developed a very good relationship with peers and staff.

Staff at Banana Moon Day Nursery Edgbaston are very good. They are helpful, flexible, always welcoming with a smile and understanding. My son loves his time here. Working in the NHS during this pandemic means random work patterns. The management has been very accommodating with extra sessions at short
notice etc.

I would highly recommend Banana Moon Nursery to all the parents.
I had tried other nurseries in Edgbaston before Banana Moon but did not feel comfortable with any of them.
At Banana Moon, I felt it was like family staff are amazing.
Staff members are extremely supportive of your circumstances, flexible
to your needs.
My son instantly got used to the staff and nursery and loves his time there.
The nursery is very clean and a lovely garden.

I am very satisfied with Banana Moon Day Nursery. I chose this nursery because it responds to all my demands.
1. Friendly staff, experienced, caring and attentive.
2. Hot food twice a day which is very healthy for growing kids.

Our son started going to Banana Moon since he was 10-months-old. Every time I leave him there, I feel like I am leaving him with my family. The whole team are wonderful. They ensure that our son is fed before we pick him up as he is usually tired after nursery and sleeps on his way home. Sometimes,
due to my work commitments or traffic, I can be a bit late to pick my son up, but I am not penalised for this as they understand that sometimes we can be late due to various reasons.

Banana Moon Day Nursery Edgbaston has been a life changer for my child. Though the first month was emotional for us, the staff there were exceptionally accommodating and empathetic. I saw a significant change in my child, he started speaking more, interacting more, learnt teamwork and was super attached
to the teacher. They take special care of children when they don't feel so good. I am an extremely satisfied parent and would recommend Banana Moon.

Overall reception and settling in was made very comfortable by management and staff. The key worker for my child was very involved and comforting. Very happy to see that my child enjoys his time at nursery and is taken care of with both diet and hygiene. A variety of activities that involve parents,

Our son has been attending this nursery for 5 months and we have been happy with the experience and care. He is developing good social skills with other children and the nursery staff helped to potty train our son and he eats very well there, several meals a day. We like the small class sizes.

This nursery is brilliant and the staff have always been open, kind and deal with any issues quickly and sensitively.


My son has been here for a year and a half now and always goes in with a smile, never any tears. The manager is very present and always around to talk to if needed and has allowed

me to be very flexible.


I have two children and so have been to a few nurseries and this is by far the best one in the area.
