Excellent staff. Always welcoming. My daughter came to the Learning Journey and now my son, it's an amazing setting.

My daughter attends the Waterfront site.

Staff are attentive, responsive to queries and provided invaluable support during an initial settling in period.

On pickups, a detailed overview of my daughter's day is provided and more importantly, my daughter leaves nursery buzzing with excitement and eager to tell me about the wonderful activities she has engaged in.

Observations are uploaded onto an online platform allowing me to see the progress she is making! More impressively, I had been working on short words with my daughter and this activity was re-visited and developed by staff at the nursery, demonstrating a truly personal experience for us.

We looked at many nurseries; but our search stopped once we viewed The Learning Journey, we knew we had found the right one and our experience following on from this decision has only re-affirmed that we were correct.

I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to any parent, the professionalism, caring and attentive service is simply outstanding!

Staff extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful.

I have had very good experience with staff at baby and toddler groups. They have always been helpful and cooperative and reassuring of any concerns I may have.

The preschool room offers many different activities as well as good learning tasks.

Staff don’t listen. I have told staff verbally, via tapestry & emails that they are spelling my child’s name incorrectly. Still, my child has returned from nursery today with a lovely Christmas card for her mum/dad & a calendar for 2019 yet both with the name spelt wrong.

Welcoming. Children are happy and warm atmosphere.

Toddler room with my daughter were fantastic. She enjoyed the experience fully. She is now in preschool and struggled with the change at first but staff were great and worked well with her to gently settle her in.

Great staff, keep me informed of how my daughter is doing and my little girl loves coming.

The nursery was accommodating when needing to be (i.e., use of the other nursery when flooding occurred) But unfortunately, due to the issues, I found we decided to move our child to another nursery.

The nursery has really helped integrate my son with using Polish words and labels and in conversation. I'm really pleased with how he has settled and doing.

My child has really blossomed from the learning journey.

I cannot rate the nursery enough. The staff are amazing and really do care for the children. My child loves to come and knows all the staff. All the facilities are made for the children's needs. We will be sad to leave when she goes to school.

Generally, my opinion is that the nursery could not improve in any way from the management to staff, to facilities. My daughter is extremely happy here and it's very easy to leave her in the care of the wonderful staff at the Learning Journey. She loves the activities and learns something new every day and always arrives and leaves with a smile on her face.

My son is progressing a lot within this nursery. I'm very much happy with all the staff here, in how they're very caring and attentive to my child. They are very pleasant and helpful towards both me and my child.
