Tenderlinks Day Nursery - Norbury

My son loves this nursery and it makes me so sad that we are moving home to a new area and need to take him out of it. The staff were so patient at helping him to settle in when he started and now he runs to them with open arms. He is so excited in the morning to go to nursery that we often have to leave the house early and have to go the long way round because nursery isn't even open yet. I love seeing the photos of him playing and enjoying himself throughout the day. The staff have been lovely and very accommodating and I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone considering sending their child's

Since the moment my daughter started nursery at Tenderlinks Norbury (at 10 months!) she has thrived in so many ways. The staff have supported her so well and she has built so many meaningful relationships with her teachers and her friends.

Activities vary a great deal throughout the week which keep the children engaged and happy. I put her development down to the environment she is in during the week which is a happy, progressive and positive place!

Thank you to all the staff for your continued support for my daughter, she surprises me every day with the new things she has learnt.

We did extensive research and visited many places but this one felt right straight away.

The best decision I made for my son was to join Tenderlinks Nursery in Norbury. My son had separation anxiety with me and it was a handful to get him settled, but the team did a great job and now he loves them, especially his key workers. He has been with them for over 2 years so sad to be leaving them but had the best experience and would deffo recommend it to family and friends and hopefully use them again in the future.

A delightful nursery/preschool mostly attributed to its staff and manager. Joined part-time in June 2024 and looking forward to my daughter starting full-time in September. Lots of activities to get the children involved and keep them engaged. Staff are patient and kind and I feel as though they genuinely care. My pre-schooler can get quite upset when I leave her but so far staff have made me feel at ease leaving her and find ways to settle her quickly. Smaller setting but well organised - always get an update at the door with regular reporting on my child's progress too. Thank you to the manager and the rest of the team for all your hard work (special thanks to the staff) - see you in September!

I just have to thank everyone at the nursery for my little one's great development in every way, especially in speech. I'm sure I leave her in a place where I have complete trust, I'm informed of everything that happens to my daughter and I have the freedom to say what I think too.

My daughter started the nursery in September 2023, she is always very excited to come to the nursery to play, learn and enjoy with her friends and teachers. In the nursery, they have an amazing place in the classroom, garden and gym where they can practice their intellectual and physical skills.

The staff have shown a lot of affection and professionalism, they are super communicative.

The staff are very caring and helpful, atmosphere is good. My baby was under two and a breastfeeding baby. It is hard to drop him in the nursery but the staff were very careful and he also now enjoys going to the nursery. He likes mealtimes and painting. He is learning a lot and he copies his teachers.

We are absolutely delighted with this choice of Nursery for our 1-year-old daughter. She only started in February but settled quickly within a couple of weeks and never stops smiling when we drop her off and collect her which is a testament to how much fun she has there. The teachers are warm, friendly and caring towards all the children in her class and their attention to detail is fantastic. We are given a detailed description of her day when we collect her and we are so impressed by the quality of food and resources that the children have access to every day. My daughter has been learning a huge amount and often comes home with some artwork which is wonderful! Physical, social and emotional skills are all covered in a balanced way and we rate the nursery as outstanding. Also want to give a massive thank you to the team for always being patient and caring towards my daughter.

We are thrilled with our 2-year-old's nursery. The staff are caring and dedicated, creating a nurturing environment. The facility is clean and well-designed, with age-appropriate toys and materials. The curriculum is engaging and promotes holistic development. Communication with the nursery is excellent, the staff are friendly and show true care for the children. We highly recommend this nursery for a positive early childhood education experience.

I can’t speak more highly of them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tenderlinks in Norbury. Well done team!

Amazing nursery, my son loves it here. I feel very happy leaving him for three days a week whilst I go to work knowing that he is in the capable hands of the very competent, friendly and caring staff. He always talks about them when we are at home and has formed great relationships with them all. I receive photos at the end of every day, they always do fun and educational activities with the children and he is able to bring a lot of his creations home which he is always proud to show off. His development is really doing well thanks to the nursery. I couldn't recommend Tenderlinks Nursery more.

The best nursery, I’m so glad I chose it for my son. Such a wonderful energy from all staff and children are clearly well looked after. It was daunting for me to go back to work after a long time off, after recovering from illness. The staff have made the settling process much easier, and I’m so grateful to them.

Great service. They are all lovely, my daughter is happy there and she’s learning a lot. They are understanding and patient, good environment and provide great customer service. A big thank you to all the team and manager.

The service provider is really professional, they are very knowledgeable and they have been very supportive and helpful to us. My son is being with them for more than a year now and feels like he’s been surrounded by family. They’ve been really helpful through his potty training and transition from toddler to preschool. Overall great experience.

Fantastic nursery and preschool, have used for over two years for both children. Well managed and constantly improving. Provide a variety of learning experiences with lots of physical activity involved. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery or preschool in the area.

Before my daughter joined she had a lot of anxiety around other children and adults - since joining Tenderlinks Day Nursery I’ve seen a huge improvement in a really short time. Her confidence and speech has also improved dramatically. My daughter loves the staff and really enjoys playing in their outdoor space and dance studio. Couldn’t be happier with the way the nursery is run. They’re excellent with the kids and genuinely care about each and every one. Keep up the great work!

My grandson attended Tenderlinks Nursery. The staff were excellent, very caring and professional. His keyworker was a great help when settling my grandson in. He was very well cared for and enjoyed going there.
