Kids Planet Pudsey aims to get children off to a successful start in a lifetime of learning, through age-appropriate activities in a safe, colourful and air-conditioned environment. Staff are excellent and understanding of parent and children’s needs. Our daughter loves her time there and comes home excited to tell us what she has been doing. If she enters upset, they take the time to settle her and ensure she is happy before sending updates through parentzone app to reassure us
as parents. The stay and play sessions offer chances to share time in her learning environment and mix with other parents and carers

Always great with our little one, friendly and the staff in helping her transition into nursery. Between the people (and other kids) and the excellent facilities, she always has a good time and comes home smiling.

Kids Planet have been fantastic since my baby has started. They’ve done everything to make me feel comfortable and supported when I was upset about leaving my little girl. They have made my daughter coming to nursery so easy and she's already so happy to go to nursery and often points to the car to
go on her days off.

My son attends Toddlers at Kids Planet Pudsey and has been there for eighteen months.
We have found his experience to be very positive throughout and, despite several staffing changes, the quality of care and focus on his development has never faltered.
In his current room he has built strong relationships
with other children and comes home every day enthusiastically informing us of the different activities they have been up to.
The room leader (also my child's key worker) and another of the room teachers are both fantastic, their energy and care is greatly appreciated. My son has had a few occasions in recent months where issues outside of nursery have caused him upset and they have really made him feel supported and helped him manage his feelings.
I also feel the focus on his personal development is really effective and we can see the progress he is making.
The management and communication has always been good and feel it has improved and value the speed of response and flexibility. Thank you to all the team at Kids Planet Pudsey.

As a first-time parent, I was understandably apprehensive when placing my child into nursery for the first time, however, I cannot express how grateful I am for the experience we have had with Kids Planet Pudsey over the past 6 months. With detailed handovers following every pickup time, the regular
updates on the app for what my child has eaten/moments/nappy changes, and the development we have seen, it has been second to none. We will absolutely be sending our secondborn child here, as the team have been incredible, caring and compassionate for both myself, my husband, and my son.

My little girl finishes nursery soon and starts school in September. To all the parents reading this, please don’t hesitate in sending your child here, such a fantastic safe place for your babies/toddlers to be and to learn from the best. Fantastic staff! A lot of activities, kids are well looked after and entertained. A lot of different corners to engage kids in, regular stay and play sessions for parents, big parking space for drop-offs and pick-ups, sizeable outdoor space and indoor soft play room. Highly recommended.

My son started here at twelve months old. He’s now almost at the end of his journey with these wonderful ladies. He has loved every minute! The staff in every room he’s been in have been wonderful! Very knowledgeable, very good with children of all needs and ages. The activities they do with children
are imaginative and fun. They regularly do trips and parents evenings for you to join in and get to know the staff better. The app they have lets you keep up to date with your child throughout the day and you can see their meals and activities!
The nursery itself is clean, spacious and welcoming. Each room is well equipped and has a good range of toys and items for every age of child!
I have been so happy with this nursery. I cannot fault one staff member or one issue has never arisen in all the time we have been here!

All staff are very friendly and welcoming. My daughter loves her class. She loves her friends and also her teachers! I get regular updates on what she's done day to day, how her learning is coming on, and what she's had to eat that day. I'm glad I sent her to Kids Planet. I would highly recommend this

My child has attended the setting since being a baby, and we have recently been part of the transition with Kids Planet. This has been very positive and the nursery rooms have all had an amazing makeover. We still get lots of updates on the parent app, and it is great to see what my child is up to.
The menu is great, my child eats a variety of different foods and loves telling me when she gets home what she has eaten today. We love the face recognition to get into the nursery too. The staff are great, friendly and always let me know how my child has got on that day. I would really recommend the nursery to others!

My son had a great time at this nursery, he loved the sensory room which helped him settle in. The staff helped the shy him to settle down and created bonding with him in a short time. He was supported with toilet training and as a mum, I felt supported too as my hands where already full with a baby.
At the end of the day seeing my child joyful was a sign that he was enjoying it here.
I do recommend!

Kinder Haven has been brilliant for my son and the staff have really supported his development, teaching life skills and organising daily activities for all children to take part in. They provide well-balanced meals and snacks, have a soft play area and great outdoor space. The staff are well trained

I would highly recommend Kinder Haven Ltd @ Waterloo Road. Both of our children have attended this nursery over the last four years to present and we cannot fault them. Our eldest was sad to leave when he reached school age. Our youngest loves attending and the activities the children participate in
are brilliant and have brought our child on so much. After recent redundancy the nursery were really accommodating of changing our days. The nursery have also been fabulous throughout Covid-19. We are really happy with the nursery and all the staff are brilliant.

Our son has been going to Kinder Haven Ltd @ Waterloo Road for over a year now and we cannot speak highly enough of what we have experienced as parents and what our son experiences day to day. He is always excited to tell us all about his day and every day he appears to have had a "new adventure". The
staff are great at keeping us informed as to what activities are going on, what food has been eaten and they continually demonstrate a kind and caring manner, which is reflected in how fondly the children relate to them. The nursery manager is excellent at pro-active communication as well as answering even the most mundane enquiries. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this nursery to any prospective family.

Job Title: Nursery Senior Manager Joined: 2015

I have been within the Early years sector for nearly ten years before this having completed my BA honours degrees within Early Years and Supporting Young People, Children and Families.


I have extensive knowledge of safeguarding and act as the safeguarding lead for the nursery. I am passionate about providing an enriching, and safe environment for all the children and staff within my nursery, so please book a look around to come see what we can offer and meet the lovely team that will be caring for your child.
