My son loves going to Nursery he is always so happy to go, it is always so welcoming from the staff and always welcoming and supportive. The activities follow on my child's interests and always joyful activities to offer

It's taken a few months but with their patience, care and reassurance my child has grown in confidence and enjoys coming to nursery.

Very good staff they very helpful . My son's key worker helps him a lot and makes sure any needs are taken care of. Nursery's manager has always been very good and cooperative and communicates every thing in time

I can't explain how happy I am with all aspects of my child's time at kids planet.

My little girl has recently started kids planet Woodside and she absolutely loves it! The staff are so welcoming and always make her time there the most enjoyable with so many different activities, management are always happy to answer any questions and are very accommodating to her individual needs and any requests. I'm always kept up to date on the app with what she's been up to, food she's ate, nappies and many other things throughout the day which is so reassuring as a parent. Couldn't and wouldn't recommend anywhere else they really are the best!

My son started in April, once I returned back to work he has settled in so well, he has come on leaps and bounds over the last few months. The staff are amazing, polite and are amazing with him, he has gained a great bond with numerous staff. He never comes home in mess, always clean. They provide menus of great food throughout each term. The app helps wonders especially if you're an anxious parent like I was! Regular updates, pictures, nappy changes & what they've eaten. I honestly would recommend kids planet

Excellent nursery, fantastic resources and rooms are set up to aid learning. Nursery is spotlessly clean and tidy.

Staff are polite, enthusiastic and care greatly for the children. My child is engaged throughout her time at nursery and is always happy to see staff at drop off

My son loves going to nursery and has a warm relationship with his support staff. He is always smiling and happy when I pick him up and the girls give great feedback on his day. There is plenty of engagement between staff and myself and I'm happy I chose Kids Planet Woodside

My two sons have settled into this nursery beautifully! The staff are absolutely amazing—their support and care for both of my children have been incredible. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough and will be telling everyone I know to send their children here.

My child absolutely loves coming to the nursery at Kids Planet Woodside. The staff are so nice and are very good at keeping me up to date throughout my child's day. My child is always happy and excited to go to nursery and I think that speaks massively in favour of the staff.

Wonderful staff, always making my child feel welcomed especially when being dropped off as she is normally hard to wake up. They are always smiling even if its early in the morning. They make everything seem so easy especially when registering my other child for next years batch. Great environment and seems like my child enjoys it too. Always have an update on app so easy to keep track especially with learning notes and how we can help improve their learning at home. Very happy to see.

My child has attended this nursery for a year and she has settled in absolutely brilliantly and her development has come a long way. Her language has improved and I can understand her a lot more. She has great bonds with teachers and has made lots of friends. It's a great nursery.

My granddaughter has come along with mixing with other children she sadly lost her mummy in March 2024 and I needed her to mix with children also she gets to play outside and they also visit parks and enjoy walking around the park.

My Grandson attends here and thoroughly enjoys his time, we also have the security of knowing he is safely looked after. And he absolutely loves meal times. There are lots of activities for the children to get involved in, as well as the parents.

Lots of feedback given on parent zone, always know my child has had a great day.

Choosing Kids Planet for our little girl was the best decision, she was here from being in toddlers all the way to pre-school. Throughout her duration at Kids Planet she has thrived, and flourished and now started primary school with so much more confidence. The staff are brilliant, always on hand to answer any questions and give really good handovers on pick up, there's always senior management around in the morning/evening who always say hello. The menus are great, even for picky eaters. Thank you for everything.

Our daughter has been with Kids Planet full time since she was 1 year old and she has just turned 3. Kids Planet play a massive role in her development and turning her into the kind, funny, quirky little girl she is becoming. The staff are wonderful and our daughter clearly loves them. She has made great friendships with some of the other children and always has something new to tell us when she gets home. At home she sometimes pretends to be one of the nursery workers and looks after her toys and does "carpet time" and "colouring" with them. We always get an update on what she has done that day when we pick her up and regularly find out what development markers she is hitting and what we could do at home to help her learning. The staff have gone the extra mile while I have been going through chemo this last year, helping my husband do her hair on a morning when I was in hospital and helping our daughter understand what was happening. Really could not rate them more highly!

My little boy started nursery just the week and has settled amazingly! He has been to two nurseries previously and I was worried how he would adapt. However, he has settled straight away and is so content, he has honestly never been more comfortable. He has always struggled sleeping at nursery but here he has been amazing which helps our routine at home so much better. He has bonded with the staff in his room and smiles and waved to them on entry. I got lovely pictures of his first day which put my mind at ease. The staff tell me everything he has done in the day and they seem to really know his little personality already. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

The pre-school staff are fantastic, my daughter is extremely fond of them and has formed strong relationships with them all. They support my daughter's needs, play a key role in preparing her for the transition from nursery to primary school and promote active lines of communication between parents and nursery. They pay attention to any information given to them at drop-off and do detailed handovers at the end of the day. We have no complaints at all.

Cannot recommend enough.
