Fantastic nursery, my son has just come back to the nursery after trying a different one for a couple of months, he absolutely loves everything about his nursery, all the girls are kind, patient and very friendly.

All the adults in my son's life know about his key workers and how much he loves them as he can't stop talking about them.

When having a baby, it is very hard as a mother to leave your child in general, let alone in a new environment with strangers. Kinder Haven Ltd @ Waterloo Road and all the staff there have made it extremely easy for me to leave my child and have peace of mind that he is well looked after and is learning new things while im at work. My boy has settled in and loves his time at nursery he has learnt so much in such a small amount of time. I would highly recorecommend this nursery to everyone.

Friendly, warm atmosphere, staff are understanding and reassuring with you as a parent. Easy to contact and receive feedback daily.

My son started in November and I was worried about leaving him to go back to work. The Kinder Haven team couldn't have been more supportive. They have our son lots of attention and cuddles so that he felt settled. They also gave us lots of updates so knew how he was during the day. On days where we were particularly worried they even sent us pictures of him smiling and playing. Thank you to the whole team.

Fab nursery - safe environment, amazing food. My son has come on so much and is challenged every day. He enjoys his days here and comes running in on a morning. He has so much fun and has amazing staff looking out for him. I wouldn't put him in any other nursery.

Kinder Haven Ltd @Waterloo Road staff were excellent in helping my child settle in the taster sessions, as well as his first day, and also dealing with any concerns I had.

We tried looking for day care for our sone when he was just 3 months old. Having looked into so many options and feeling disheartened with what we saw then we came across Kinder Haven. I arranged an appointment to view the nursery and meet with the staff. From the very first moment Kinder Haven felt like a good nursery. Staff were welcoming, rooms were clean and full of natural light and most of all happy babies and toddlers. The signing up process was explained clearly and as we wanted to phase our son in the nursery cooperated fully to cater for this. It's been a year now and we are so happy with how well our son has developed. He has met all his milestones including weaning, teething, babbling his first few words and now taking his first few steps. He is a healthy and happy toddler now and sometimes even refuses to leave the girls because hes having a bit too much fun. We would highly recommend Kinder Haven to anybody looking for a caring, clean and above all safe environment for your little one.

Kinder Haven Ltd @ Waterloo Road is an exceptional nursery. We sent both of our children to this nursery and have had no issues at all. The staff are highly professional, caring, approachable and friendly.

So when I had my second child, I didn’t look around, I put down straight away for Kinder Haven. Again my daughter loves it, she was harder to settle than my first, but that was no problem to the staff, they were caring and patient, now she goes through the doors with no issues and looks forward to it.

This is a fabulous setting, my son is a little behind with things and since attending here, he is picking up new things, interacting more, and even learning how to use a crayon. The difference is amazing, and it's all down to the care and support from the amazing staff at Pudsey Kinder. I have been so stunned by how amazing they are with him.

After my little one trying nursery and childminders before and not settling at all, I was stuck until I tried Kinder Haven and my little girl absolutely loves it!! The staff are so helpful and friendly. The online system where I can look at what my baby has eaten and what she is doing is amazing! I wouldn’t change this place one bit. I am so happy with the care provided at Kinder Haven. My daughter has settled in brilliantly since September, and now loves going to Nursery each day. The activities provided are exciting and the staff are always enthusiastic and friendly. I have worked as an early years teacher for nine years and from my experience, I would agree that the Nursery is outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking for childcare.
