Kids Planet Hale

We continue to be impressed by everyone at Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hale. Our daughter loves it there. The app works really well and they update it regularly, including lots of pictures of what she is doing. They’ve managed the pandemic really well and there has hardly been any disruption. The staff genuinely care and will always give us a brief description of how her day has been. Thank you to everyone

Our daughter loves attending Kids Planet. The staff are so welcoming and meet us every day with a smile. The facilities are superb and we can see our daughter growing and developing every day.

I would definitely recommend Kids Planet, Hale. The staff are lovely and really welcoming. They always greet me and my son so warmly and it is clear that my son has so much fun when he attends nursery. The variety of tasks strikes the right balance for my son's learning and development. During Covid19 particularly, the communication from the nursery was excellent and it is clear that the nursery has implemented all possible measures to bring the children back to nursery safely. I always feel reassured when I leave my son at nursery that he is going to have a great day with the team.

I’ll be very sad when my youngest leaves next year, as Kids Planet has become an important, positive part of our young family’s development.

My little girl started at Kids Planet Hale when she was 13 months after we moved into the area. I have been nothing but happy with the nursery since she started there, and would speak very highly of the staff who work there and look after our little girl 2 days/week. The reason we chose this nursery for our little girl was based mainly on the staff, and I would definitely choose the nursery again and would recommend it to family and friends.

This is an excellent nursery. Our daughter is very happy there. She never gets upset to be left at the nursery. The staff come across as being very caring.

My only improvement would be more photos on the parent app as they are few and far between.

I can’t recommend Kids Planet Hale highly enough. My son has been going to Kids Planet since he was a baby and has been so happy there and now my daughter has just started. The staff are so caring and really know and care about my children. My kids absolutely adore them. The activities they do are great, especially pyjama drama and stretch and grow. My kids both love the food and always seem to eat really well. Preschool were also great at preparing parents and kids in readiness for school, on things like phonics etc. All-round a great nursery.

Very happy with my childcare here. Found them always welcoming and listening about my concerns. My son enjoys his time here.

My five-year-old daughter attended here and my two-year-old son is currently at Kids Planet Hale. We are so happy, both of our kids love it and love the staff. They always have fun but have learned a lot too. It's nice to feel relaxed going to work, knowing they are in safe hands. They do a range of activities, from outdoor play to crafting and drama to languages. The staff are also very helpful when it comes to certain milestones, such as potty training, weaning, sleep training. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kids Planet Hale.

Fantastic nursery. My daughter has been going here almost three years, and my son about 18 months and they love it. The staff are fantastic, they seem to really care about the children, and they listen and respond to feedback really well. The food my kids eat here is brilliant, varied and high quality (they eat way better here than they do for me at home!). I know my kids are really well cared for at this nursery and can’t recommend it enough. I’ll be so sad when they leave and go to school because they’ve been given such a fantastic start here. I'm so happy I chose Kids Planet for my toddler. He has come on so well with his speech since starting earlier this year and he absolutely loves activities such as Pyjama Drama and Stretch and Grow. All the staff are extremely friendly and approachable so I feel completely reassured that my son is in a happy, safe place. Highly recommend!

This is a great nursery. My son joined the pre school room after attending another large nursery that operates across Manchester and Cheshire. Kids Planet Hale had a tremendous impact on his confidence and sociability; he went from strength to strength here. There is some great experience in the pre school room and the staff prepared him brilliantly for school.

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Hale enough. My daughter's been attending since 13 months and has gone from strength to strength. Staff have been fantastic with her, supporting her through all major milestones - from using cutlery to potty training. They offer a range of activities, including drama and sports sessions and Spanish classes. They've also done local trips (e.g. old people's home) and had interesting people come to talk to them (train drivers to dentists). She is always stimulated, whether it's through imaginative play or through organised activities (e.g. chicks hatching within the nursery). They keep us updated with her progress through parents evenings, her learning journey folder or informal chats. The menu's varied (it always amazes me what she eats at nursery). Facilities are also good - they have a great garden area and sensory room. Staff are always friendly and have taken a genuine interest in my daughter's wellbeing. She's been happy, confident and well supported.
