LEYF - Earls Court Nursery & Pre-School

This is our first experience in London as parents and I have to say that we, the four of us, were super well welcomed. All the staff showed signs of care from the very beginning and our kids are feeling at home or even better! Thanks!

My son attends the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF)Nursery in Earls Court, and we're thrilled with his experience. Warm greetings welcome him each day, setting a positive tone. The knowledgeable and attentive teachers foster a fun and engaging learning environment. The preschool program offers diverse activities, ensuring holistic growth. Food prepared by an exceptional chef adds a special touch, with delicious treats and nutritious meals. Pre-School teachers are friendly and supportive. Leyf has noticeably enhanced my son's development. It's evident that the staff are dedicated and caring. Leyf Nursery excels in nurturing children and fostering learning. It's a decision you'll be glad you made.

From the start, our 16-month-old daughter has formed a wonderful bond with her key educator, who is attentive, nurturing, and deeply invested in her developmental milestones. The variety of activities they engage in daily, such as messy play, drawing, music sessions, and storytelling, ensures that she is not only learning but genuinely enjoying her time at the nursery. London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) is keeping parents involved and informed through their platform(App), providing us with updates, photos, and important information about our daughter’s day-to-day activities and progress.

The environment at LEYF is warm, welcoming, and so are its staff. We are very happy we chose LEYF, and we look forward to seeing our daughter continue to grow and learn in their hands.

My daughter has been here for over six months and she settled in quickly, which makes tbe world of difference for any anxious parent. She learns a lot as the staff are patient and skilled at getting the best out the children. The tean is dedicated, professional and always upbeat. Communication is great and I am very happy with her progress here.

Anyway, I recommend Earls Court for 100%!

We especially would like to thank the nursery manager who has always been understanding, caring, and accommodating towards us. We always recommend the nursery to our friends and would recommend it to anyone!

My son loved his experience and was thoroughly supported by the staff (and managers!) at the nursery. The wide range of activities along with the caring and especially nurturing teaching style of the team make it a great place for children to learn and grow. It is in my point of view an amazing place offering top care to children of all abilities. Very professional, great job guys. I recommend.

My son has been in the baby, toddler and pre-school rooms at LEYF Earl’s Court Nursery, a period that included covid - and is now finally off to big school (weep). I have been so impressed by the manager and her energetic team. They fill the long hours of childcare offered with so many activities and have taught my son not only hygiene, healthy eating and self-care but numbers, shapes, months, ABC, letters, traditional stories, manual skills, yoga, etc (you name it). They’ve also been on interesting outings. All was rounded off by a very sweet graduation ceremony for the leavers, complete with caps and gowns. My son has enjoyed his time here and always talked positively about it. Thanks to LEYF, he is a well rounded, curious and social little boy who I feel is exceptionally well prepared for Reception (he can’t wait to start!) Much better value in my view than many of the other nurseries round this area, which offer far fewer hours of care.

Our 4 year old daughter has been attending since she was 6 months old. They take great care of the kids and teach them well. Our daughter is always happy to go and has made some great friends there. We are happy we chose LEYF Earl's Court.

Our daughter attended the nursery for 11 months and really enjoyed going to school. The teachers were attentive, positive, and encouraging - they gave each child space to develop their own interests and capabilities. Our daughter’s picky palate has also expanded thanks to the delicious and nutritious food served at the nursery! She especially loved the mini garden indulging in outdoor play, gardening, yoga, and more. Despite attending the nursery for a relatively short time, her social and communications skills has improved tremendously. From being reserved, she is now a confident chatterbox. We will miss the nursery dearly.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for 18 months and loves it. Small class sizes, lovely staff and lots of great activities. Staff are good at keeping us updated through the app and at the end of the day. We've also been really impressed with the food, healthy and great variety.

My son has been attending the Earls Court Nursery for the past year and a half and he's growing into a little man thanks to the dedication and love from the staff, including both his direct teachers and supporting staff. He started off in the toddler room and then moved into the preschool room. I am grateful for how the nurseries contributed to fostering his independence and for the friendships, he's developed here. I could not recommend this nursery enough!

Overall, I would highly recommend this nursery as our experience with it is very good.

Lovely nursery - the staff really care about the children and feel like family! My son loves going to nursery in the morning and comes home very happy. He’s made lots of friends, and there is a great community feeling being part of the nursery.

Our daughter joined LEYF Earl's Court in January 2022, aged 2. We could not be happier with our choice of nursery. The previous manager and the current manager have done a great job in creating a nurturing and safe environment. We love that children are engaged with different activities every day, that the room manager and his team keep us posted on the progress or issues encountered by our daughter, that the school is flexible in terms of entry and pick-up times, that they encourage parents to form an inclusive community. Above all, we feel that the staff truly care about every single child, respect their uniqueness and help them grow into confident and kind people. The facility is not particularly fancy (good size rooms but quite old and a bit decadent) but this is a lower-order problem. Our daughter is always happy when we pick her up, and this is reassuring. Contact the nursery directly if you plan to apply (central admin never replies!).

Our son and ourselves have made friends for life within the London Early Years Foundation community.

Over the past two years of bringing my daughter here, I have felt safe and secure knowing she is in very good hands. My daughter has enjoyed her time at Earls Court and I could not have asked for a better start to her learning journey. I am so grateful to all the staff especially the staff in the preschool room. We will miss the nursery when she attends primary school in September.

Our daughter has been at Earls Court London Early Years Foundation since she was 7 months old (heading to reception in the fall) and it is truly her second family. The staff are loving and caring and she has learned a lot since joining - especially in the preschool room there are many science experiments and practical activities that challenge the kids to think. Of course alongside the usual painting, arts and crafts, singing and dancing, yoga, reading books, and practicing letters and numbers.

My daughter loves the pre-school. The staff and management are friendly and committed to the development of the little ones they take care of. The place is very clean and facilities well maintained. Highly recommended.

The area of improvement is a renovation of the nursery, especially the inside.
