Tenderlinks Day Nursery - Norbury

Such a great nursery for children to learn and develop skills from a young age and prepare them for school life. I have placed both my children here (one was there for 3 years) one currently attends now and both have enjoyed the environment, learning, their key workers and have made amazing friends! Always kept up to date with special events and development feedback which is important and the staff always have a positive attitude towards both the parents and the children.

Amazing nursery. My daughter has been attending for 2 months now and has made lots of progress all around, especially in her confidence and speech. All the staff are attentive and genuinely care about the children. Amazing technology, so I can keep up to date with everything my baby does during the day and I get picture updates on the app, which I love. Most importantly, my daughter leaves Tenderlinks Day Nursery - Norbury every day with a huge smile on her face! I would 100 per cent recommend it.

My daughter joined this nursery last summer, post covid. Being a first-time mum, I was nervous about sending her to the nursery. My daughter settled well into her nursery routine and developed a good relationship with her key worker. All the staff are very welcoming, warm and friendly. We get daily updates along with photos of their activities which is lovely to see and she has come along in leaps and bounds with her development. I am pleased with the range of activities they have for the children both indoors and outdoors. A big thank you to all the staff for their hard work, dedication and support. I will always remember you all and will be grateful for the support you provided to my daughter.

A Brilliant Day Nursery who welcomed our son over a year ago (he goes 2 mornings a week). He loves it with all the fun learning, games, stories, outdoor area and little kickers. They have helped with his speech, confidence in playing with other children (Covid baby - so was very shy). All staff are super friendly, love to get involved with the kids. Meals my son loves! Healthy and he always talks about how much he enjoyed his lunch. They have fantastic daily updates and reports with a parents' catch up each term. Overall, so happy he goes there and makes friends and learns in a fun way!

We are beyond happy with Tenderlinks. My son is in preschool and I can see how Tenderlinks has brought out the confidence and groomed my son like he is becoming a new boy. When you talk with the manager and the staff, you can feel they are really passionate about what they do. The nursery has a great outdoor play area and amazing daily fun activities. They keep you updated every day with pictures and is nice to see your child playing with their peers and having fun. I have trust in the nursery and staff and feel my son is cared for.

Lovely nursery! Always keeping parents updated, staff very friendly and helpful. It is also a beautiful environment. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

I found this nursery from this website and it’s the best thing I did. Instantly I got a good vibe even just from my phone call to arrange my visit and as soon as I attended I knew this was the right place for my son. The staff are so so friendly and they feel very personal. They feel like they are looking after their own children and genuinely care about the children. They are calm and very open. You can talk to them about anything and I felt so comfortable very early on to part with my son to go to work. The nursery manager is just amazing. She is so caring and feels like a grandma away from home. They are very good at incorporating learning skills through play and the outdoor area is great with lots to do. Security is very strong and I like the fact that it is located in a gym as there is more opportunity for sports and activities. They have great routines for the kids, my son has learnt a lot and has become more independent since attending here.

This is a wonderful nursery where my child feels safe and welcomed. He has a wonderful relationship with his key worker and all members of staff. He has learned so much since starting in January and the way Tenderlinks Norbury has handled the pandemic has been great. My child has never once felt nervous or confused. I am always greeted by the staff with a smile at drop off and a big smile from my child at pick up.

At the previous nursery, my son was crying all the time when I left him there, but in this nursery, he doesn't care about us and goes running into the nursery. He really likes to be at this nursery and we are happy too.

I feel as if this nursery and the staff are home from home with my child. I left and came back again because of how much security I have with them all. The dedication they have to my hyperactive son is incredible, and I will be planning on sending my second child there too. I love them.

Staff are friendly. professional and approachable. Children have fun but learn lots at the same time. I would definitely recommend the nursery.
