My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was eight months, she is now three. She absolutely loves the nursery and the staff there. Everyone is really friendly and the staff are amazing. From Buttercups to Daffodils, she has progressed in so much. I’m so pleased with what my daughter has
achieved at Comfort Angelz. The support and reassurance I received as a mum too is amazing. Thank you everyone at Comfort Angelz.

A great nursery - the management and staff are fabulous and bend over backwards to help.
Both my boys have attended, with my youngest currently in Buttercups (the baby room), and have loved it, forging excellent relationships with both the staff and other children attending the setting.
The nursery
benefits from a pleasant outdoor space as well as having a park and bustling high street nearby, where the children are taken on occasion by staff in a safe manner, and also from an on-site kitchen where their cook prepares and serves delicious, fresh food daily.
The children are cared for brilliantly and the activities and learning that take place are excellent in terms of teaching the younger children the necessary skills for their development and the older children the skills and knowledge they will need in order to prepare them for school.
If you are looking for a safe, fun, caring setting for your child I would certainly highly recommend Comfort Angelz Enfield!

From the day my daughter started at Comfort Angelz at 3 months old, she has been treated like their own child. She has received love, warmth and excellent care, everything you would want in a nursery. The communication has been excellent, with detailed updates on her day provided. During what has been
a difficult period for all during the lockdown, the staff at the nursery continue to smile, demonstrate dedication, and continue to provide the care any parent would hope for. I have also been particularly impressed with the progress that my daughter has made, and the feedback provided on this is detailed and thorough. Any queries have been dealt with efficiently which provides further reassurance for me personally. Finally, the food that is cooked on site is varied and balanced, something that I have found is not always the case in other settings. Thank you to all the staff at Comfort Angelz!

My 2-year-old twin girls attended this nursery and they love it, they do fun activities as well as learning activities. The nursery is very organised and clean, especially during covid. I get feedback about their day on pick up and I have had amazing help with potty training.

Comfort Angelz is such a lovely nursery. My son has been coming to nursery since January and he loves it. He has learnt a lot of new things through nursery and has become more confident with other children. He really likes the staff and says they love him and he has so much fun at nursery. The staff

The staff team are very welcoming and friendly. They have made my daughter feel included since day one of joining the nursery when she was 6 months old. She has blossomed during her time here and I look forward to watching her continue to grow into a toddler ready to take on her next challenge of school.

My son has been attending Comfort Angelz now for 6 months and I do not find them at all accommodating, there needs to be, when parents are working. He attends 4 days a week. He comes home clean every single day which makes me wonder what has he been doing all day? He never brings home any pictures,
drawings etc that he has done. Overall the staff are nice. I do not doubt the care, as he is happy, but I would not recommend the nursery.

Thank you for your feedback. As you have now been attending our setting since August 2018, I am saddened that you have not brought your concerns to our attention in order for us to recognise and rectify them for you.
We are currently open from 7.30am to 6.30pm to accommodate working families, if these hours are not suitable for you, we can only apologise and support you in finding other nurseries that have extended hours to support your working needs.
In regard to your child being kept clean during the many daily activities we provide such as painting etc throughout the day, we always encourage all children to wear aprons during messy play to further accommodate parents in regard to looking after their children’s clothes whiles in our care.
In regard to not receiving pictures to take home, parents were informed in August 2018 that from September 2018, we were moving to tapestry, which gives you access to view your child's progress online remotely. All parents have access to an online gallery via Tapestry, which was shown to you during your child’s Parent Consultation Day in November 2018. All parents can view all the activities their child/ren take part in at nursery. Also, outside your child’s room are ‘What we do at Nursery’ books filled with pictures and artwork completed by all the children within your child’s class. In addition to this, outside of the classroom is your child’s individual named drawer, which parents are constantly being advised to look in, which is where you will find plenty of your child’s work kept for you to take at your own pleasure.
I appreciate your comments and am sorry that although you still attend our setting that you would not feel confident to recommend us to other families. I would like to again take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback as it will only help us to grow in a more positive way and know where we will need to improve as a setting.

What can I say, hands down the best decision I made sending my daughter to this nursery. From the settling in period all my concerns were addressed. The time, patience and enthusiasm of the staff is evident. Daily they ensure I am informed and at ease. My daughter has improved dramatically in her home
life as the effective daily routine they impose works so well with her. Staff throughout are so very friendly and professional. Even the cleaners and cooks are friendly. The nursery is amazing and I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone. Thank you to the team at Comfort Angelz Daycare.

My child found it very difficult leaving me when I dropped him off. The teachers were very supportive and came up with a number of different ways to make him feel comfortable.
They were extremely patient and reassuring that he was ok which made me feel comfortable with leaving him. It took ten months
for the crying to stop but thankfully it has overall.
My son seems to be enjoying his time at nursery and has developed at a rapid speed, although, I feel he's more advanced than his report says.
