I'm happy with the development of my child and happy with the support and development my child receives.

As any parent, I was really on edge about sending my daughter to nursery especially as it wasn't compulsory due to me working from home and then being on maternity leave. However, I knew how good it would be for her to socialise with other kids. I believe my husband and I made the best decision ever. This was the only nursery we visited, and we left feeling reassured that our daughter will be well taken care of. We thought she would go through baby room to pre-school but unfortunately, she's ending at toddler room due to relocation. Her growth through baby room, toys room and now toddlers has been very visible. The staff are amazing - you can see and feel their genuine care for your child and even you as a parent. I have no complaints whatsoever. My daughter certainly loves being there too and calls their names all the time. Thank you ladies for a beautiful experience. We couldn't thank you enough.

It's bittersweet to say goodbye, as we are so sad she is leaving, but we will always remember the wonderful experiences and friendships she made. Thank you to everyone for giving her the best possible start - you will always hold a special place in our hearts.

All in total it was good, he grew up and learned a lot.

Lovely nursery, my little girl has settled in so well and is so comfortable with the staff in the baby room. She's always doing sensory activities and trying new things which is great and her speech is coming on so much in the little time she's been there. They're also great with catering to allergies and always provide a version of what everyone else is having so no one is left out. I was a little sceptical due to a bad experience with my other child at another nursery in the Kids Planet chain but Bromley have absolutely changed my mind.

My son has really enjoyed his time here.

Stepping into the newly finished nursery, we were filled with joy. Soft colours and a great atmosphere. Every single staff member is absolutely great. This place is not a room, it's a place with countless precious moments and great memories. Thank you for being who you are!

Lovely nursery with very friendly and experienced staff. The children always have fun activities, they learn lots of things and enjoy all the activities. The staff are very polite and professional.

Thank you for today. Teachers are always helpful and smiley, when I have a phone call they listen to me patiently. My sons have spent very nice days here. As always wanted to come to the nursery.

Absolutely brilliant. Our daughter has been here since 19 months old and has developed so so well, she's come on leaps and bounds. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Only thing I would have liked was more pictures of what she had been doing. Will be very sad to see our daughter leave here. Thank you to all the staff.

I found the workers very approachable, always smiling and happy to help. Whenever I have called the nursery the call has always been answered and any issue we have had has always been dealt with in a timely manner, at times I felt they have gone above and beyond. Thank you Kids Planet.

Would take my little great-grandson to Kids Planet Nursery. Sometimes would have a little cry when first left him but once there was absolutely fine. He loved it! I couldn't praise the staff enough, so caring and kind. I would recommend this nursery to anyone who has toddlers.

Great experience, our daughter loves coming every morning and all the children you see on site seem happy and engaged. We get updated on our daughter's progress often and can check on every pick-up on how her day has gone with accurate information. It's been a fantastic experience since she started.

The nursery has been amazing helping to develop and build my little ones' confidence and knowledge. I will always recommend this nursery to anyone. One particular member of staff will always hold a special place in our little ones' heart and all the girls in the toddler room.

Kids Planet Bromley staff are incredibly friendly. They go above and beyond for each and every child. The setting is great, with a wide range of activities for children to engage in, and lovely play areas for children to play in too! Overall, I can't fault Kids Planet Bromley!

The staff are excellent at helping with calming my toddler when she has a tough time being left in the morning. They take extra care to help my daughter to feel welcome and safe when I leave her. I have full confidence in the staff to take care of her once I leave. My daughter always comes home full of stories of how much she enjoyed her day and how lovely the staff are to her. An excellent nursery overall!

I can't recommend Kids Planet Bromley Nursery enough, the staff are fantastic! My little boy has attended since he was 7 months old and we all know how hard it is to leave your baby in the care of someone who's not family, but these girls are genuinely so caring, compassionate, kind and friendly. He loves going, his face lights up when he sees his key workers, he's very well looked after, I honestly feel at ease dropping him off knowing he's going to have a great day.

All of the staff at the nursery go above and beyond for the children, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds in the time she has been there from being very upset to leave my side to just a few tears at drop off. She's so comfortable there because of the comfort she has had from the staff!
