The team at Tiddlywinks Crumpsall are committed to providing the best childcare possible to the community, in order to do this, they work in line with the company’s core values of Committed, Inspirational and Compassionate.
Committed – They strive to ensure that staff turn over and change is minimal through the personal development of the team in place (CPD) allowing them to develop personally and professionally. As a team they commit to challenging the norm and pushing themselves forward with new ways of thinking and doing to fully ensure the best for their stakeholders. Tiddlywinks ensure that they celebrate and make children's, personal, team and company successes the emphasis of what they do.
Inspirational – They inspire each other into becoming the strongest team they can be to provide outstanding child centred teaching.
They peer assess each other and use these honest assessments of practice to grow and develop into stronger practitioners. They listen to the voice of their carers, parents and children and use this to plan the environment and learning opportunities for each of them.
Nursery staff are role models to all their children on how to become successful members of the community through the promotion of British Values.
Passionate – As a leadership team in the setting they encourage their team to be excited and passionate about delivering high quality education to the children in their care. They will do this through thorough supervision, observations on practice and by placing a high emphasis on CPD for all the team.
When looking to recruit, Tiddlywinks will look to its setting and its diversity and try its best to employ individuals who will expand that diverseness and bring their own experience with them.

About this price
How the monthly figure is calculated.More info
We work out the total cost across the year and divide by 12, so the figure shown is a smoothed monthly average. In practice, nurseries bill in different ways. Some bill monthly at this average. Others bill weekly, or charge for what happened that week or month, which can vary across the year. Confirm billing details with the nursery when you enquire.

Tiddlywinks nursery and all its staff have been excellent from day 1, they have been attentive to my child's needs and have always responded to any concerns I might have had. The friendly nature of the staff is so welcoming that I have no problems leaving my child there. I walk out of the door very fulfilled. My child has opened up so much since starting nursery and I just can't explain how happy I am about this.
I recommend this nursery to all my friends and family.
