I chose this nursery during pandemic time as my little one was getting bored at home. The nursery manager was extremely approachable and booked me in for a viewing after hours. She was also very reliable with the timings and accommodative to our needs with respect to sessions. Extra childcare sessions can be booked. The manager is very quick to respond to queries, and all the nursery staff are very approachable. The little one loves going to the nursery and, especially loves the toddler tennis sessions.

Could not recommend it enough.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for the past six months and she absolutely loves it there. The staff are very friendly and ensure that the children have many fun and educational activities to keep them busy and mentally stimulated. There are also constant updates to let you know and see what your child has been doing. Definitely an A+ nursery.

Working in the NHS during this pandemic means random work patterns. The management has been very accommodating with extra sessions at short notice etc.

Our son started going to Banana Moon since he was 10-months-old. Every time I leave him there, I feel like I am leaving him with my family. The whole team are wonderful. They ensure that our son is fed before we pick him up as he is usually tired after nursery and sleeps on his way home. Sometimes, due to my work commitments or traffic, I can be a bit late to pick my son up, but I am not penalised for this as they understand that sometimes we can be late due to various reasons.

The staff are caring and very nurturing. As a parent and a professional in education, I am really impressed and most importantly, happy that my son is enjoying his nursery experience.

Banana Moon is a good nursery, they provide what I need for my child and at a reasonable price. Staff respond well if I have any concerns and I feel confident in the care they provide my child.

Banana Moon Day Nursery Edgbaston has been a life changer for my child. Though the first month was emotional for us, the staff there were exceptionally accommodating and empathetic. I saw a significant change in my child, he started speaking more, interacting more, learnt teamwork and was super attached to the teacher. They take special care of children when they don't feel so good. I am an extremely satisfied parent and would recommend Banana Moon.

Our son has been attending this nursery for 5 months and we have been happy with the experience and care. He is developing good social skills with other children and the nursery staff helped to potty train our son and he eats very well there, several meals a day. We like the small class sizes.

Overall reception and settling in was made very comfortable by management and staff. The key worker for my child was very involved and comforting. Very happy to see that my child enjoys his time at nursery and is taken care of with both diet and hygiene. A variety of activities that involve parents, children and staff make it like being a part of one big family. :)
