Barley Lane Preschool and Afterschool Centre - is a total childcare and education solution under one roof @St Paul's Community Centre.

Services offered (term time only) are -

2-year-old funding offered in 3 hours sessions.
Free 15 Hours Funding for 2, 3 & 4-year-old funding.
Free 30 Hours Funding for 3 & 4-year-old funding.

Full daycare option is also available for children aged 2 years and above.

Breakfast club - (with/without school drop-off facility) only selected local schools are catered for.

Afterschool club - (with/without school pick up facility) only selected local schools are catered for.

All half terms. 6 weeks holiday clubs and Easter break holiday clubs.

Holiday club - full and half day sessions available.

The centre is Open for 50 weeks of the year.
Preschool is term time only - 38 weeks of the year.
Breakfast club and after-school club operates for the entire school year term time only (38 Weeks).

Holiday clubs operate for 12 weeks only.

Half terms covered are - Easter break, all half terms and summer holidays (except Christmas).

We found the nursery to be very well run and organised. Being able to now come inside the building is a huge improvement and the children enjoy being able to show mum and dad where they spend their time and what they do. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with, always friendly and patient even if
the child is distressed or misbehaving. The children all seem to have a very close bond with each other which shows they enjoy their time at nursery.

I recommend this kindergarten my child liked to attend it, nice staff. There were also interesting thematic activities. Teachers try to teach children the rules.

I am really happy and satisfied at choosing Barley Lane preschool for my child. I can easily see a lot of improvement in him in every aspect, confidence, communication, physical activity and much more. All the staff members are really very supportive, caring and co-operative. I'm glad to see my son developing and growing after joining the nursery. I was very happy when management allowed parents to sit with the child until they get settled in the nursery, which helped my son to come to nursery happy without forcing him. I thank you for the wonderful comfort given to him
