We were a bit nervous at first about putting him in nursery as he is our first child but he quickly settled in and hasn't looked back since.

My daughter was really unsettled when she first started nursery, she will only be going into her 3rd month in March but she is already finding it easier every day and has become much more settled thanks to the girls here! They always comfort her when she’s upset and are so happy to tell me when she’s had a good day and it reassures me to know she is being well looked after I couldn’t thank them enough. Also seeing the pictures of her during the day from the app is lovely.

Great nursery all around. Starting from management who are approachable, informative and supportive to nursery workers who are caring and knowledgeable. Food is healthy and varied, facilities clean, well equipped and warm. Location is also good and there are enough parking spaces which is important. I would recommend this nursery.

Staff are very friendly and caring. Approach to days in nursery has been helpfully flexible. Staff ethos is well focused on individual child development.

I have been very pleased with the quality of care that this nursery has offered for my daughter. I receive regular updates and pictures via the website, which I enjoy looking at each day. They do a lot of activities with the children which are very well thought out and good for the child's development and education. The staff members are very professional and have a lovely manner with the children, and always take the time to give me feedback at the end of each day. The meals they give the children offer a lot of variety, and my daughter seems to eat better than I do! I love the personal touch this nursery offers, and I continue to be delighted by them. I would recommend this nursery without reservation.

From the moment I came to look around the nursery a few years ago until today - I have not had one concern to raise with the girls at Kinder Haven Ltd @ Waterloo Road continually friendly, smiling, approachable with my son and myself, and partner. My son is always happy and smiling when I collect him and when he is not so happy the nursery gives him comfort. Very welcoming, professional. Would recommend.

Excellent offering from the nursery. The staff have always been great at making my child feel settled and part of their group. Always impressed with their food offering, and the activities are varied and knowledge building. I would recommend.

The nursery is very good. My daughter has grown so well with the help of the girls. I feel safe leaving my little girl here.

Great nursery, fabulous staff. My child is developing well and learning new things every day. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Have no concerns about leaving my child at this nursery every day, as I know he is safe and looked after.

My daughter loves attending nursery and always finishes the day with a smile on her face. The staff always give detailed feedback and support my daughter with creative activities.

My son and I absolutely love this nursery. He has only been going a few weeks but I, as his mommy, feel very comfortable and secure in the knowledge that he is a valued and well cared for little boy on his days there. The staff are all well presented, social and approachable and they work hard to keep the children engaged giving the babies cuddles if needed (a lot) for us when he first started lol and communication is excellent when I call at the end of the day and is updated on the parent zone app.

My little boy has been at Kinder Haven Ltd @ Waterloo Road for 9 months now and settled in so well even from the very first week. The staff are fantastic and have already helped with some of his major development milestones, discussing his progress with me on a regular basis, along with monthly assessments on the Parent Zone App. Knowing he is so well cared for has helped me settle back into work, and I know he enjoys his days at nursery. So pleased I chose Kinder Haven for his Day Care.

Friendly staff, they always keep me updated with my child's progress and helping my child grow and learn.

We looked around a few local nurseries for my little boy and straight away we got a great feeling for Kinder Haven! He has been attending now for almost a year and I cannot fault them. He loves going and runs in to hug his workers! Staff are friendly and the Parent Zone app allows you to keep up to date with what they are doing whilst at work.

I’ve never had any complaints, the staff are all friendly and my daughter loves going.

I get updates on the ParentZone app of all the things she is doing at nursery which is great and I am always informed how her day has been it’s such a great nursery and fabulous staff. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else for her. I’m so glad I choose this nursery they do an amazing job!!

Kinder Haven has been a great nursery for our little boy. He settled well and has continued to enjoy as he has moved into different groups. He has made good relationships with the staff.
